Mountain Biking in Bellingham... (Can I ride faster on the Transition Spire or Kona Process 153?)

- We're back in Bellingham riding mountain bikes again!
This time there was a bit less snow on the trails on Thursday... but then it snowed again before our Sunday ride as you'll see. We're riding on Galbraith Mountain both days which is one of the biggest trail networks around the Pacific Northwest and a true gem in the mountain biking community. It is a must-see for any mountain bikers visiting the area. One of the coolest things about Galbraith is that there are trails for every type of rider and pretty much every skill level. The one caveat would be you do lack extremely steep and raw trails. I feel that's fair though, given this is a fully sanctioned trail network and the topography limits the steepness of trails you can build. If you like loamy trails though... you will probably like Dad Bod, Happy Hour, Devilcross and possibly Prison Love as well.
On Thursday I blew a spoke on my Transition Spire so my wheel is in the shop being worked on and I was riding a Kona Process 153 (Yellow Bike) on Sunday.

Yeah can’t wait to get up there today… last couple rides there have been pretty sloppy. Sick spire too… got the same bike, love it!!
