Imagine creating Forespoken and being excited to see Dunkey discuss something you worked on for years only for this to happen.

Any developer of Forspoken who actually watches Dunkey would be glad he's playing Spiderman 2 and not dunking on their game and creating scathing memes about it.

3:56 FINALLY there's video of Spiderman preforming the hidden lotus on a criminal. I remember dragging a guy all the way to the top of the tallest building and then doing it. That man had a solid 10 seconds to reach terminal velocity and contemplate the impact he'd had on his friends, family, and concrete street below

@Artfulsparton no the frames per second is always 24, so if you don't press . fast enough, the number of frames could increase. tmyk

Personally I love forspoken - it really makes you FEEL like Spiderman.
Someone sent this into a group chat I'm in and someone saw the title and went on an hour long tirade about how the game was good and everyone was just haters and it wasn't until after this did she actually watch the video and was super embarrassed and pissed off and I think that's beautiful

Being able to choose whether you play as Spider-Man or Spooderman was unbelievably groundbreaking for the PS2 era. Truly a game ahead of its time.
Wow, I'm loving the cutting-edge graphics in this Forspoken game. And the webslinging gameplay in it, top notch. You can really feel the struggles of the main character as he delivers the pizza.
It has a little something for everyone.
Just wanted to give you a heads up that you were watching a video on Spider-Man 2 and should not in fact buy Forspoken expecting it to be anywhere near this good. /s

Man, when I was a kid I used to boot up this game and just go swinging around like a maniac for hours, only sightseeing and seeing where I can get to. The freedom of movement this game offered back then was phenomenal
Such a great game for it's time. I would get lost in time, just swinging around for hours.
I can’t express how much fun 8 year old me had with this game. When mysterio gets a massive health bar just to go down in one hit is still so funny to me. The voice over and narrator are so good funny as well.
I played this game too lol. I played it a lot. I have always remembered the pizza delivery part.
Dude that mission after where you swing out over the river and have to fight him above the Liberty statue, was hard af but one of my most fulfilling moments as a tike, playing videogames.
Now this is a proper forspoken review. The pizza delivery part is so underrated.

Don't be fooled, if you inspect it closely, you can see that dunkey actually just stopped playing forspoken and started playing spider man 2 instead. It is difficult to see, but it's around 0:00.

i don’t know how the shitty ambient occlusion and overall lighting system in the game is anyone’s problem other than developers. developers made shitty shadows, not higher ups
the bad dialogues and uninteresting story is developers failure, not higher ups
if higher ups even to blame, is because they allowed this game
to ship at all, instead of making a decision to rebuild the game from ground up and firing all those idiotic people from the studio

God I played this game so much as a kid. All of those voice lines are burned into my brain
The event where you have to save someone from falling or bring them to the hospital always cracks me up. I was in the break room trying not to cry laugh and look like an insane person.
Compressing the entire review into less than a second really shows how Dunkey has mastered the art of reviewing games and allows us to use the remaining time to take it all in and truly understand what he means.
I would not call this a rewiev.

Still absolutely blown away by the meta aspect of Mysterio powering himself up with THREE boss health bars only to be taken out in one hit. Phenomenal.

The final mysterio boss battle was probably one of the best ones of the game. All that build up amd down in one punch.
ive been watching dunkey since i was 14 he has helped me through some of the worst times of my life but then i grew up nd i was worried i wasnt gonna find dunkey funny anymore but i swear ive never laughed so hard when he starts singing along those songs just kills me inside another time when he did sang the beeper song in gta and hes like ayy paulie

Probably because games were a lot cheaper to develop back then. The vast majority of modern AAA games suffer from "too big to fail" syndrome, where the investors are putting way too much money on the line to let the devs experiment and try anything new.
Mysterio robbing a convenience store and losing all three boss health bars to one punch is still one of the best jokes in any video game.

It’s the best Spider-Man game to date. better than the corny QTE riddled button mashing movie simulator that insomniac made. Atleast the button mashing in this game was justified cause it came out in the 2000’s. The new game has no excuse
