ABOUT THE OXFORD UNION SOCIETY: The Oxford Union is the world's most prestigious debating society, with an unparalleled reputation for bringing international guests and speakers to Oxford. Since 1823, the Union has been promoting debate and discussion not just in Oxford University, but across the globe.
The Oxford Union is deeply grateful and encouraged by the messages of support in response to our determination to uphold free speech. During our 200 year history, many have tried to shut us down. As the effects of self-imposed censorship on university campuses, social media and the arts show no signs of dissipating, the importance of upholding free speech remains as critical today as it did when we were founded in 1823. Your support is critical in enabling The Oxford Union to continue its mission without interruption and without interference. You can support the Oxford Union here: oxford-union.org/supportus
I adore this man. He is so clever in so many fields. Some of his series have kept me sane since my husband died 18 months ago. I was on edge waiting for series 3 of After Life. It was so brilliant . I had no idea each episode took so long to make. I feel greedy. So much effort. Thank you RICKY you are my hero. I am nearly 80 but can still appreciate brilliant acting. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
I agree with you Carol! xx
That's the spirit 👍
He is good.
Thee carol king ?
Strange. My husband died 3 months ago and I sought him out.
Love Ricky's comedy, his love for animals, his talents, his viewpoints, his intellect, his principles and how he stands up for them. Absolutely one of my very favorites!
You are totally right, but talking like that, I hope your vegan
Think whatever you wish about Ricky Gervais. However, he's the last of a dying breed. HONEST, TALENTED and GRATEFUL! I adore you, Ricky!! You DESERVE your success! Enjoy! CHEERS!
Why is he a dying breed?
@Stop The Rot His HUMILITY. Robin Williams was another. Often times, you hear of comedians and their antics in public, brought on by an over developed ego!! This is not the case here!! Ricky didn't get started until his 40's. He KNOWS what struggle is all about because NOTHING was handed to him!!
You forgot to mention some of his greatest character traits. Ricky is incredibly smart and a major science nerd... I love his podcasts with Lawrence Krauss, Sam Harris and Neil DeGrassse Tyson.. He can really talk coherently with some of the greatest minds of our time. Oh yes, of course... He's a brilliant comedian too, whether in a stand up comedy form where he dissects human society, our fears and doubts, or as a director/producer/writer of his cutting edge comedy series. Ricky Gervais definitely inspires me..
@Mark Brisec You are correct! Thank you for the kind reminder! Ricky is a GEM!! CHEERS!
Yes, I love him and his message! And ironically as he talked about desperate people living live like a public open wound, lying so much and audacious that the lie becomes accepted or attempting infamy as reward, and your life as a reality story ruin the people who try that as their route to make them relative is so pathetic. I could not help think of Harry & MEEghan now that if not for the fact it preceded them by a few years he prophetically told their future! He is a wise, deep and thoughtful man!
Ricky Gervais really is one of the best comedians out there
For sure.. As far as I'm concerned he is currently the greatest living stand up comedian. And I wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention his equally cutting edge and transfomatory TV work he's done as an actor/writer/producer/director.. And last but not the least, he's a brilliant man whose podcasts with Lawrence Krauss and Neil DeGrasse Tyson tells you a lot about his profound interest in science and a continuous pursuit of knowledge.
No, you can't care too much about animals
But he can't act.
Ricky is a soul-searching gem of a bloke. His philosophy, unusual slant of humour and laid back acting is so unique. He’s a little bit miserable like Les Dawson and Jack Dee yet he can inject more optimistic tones and emotions.
Love him
Sorry but those 2, let's say comedians!! And let's use the C word very losely? As they shouldn't be mentioned in the same sentence as Ricky Gervais!!! They couldn't lace his boots lol for me! After the last 2 years of Oscars and his last 2 specials Humanity and Supernature he's the number one funniest comedian in the WORLD!!! RICKY GERVAIS IS THE GOAT!!!
@Louise McDonald I didn't think Rickys mum was allowed to have a valid opinion on his "body of work".
He has made a lasting impact on British culture and comedy more than any other comedian I can think of. He has the right morals too and knows what’s important in life.
Can't agree. Before him there was Spike Milligan. Monty Python team. Marty Feldman. John Cleese and Fawlty Towers. Steve Coogans alter ego; Alan Partridge. The latter of which, I suggest Ricky copied; and has never acknowledged. By all means research Milligan and Feldman; if you are unaware of them. 👍
@Steffan Hoffmann i agree. I think the seedy boss was similar to coogan’s partridge but had a lot of gervais’ alter ego too. The wanting to be everyone’s friend and vulnerability, partridge doesn’t have
@Wonder Woman Thanks for your polite reply. Something I hadn't thought about; and useful. 👍
@Steffan Hoffmann no problem, have a nice day :)
Lovely man with solid principles. We could do with more celebrities like him with real talent, character and a desire to use their platform to make the world a better place. Ricky, you're the greatest!
Humor is only a medicine to relief from the horrors, disappointments , and tragedy we call life. Its not going to change the the world to better place. If it
Did then Robin Williams was totally a
Failure. His own brilliant mind was his worst enemy. No ; compassion is the world's hope.
@Jack Hammer : Yes, as well as love, understanding, logic, and reasonability.
@Agenda In Mind: Nothing in life is to be feared, only understood.
@Agenda In Mind your insane ?
I went to see Ricky's hilarious Humanity show around this time in Dublin. The next day I saw a tweet from the Dublin Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals thanking Ricky for donating the proceeds of that show to help the animals in their care. Ricky is a gifted comedian and a joyously unpretentious, kind hearted human. So many innocent animals around the world have happier lives because of him. What a truly inspiring and wonderful man.
OMG.. that’s adorable.. He is my favourite person.. and it’s wonderful knowing he loves dogs .. and animals..
I love Ricky. I love how he is passionate about animals and their status in society and he shows TRUE compassion to the suffering animal. THANK YOU Ricky.
Like the wise old uncle everyone wishes they had, if they’re not lucky enough to have a wise, older, kind, thoughtful, insightful, empathetic uncle. Thanks uncle Ricky, we love you.
helmet
My siblings were/are 18 and 14 years older than me ... I was NEVER the wise OLD uncle!
Probably not the WISE bit, either.
Love him he's wonderful, he always makes perfect sense and talks common sense. The world seems to be full to the brim of easily offended children and fools but he manages to make them all look ridiculous. He has no fear and he should have no fear from these people, there are others out there but many comedians are watering down their acts and staying "safe". In a sad world he is a shining light.
"Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you're right!!" BRILLIANTLY TRUE!!!
Considering how many that "feels offended" and how wrong they are, there's a opposite connection....
But it doesn't mean you're always wrong either.
In that case, it means nothing. It's a useless, wasteful and senseless emotion. If It doesn't mean you're right, but doesn't mean you're wrong, then it's not a moral gauge that's useful.
The problem Ricky is highlighting is, in the first instance, a huge number of people use offense to mean they ARE right. And many others go along with it, and acts as though it's like moral currency.
What a rational, intelligent, thoughtful, compassionate human! I've always admired his humour and respected his outspoken atheism, but today I have an all new appreciation of the man! Bravo, Ricky Gervais!
Ricky is a character who has character!
I respect his intelligence, altruism, compassion for Nature & "all creatures great & small." Many Brits are Atheists. I'm not but I respect all views that honor all life.
Another great atheist, besides me that is.
@Sandy Weld you respect that lying nitwit, oh, how lovely of you.
"People who believe in God don’t need proof of his existence, and they certainly don’t want evidence to the contrary. They are happy with their belief. They even say things like “it’s true to me” and “it’s faith." Ricky Gervais
Ricky does not know what biblical faith is because he just does not care to know.
Biblically, faith means trust. It's a trust by evidence seen. God asks that we prove things. To reason. To get knowledge. To study. God has nothing to hide. We develop trust from what is seen, and that which is not seen yet is trusted also because of the trust built up from what is seen. It's much like a human relationship. We don't trust much until a person has gained that trust from what is observed. The difference is though, God is not limited to human powers. He created us.
Romans 1:20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities-his eternal power and divine nature-have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

Ricky can't even explain the start, creation, and yet he acts so smugly.
Real science says nothing does nothing. Real science says if there was something there already it must fit with the evidence of what we know. We know the 1LT says there's a conservation of energy. It can change forms and neither can be created or destroyed. Creation cannot happen by natural means. The 2LT has various aspects, one being the universe is winding down, entropy. Usable energy is becoming less usable, so at one point usable energy was at its max. This all points to a supernatural creation, by a supernatural creator at a certain point in which matter, space, and time were created. When I read how it can happen otherwise, ALL the fools resort to science-fiction. Once a supernatural creation is accepted, then the next step is finding proof of what supernatural power did it.
We can't even get science without God. The laws of nature only can come from a Lawgiver, God.
We only get life from life...the law of biogenesis. We can't get anything without God.
God is the reason for us and all we have.

@2fast2block "Insults are the arguments employed by those who are in the wrong." Jean-Jacques Rousseau
I love Ricky,is so smart ,so deep in thinking and such a positive and funny human being ...he always makes me laugh and give me a reason to enjoy the life each day!
Thank you so much for bringing so much joy in my life!
With Ricky Gervais you have to listen and have your brain switched on full power. You've got to think fast and reveal what he's really trying to say. He's clever, and his material is smart stuff.
Not really.. he just makes total sense and says what a lot of us think.. It’s great if he challenges the way you think because looking at absolutely every angle to every situation and finding the correct answer even if it’s obscure.. takes time. 😂 I am older so Ricky never says anything surprising or different because I have had the time to consider everything.. I welcome hearing something I haven’t thought of.. and I adore Rickey’s humour, he is hilarious! 😂
Thank you Ricky Gervais, intelligent, thought provoking comedy & characterisation.
Thankyou Ricky. If ever there was a British person who deserved the highest honours this country has to offer, it is you. You are brilliant. Thanks mate.
I really enjoyed this interview. The questions by the interviewer were well thought out and clearly spoken, with Ricky being given time to think the questions through and answer without being interrupted or hurried. Ricky is so talented, but comes across as a down to earth thoughtful guy, I love everything he does. Thank you for this.
He's down to earth in a way that he's dumber than dirt.

@2fast2block I love how this guy claims Ricky doesn't know what he's talking about and then proceeds to present his own opinions as facts without providing any proper evidence or proof of it. If anything, you've only gone on to prove what Ricky said about people falsely thinking they can have their own facts as opposed to their own opinions xD. I love how Ricky's able to wind narrow minds up xD. Ffs he got this guy to do a 1000 word essay in the comments of a Clip-Share video xD
I think Ricky Gervais is a comedic genius.
And the other thing I noticed in this video was that throughout when they showed the audience, no one had their phone out checking their messages or twitter feed or email. You can tell this was at a university not located in the US.
Cette homme a réfléchi énormément sur le genre humain, pour moi ces émissions ont une profondeur autant humoristique qu’une analyse psychanalytique. Il me fait rire et pleurer c’est un grand créateur finalement un artiste.
Well said.
If you watch all of Ricky's US TV interviews, you've heard him say the same things many times. The Q&A here provided some new thoughts and insights. It's encouraging to remember, you don't need to 'make it' in your 20's. Brilliant and lucky man.
He perfectly described why I don't watch reality TV shows. I couldn't really touch on it before or describe it to people, but Ricky did it for me. It is the under belly of human behavior.
In fact it reminds me of the 80s where they promoted being cut throat and underhanded in business as okay, but at least it wasn't being sold as reality, it remained fiction even if it was highly influential on people (i.e. Wolf of Wall Street, Family Ties, the Secret of My Success, Trading Places, etc.).
Mr. Ricky Gervais is very simply brilliant; erudite, well-spoken and above all, loves to laugh and LOVES dogs. Dogs have been heroes to my life. Thank you Mr. Gervais for telling, with all of your influence, about your deep consideration for this lovely animal species.
Brilliant mind , truly free thinker and so funny ! Love him !
Ricky Gervais is refreshingly laid back for a man with such responsibility.
When asked about it Gervais mused........
Ricky gives zero fucks.
Like any decent human being: he can only take responsibility for himself. Not for others. Fame or popularity does not mean you represent anyone but oneself. Followers can project whatever they want....
hahahaha class,i have to admit it went over my head at first and I was actually going to give you shit over it
Gervais quipped
Such sharp intelligence with humour is rare ...love you Ricky
Great video, Ricky I am with you re the importance of stopping cruelty to animals and proud to be so emotional about loving them, I’m the same with not disturbing my dog if he is comfy on my lap, our time with them is so short and precious and the joy and love we receive back from them is immeasurable.
Indeed, the time with pets is precious. Just picture that they don't live as long as us, so if we are separated for the day, to them it's like a week being separated from you...
He just comes across as a thoughtful intelligent man, I enjoyed his answers very much.
Love this man. Finally, someone who is telling the truth and is capable to do it in a funny way
You can never imagine how you helped me with losing my dad by your After Life masterpiece Ricky! The world would be much more less than it is if you werent in this bussiness…
Gervais really has a way to express himself in a mild-mannered way...for a comedian
Yes. And you have to watch out because it hides some very sharp wits. That you don't want to get impaled on.
Gervais is certainly a class apart. So much candour and humility in all his answers.
Kudos to him for using his celebrity status for the advocacy of animal welfare.
Excellent interview Oxford Union. Ricky is someone that can easily be seen as being superficial and out just to get a laugh. The reality is that Ricky is a deep and meaningful person. I'd love to lift the top of his head and read his brain rather than to hear what comes out of his mouth. He's a quiet philosopher and he sells his philosophy through his comedy. Full marks OxfordUnion for this interview.
Gervais is so brilliant that his explanation of comedy is like Einstein explaining relativity to a kindergartner class…few of us get the complexity of humor but all of us can laugh along with it.
I wish he would do another special!
I’m pretty sure there’s only 3 at the moment and they’re all…well all Ricky’s work is pure genius at its absolute best!
I don't think Ricky gives Karl enough credit for having a genuinely great sense of humour. He's not just his 'experiment', he's one of the funniest guys out there
You can be funny without having a sense of humour per say. I don't think Karl really has much of a sense of humour in the conscious, make you laugh aim/this is/will be funny assessment perspective.
Because he always makes fun of him and looks down on him. Rick is a looser who pretends to be smart, funny and rich. Whereas the only reason why he made into Hollywood is because he looks a bit like Leonardo De Caprio
He doesn't really compliment anyone come to think of it. But he loves Karl. He frequently visits him at his home. But let's be fair, it is Ricky's great sense of humour who recognized something special and odd and endearing in Karl
@-EWSLS31 - 🤣🤣🤣
@-EWSLS31 - , Love Ricky here but he does look like he could be the love child of David Bowie and Leo De Caprio
Ricky Gervais is the true renaissance man of our time. I'm a big fan and admirer.
He’s so amazing. Derek and After Life have completely changed the way I think and feel about so many aspects of life. His ability to balance comedy with drama is truly unprecedented, nobody else has the same sensibilities, he is truly such a talented person 🙂
Hurrah Ricky - Standing up for truth freedom, peace, kindness and compassion! Honest reflections on our world hopefully makes people think sensibly.
That's right. Telling jokes has made such a huge difference to the world.
Interviewer subtly guided the Q&A deftly with RG providing an insightful look into his life as an actor, comic and writer, so refreshing to have his honesty in his work and his own views he really is the real deal and a national treasure imo😎👌
We
This man is a GOD in comedy. I love it when he slammed the hollywood elite trash. Best thing he EVER did. Much respect for someone so grounded.
Agreed....although I suspect you must be tongue in cheek when you describe Ricky’s work colleagues and fellow film makers as “elite trash”
Certainly he used forceful black humour to poke fun at his colleagues for their various “doings” and “sayings”
Look at the material he has available with Chauncey Gardiner’s dumber Orange twin....still in the Whitehouse....still not being sectioned
Lol
The BEST MONOLOGUE EVER DONE!!! I could watch that 10 mins on repeat over and over again. I’ve actually done it to a degree😅 point is that his joke were so spot on with the audience and the fact that he told them to their hypocritical faces made my year. This Hollywood Liberal Elite class needs more truth bombs like his so they can start being more aware of the actual ridiculous lives they live
Seeing Ricky not drinking an alcohol during an interview is priceless 😁love him to the moon and back ❤
My thought exactly, I looked at the table and thought no pint, just H20😂😂
And why, really, does it matter to either of you, what he drinks?
Never Mind..I Don't Care.
@Mike Greene I wouldn't even have noticed tbh
There is a chasm between this man and his work and many other other comedians that speaks volumes about depth, substance and quality.
Brilliant...love Ricky, his humour and values!
You go Ricky, who cares, them that has the problem has the problem. Love it that you speak the truth through comedy. Love it.
no wonder he majored in Philosophy: much of what he says is quite wise. love him.
Love Ricky, he is funny, loved watching him rib the privileged at the golden globe & love him for not eating animals ❤️
I follow Ricky Gervais because of his animal rights and his caring for those who don't have a voice. I also love his stand-up and series and when roasting rich celebrities.
Comforting to know that after all these years Ricky still finds himself talking about hairy kids. Love it.
I feel the same as Ricky about animals, to the point of depression. A great human and humanitarian !!
I feel the same as you. It can be quite debilitating.x
unless hes talking about trans people
Same
“It’s a really good time for standup”, with a little grin on Ricky’s face.
He is absolutely not wrong, considering the cancel climate.
Ricky Gervais Is Fearless. He is So funny and thats because his observational talent is so accurate, and he never pulls his punches. but he does it with great humour.
Thank you Ricky, I enjoyed listening. Very interesting conversation 💜
This man is the meaning of a realist. Fantastic to listen to.
Great interview ☺️ Ricky's like one of those teachers who rambles on for a whole lesson and is really funny and true and then then bell goes and no ones done any work haha
Sounds right!
I had a physics teacher like that.
And no one remembers anything but a good time was had by all! lol
We had a female french teacher like that .. mention rugby at the start of the lesson and no french for an hour !
But you can't wait to get to class!
He observes and satirizes the human condition well, oftentimes with refreshing perspectives. He is a good kind man who chooses to go about exposition of hypocrisy, contradiction and generally pointed ridicule of victimhood and irony in very sarcastic and sardonic ways. I feel, as the Western World descends into increasingly maddening quicksand, that he offers solid ground within the truth underlying his humour.
He's so consistent, so many great tv shows he's made ! ..
Ricky Gervais is a treasure🇺🇸
Wherever your own state of thought may sit with someone like Gervais; from positions unconscionable with which to ally yourself, to that you find so agreeable it's on the superluminal, I think engaging with a mind of his nature leaves neither of these extremes neglected. People can be very good at things and do well for themselves from doing them. But I think Ricky shows an example of what rounded and wholesome intellect looks like, it's really a far greater gift to those it's shared with than to the one "original" custodian.
That's just my view; Mr Gervais, if you're about in Hampshire any time you're invited to arrange a time to meet, in order to talk yourself down from the pedestal on which I have put you. haha :)
I love Ricky, he speaks for everyone and every animal.
Ricky dont speak for me! And I'm the most agreeable person anyone could meet lol.
How come hes not a vegetarian
Whatever you say about his answers or who he is as a person, every now and again Ricky gets it so right; the moment when he says "who is saying no" is so spot on.
A guy who actually understands comedy. So tired of these late night bores talking politics without it even being funny.
The complete shitshow our political discourse has become began with people regarding politics as being principally a matter of comedic entertainment. There's no reason why politics should be regarded as "funny". It could well be argued that the political process works much better when people take it seriously.
Xthe things that government must manage are not jokes. They aren’t resolved by playing out a bit, or accounted for with a punchline.
I ĺove Ricky.. he is one of the most intelligent, wise comedians ever. ❤
People like Ricky should be leaders ❤
Ricky always keeping it real.
Love how comfortable Ricky seems in his own body… such a sweet, clever man thanks y’all!! 🤩🤩
From a fat bar steward, comfortable with being unattractive, I can tell you, if you can’t say the same of yourself, you are valuing the wrong things. Happiness is not an out of body experience, it is a stroll naked and uninhibited.
I have grown to enjoy Ricky Gervais comedy and his use of the fame platform . I like his honesty, his desire to respect everyone''s perspective in life and his freedom to find laughter in everything . How can anyone revere laughter? . I admire him and his personal journey as he shares it with us . i wish him every success and enjoyment of his journey .
I'm a late convert to Ricky Gervais , is there a club for late converts lol.
I love these lectures. It's always nice to see people of interest (in this case Ricky) being interviewed by "clever people."
What would be great would people that have graduated Oxford in years past and gained celebrity in the area of the interviewee has gained popularity. The meeting of minds and experience. The only thing that lets this down a little is that the interviewer lacks a little life experience but maybe that's the point of the Union, force upon the students the need to interact with those that have made their name in society. Force? Yes, it's what happens when you leave school and venture out.
I'm not privy to what the Oxford Union is. If it's to take students and make analyse and interview some of the best in their respective fields, then this absolutely hits the mark but it would be nice to occasionally have someone that graduated years ago and gained admiration in their field give the interview or at least part of it. I know John Cleese graduation from Cambridge but imagine part of the interview being done by him. It would either be pure genius or an absolute trainwreck. You get the idea...
Ricky Gervais is a true philosopher. And highly intelligent too...
Everything about Ricky is great. Love him.
A clever , thinking and eloquent man.
he's a good man...maybe too modest...but certainly a great comedian...I love him...
Ricky's view on animals fully corresponds to mine. So nice to hear. He's a great guy for lots of reasons.
Really enjoyed this, & I’ve walked past here so many times, not sure my university staff card would get me in hahaha but brilliant stuff, thanks for uploading
I didn't release just how much Ricky had in him. Love the man.
Very intelligent down to earth humble man👍
Ricky is so interesting because despite him being quite arrogant, self-obsessed and other traits you'd normally dislike, he still is very relatable and down to earth in some... weird way.
I think his working class upbringing still anchors him down to reality and a certain level of self awareness. I get irritated with Gervais quite a bit but have always had a soft spot for him in the end.
I love this man and all he stands for ....... He truly gets life.
I agree, I am a late convert to Ricky Gervais.
I listen to the podcasts every night. Love them. Wake up to Ricky's laugh. So smart, funny and clever.
15 Taiwan
What a guy..make humanity great again..
One of the most intelligent people out there, Brilliant writer and comedic genius. Most of the best comedians are very intelligent to be fair.
Interesting to see Ricky speaking at Oxford about free speech and being able to say what you think - as 'safe space' concepts and cancel culture on university campuses make it increasingly difficult to speak the truth, even if it is only your own flawed version of it.
Ricky is our current spokesman for quietly reasonable people who dont have a desire to disrespect or destroy other fellow humans
Ricky Gervais is one of the best. I wish him all the very best in life. God bless him. Ricky should never apologize for anything
if you don't like what he saying you don't have to listen.
The XFM days were magic. Karl being forced into a role he initially didn't want that turned out to be pure gold. Love those shows.
senor blanco Mm poor Karl though
@Talvikki Why say poor Karl though? He's a millionaire now most likely and is quite beloved around the world.
🌟 Delightful human being - holding us above the water of coved with his humility, humour and genuine kindness, without forgetting his brilliance.
Thank you.
I'm confused by what you commented on, I just dont get it lol
People who say Ricky is clever and smart is shocking he isn't he just has common sense what the world is lacking now unfortunately and he is a great genuine guy
Love how he didn't just brush off the "6ft penis" question and really wanted to give an answer, he didn't embarass the guy other than to say he needed more clarity before he gave the answer. Ricky is just a good human being.
In a world of shit, Ricky provides honesty and clarity. Plus, he makes me laugh my ass off.
Comedy is a necessary “medicine” to keep society healthy.
When reality is not spoken openly , because is tragic, or censored, to stop huge amounts of hypocrisy ,solemnity and dogma , we need as a whole , good comedians with genius like this one .Makes life more bearable and to improves discern .
Good humour derives directly from a bright intelligence, and a really intelligent person is always compasive .
Meaness has a tint of impotence and stupidity.
This guy hits the nail on the head. 06:02
The easily offended and US talk show hosts should take notes.
He was certainly the butt of the joke in the wonderful 'Extras' episode he wrote that Bowie appeared in. Brilliant in every way.
Good Q&A session; I hate the amount of adverts, maybe we should set up a new free streaming service without them... The chap hosting the Q&A session was on point. I'm hoping Ricky can be a bigger champion to the cause of fighting back against the wave of "I'm offended" self-entitlement that has gripped society in the last few years and sough to censor comedy and ultimately freedom of expression.
Ricky is an absolute genius.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS MANS HUMOUR WELL DONE RG
So smart and his courage to be forthright in the face of political correctness is refreshing. His discussions with Richard Dawkins or various theists shows how thoughtful and knowledgeable he really is.
RD and Ricky are so stoooo-pid.

Love this and agree with Ricky on almost everything except I think a bigger danger than stupidity is clever or powerful people lying to get there own way and succeeding.
Thank you Ricky for making me feel like I am not alone.
He embodies what the average (thinking) man/woman believes. Ricky is somebody I look forward to listening too - as he says, “makes you think” .
Love you Ricky !!!!! So Real, So Brilliant, Thanks for all the Laughter !!!
We need comedians more than ever.
HONEST ones. Not pushing some commie marxist agenda.
@offwiththefairies77 and by "honest" you mean the one's who share your bubble of opinions right...
Sempre Flamengo Comedians have the same IQ as Medical Doctors.
Absolutely. We'd have world peace because comedians are so influential. Their job is to make people laugh; don't expect anything more.
