Ah, so THIS is why I’m constantly finding burn holes in my boxers.
Bruhhh
Stop farting
You too? man i did think i was the chosen one
Why?
Balls of steel
"The power of the balls in the palm of my hand"
ayo-
That's why blackhole can create a huge radiation
The power of the sun in the palm of my hand
**sussy amogus drip music intensifys**
That's what she said.
"balls of steel make sonic boom"
-I see you are a man of culture as well
@Unknown 9099 how old are you ?
Pls i can’t understand it
@Impedancio Sameee bro
now only i noticed 💀
Everyone: Balls of Steel
Me: *"ThE pErFeCt GoLdEn RaTiO eNeRgY!1!!"*
@Don't be an Amber haha, funny.
You too
Dirty deeds done dirto cheep
JOJO REFFERANCE
"When you pound paper with a hammer, you get flat paper"
"Wait so paper has depth?"
"Always has"
**intense gunshot**
As a wise man once said:
"I've got balls of steel."
@Operator_Max1993 Nuke Dukem
steel ball run
🤨🤨
Deez balls be making shockwaves and fire
Zeppeli said to johnny: this is the power of spinning
@Sven Bro wrong part
Yess
Yessss
hamon overdraaaaivuuuuh
"Balls of Steel"
**Looks at comments**
@gamers R us mAh:)
@Rin Tamashī bro I thought jojo not sus
Superman can relate
"Balls of steel"
My mind: 😳🧐sus
Me too 😹
this guy is more effective than my science teacher.
"golden rotation" "Chumimi" "Arigato gyro" "infinite spin" steel ball run
He never runs out of random facts that everyone doesn’t know but also finds interesting 🤔
I wonder why
Hahaha
Science is infinite content
Metaphorically*?
@TheBlomberFactory Ayo???
Okay so what I’m hearing is:
Construct two very large steel balls.
Large enough that it takes 3 years to construct both.
Construct a safety zone on accord of the calculations that were made if the two are to come it contact.
Once safety zone is constructed, collide two balls.
Have the calculations be incorrect, completely shatter several tectonic plates.
A wise man once said
"When i walk my balls of steel collide making a sonic boom"
"I want a man with balls of steel"
A man with balls of steel:
Superman : thats why theres always holes in my pants when im jogging
what The..I----😂😂
The legendary “Balls Of Steel” I’m always hearing people refer to.
I heard Zelensky has some too
Two balls can do anything
@brandy bush Man of steel -> Balls of Steel
@Mr. Bruh q
@G4M3ERZ r4 4th b zee+½a-xda
It truly has been a detour. truly, truly a very roundabout path. Thank you, Gyro.
This channel constantly amazes me, but for some reason the shockwave ripples in the aluminum foil might be the coolest thing I’ve seen yet
"Balls of steel"
*Man of culture spotted*
Ubisoft saw this and said: “Yes”
Lol
Can we all just appreciate how smooth his balls are?
sussy baka🤭
They are consequences for your actions
Sus
@Arihant yup that's what she said
AYO SUS-
Yep you can even calculate the temperature just downstream of the shockwave. Depending on the situation such as the localized speed of sound, this temperature could be tens of hundreds and maybe even thousands of degrees hotter.
"So the reason I'm using two inch, one pound steel balls..." ...those are some impressive stats, my friend. 👍
it's amazing how he managed to clapping two balls together every single time without hitting his fingers
I tried with mine, it worked so well!
Now we need a zoomed in slow mo version of that experiment on aluminium foil.
@Chevy Chase out of what box? This is the most logical progression of this demonstration possible
@ohaidohtrewunate way to think out of the box! Good idea!
Maybe you might be able to capture it better with an infrared camera since its generating heat.
Slow motion with Schlieren effect 🤓 maybe Destin from Smarter every day can do it.
Brrring out the Phantom Cam!
Every sound is a sonic boom my guy. Air that moves fast makes a sonic boom and that’s what we hear. Still, this is a cool factoid I didn’t know.
This makes having balls of steel have a whole new meaning
“Normally if you pound a piece of paper between two pieces of steel, you just get flat paper.” Isn’t paper always flat? 🤔
I like how this dude is exited for small things 😂
Just imagine the amount of sonic booms happening in a marathon
Imagine doing jumping jack
@eyeVANDALeyes because you boom sonics
And then imagine the amount of sonic booms happening in an Ironman!
@Mitsukake Underrated.
"Well amazing, lemme try this"
* _Looks Down_ *
I feel the pain just by reading this
I feel the pain
Thats actually insane! Had no idea about this, very cool
Could this be also why ball mills can grind things down to such fine powders?
"steel balls"
IS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE!?!?!?
Actually, it's from Duke Nuke'em.
That said, it does have a JoJo vibe about it.
Mom: “are you showing your balls in the internet again?”
Action lab: “yes but it’s for science.”
Viewers: “damn, this guy has some balls of steel”
All those out of work comedians,
..& you're just giving it away here..
the nerve.
Basically a dad joke lmao💀
hol up
Lmao
@Thenonkiller because it had multiple puns
"You just get flat paper" so the paper wasn't flat before?
That’s what 2 black holes colliding do to a time-space, the same thing as to that aluminum foil.
Nothing wrong with loving some hammer and steel balls
Damn part 7 looks insane
"Hey! You gotta have balls of steel to do that!" Has been explained in the video. (Edit: MOM IM FAMOUS thanks for the likes)
Yeah lol 🤣🤣🤣
@Suryanshu Singh I agree
😂
May be do a slo-mo of this to see how exactly the ripples are created.
Btw nice balls of steel!! 😜
The selection of words for his video's titles are just genuinely splendid
The microorganisms on that aluminum foil just witnessed a nuclear explosion.
"The way he said the word *Ballz* " ✨
“The power is in the balls Johnny”
- gyro zeppelli most likely
"Hey, Johnny... Johnny... over here. Over here. I'm moving... over this way... If that's how it is... I'm okay with it... My real name... you promised, right...? Don't tell anybody. See ya... take care.
@Rahnuma - e - Hayat well he was a jobro so he cant escape it
@luke foley me too
Haha wow 🤣
Sad nyoho
If my physics class was anything remotely close to this, I might have paid more attention. Our teacher was the yearbook editor, so he’d do that 3-4 days week and we played spades.
Never knew a pair of steel balls made the whole sonic boom series
That's why I love science!!!
that aluminum thing blew my mind, this is so cool
Literal "balls of steel".
Cringe
Hahahaha!!!!
Why “inverted comas”?
I've got balls of steel
@Cosmicsamu39 owh, thought it was jojo reference, sorry
I've learned so much watching your videos keep teaching us I'm happy watching your show
Oh so this is how easy it was for the developers to make a game, so little effort!
Now you know how I feel when I walk around.
Imagine scaling that up and trying to make waves with 1/2 inch sheet metal.
Since Superman is the man of steel, I imagine he has two steel balls. So if he repeatedly jumps up and down, does he create constant shockwaves?
@🍅 yes
I was searching for this comment
@grafter g-man lights her fire, you're saying? 🙂
Yes, if he hits them together, it creates perfect mini sonic booms that’ll even burn paper! That’s why Lois Lane like him.
@King Rainbow when I land, those around me fall down.
Balls of steel
Superman: yea that's about right
So the ball at one point travels About 1200 kph?
That’s cool! 👍
He never runs out of random facts that everyone doesn’t know but also finds interesting 🤔
Can you technically do this with two planets?
It’s beautiful how this man uses aluminum foil to freeze “action in time” to show us a scientific oddity.
@Dale Burghardt it's not an oddity, because it is infact a certainty of the math involved in the equations of the universe Sure. Never the less what you said was just preachy, not productive, informative or even meaningful. Just a groan about the failing verisimilitude of technobabble. The term oddity as it was used here referred to the fact that it does not relate intuitively what most people typically have experienced in their daily lives. It's doesn't break nature, but it does step outside the pattern of typical expectations formed from common experience. Oddity could have been replaced with the word unintuitive with far less of the pomp and arrogance.
@Herne Webber He’s upset that science, math, and history isn’t flattering to his entitlement to magic.
The device he’s using isn’t a big deal to him. It’s just something some guy thought up. He’s more upset that it’s not validating his entitlement.
The aluminum looks like it was hit by a rasengan 😳
I didnt know ball could be upgraded to steel balls?..
And can create shockwaves?
What if we walk with that 💀
This guy singlehandedly manages to make based titles for literally any one of his videos
I had some spherical magnets and for what ever reason I did this but with my favourite shirt in between. Now I know why it made like 6 holes.
at first i was like wow that’s pretty cool, then i thought about how there are no crinkles in the waves. Think about how hard it is to bend aluminum foil without it crinkling/making edges. Crazy that it’s so smooth
@Wes Oh, I was just wondering how you were framing it, since it could've read as either you saying "Considering that the heat comes from the air..." or "Consider the possibility that the heat comes from the air..."
Anyhow, to me, it's the balls that make the pressure, that generates the heat. as demonstrated with the paper, their impact creates enough heat to burn through it completely, so to me, that heat is what's acting on the foil
@Miscl I meant it as a friendly demand, but i concede that it may be an incorrect consideration to demand. Where does the heat come from, if any, and where does the pressure come from, if any, and which plays the biggest roll in the deformation, if either...
@Wes >consider
*Considering? or do you mean, "suppose that"?
@Miscl I suppose the reality of it is a complicated mix of the two and more. I don't think expansion from heat is enough alone. Consider the heat comes from the air being compressed, so could the air pressure or flow of air be what deforms it? EDIT: I want to see this tested in a vacuum lol
@ArtisChronicles to be clear, the spelling error was on which side?
Excalibar - It's not that far
What do y'make - Give and take
Goin' home - Time zone - Check out Egg
He's never alone
Leather 'n' Lace - Getting in place
What do y'get - Say - Fast jet!
Doom room - Cosmic zoom - Heads up, Jake
It's SONIC BOOM!!!
Me: *reads title* Wait how could balls of steel make a TV sho-oh! The sound sonic boom! Not the TV show! I get it now.
But side note, Knuckles doesn’t have balls of steel, his brain is steel, because it focused of strength instead of smarts.
"I've got balls of steel."
"The reason I'm using 2 inch 1 pound steel balls is..." Had a pair hanging around?
Duke Nukem said it best.
"Mom, where's the hole puncher?"
"I don't know, your brother lost it."
"Fine. I'll hole punch the paper myself..."
@reea18 are you saying he is forcing people?
@Jesus loves you im literally a rat
@Jesus loves you no.
@Jesus loves you The Beatles are bigger than Jesus
He really knows how to handle balls.
Thanks for the knowledge 💪🏾‼️
Idea: put these in piston engines to ignite the mixture instead of spark plugs
I want to see the slow mo guys record a close up of this
"Balls of steel" they've been waiting a while to name a video like this
You can tell he was just excited to play with two balls
“Look at the pattern he-air”
The universe all started with the great balls of steel
I would love to see The Slowmo Guys recording some of these experiments. This would be crazy to see!
Yess!
Yeah, except i'm not convinced this is totally real, and it's weird that I'm the first one to say anything. I mean, how could it be a "mini sonic boom" when sonic booms happen at over 700 mph? Those balls are moving nowhere close to that. Whips actually do make a "mini sonic boom", but they can only move that fast because of the motion + extended lever length.. this seems like total nonsense, but I'd have to look into it.
They were always putting out bangers in like 2k15 😭 id go home from school n jus binge man
I miss the slo mo guys fr
Literally my thoughts!!!
i always hear that sound whenever I run
I need the SloMo guys to film that shockwave forming in the aluminum foil ASAP!
I did this on paper with 2 cm magnets, strong magnets but not neodymium cuz that's too strong, it worked :) first I saw hole but then I see the burns, I also wonder can u start a fire with it?
This guy really has balls of steel 😃
Science is amazing.
I've got two steel balls, when they clash together a sonic wave is created from the vocal chord of the woman sitting next to them, and yes it burns the hell out of their tunnel between the labias
This is how sega made Sonic BOOM.
Wouldn't it be heard the same, even without paper?
This looks like a project for the Slo Mo Guy(s), I gotta see those shock waves build
@JonnyT two solid glass sphere around a metal protruding core. Call it earth when you put in a pair of observers.
@JonnyT take the video where the strip is at the thinist and is a thin line on the screen with the ridges building on both sides shown
@theslowmoguys
I thought the same lol
@Haafeez ur Bri ish???
"I´ve got balls of steel! " - Duke Nukem
Imagine how much sonic booms there are at 2 am, specifically the toilet.
I remember back the 90s u could buy these round shock rocks that u hit together just like in the video an watch them make sparks, thus def brought back childhood memory's lol.
The power of spin Johnny
-Gyro
I used to do this as a kid with rocks on my shirts, my mother whooped my ass for it.
@Z Y tuususskkkssk???🤨🤨
NO NO NO WHOS THAT IN THE PROFILE BAHAHAHAAHHHAHAHA
@TI Gyro Zeppeli from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run. Their comment relates to the character, actually. He has steel balls and he uses something called spin (it’s like a power). It’s been a while since I last read Steel Ball Run, but I’m just saying what I remember.
@Jacqueline Why would his mother go to prison? Spanking is not illegal like anywhere. Sometimes, a child does need other forms of discipline other than taking away their x-box. It sounds wrong but fear is one of the best ways to enforce acceptable behavior. Why do you think laws exist?
@DotTheDot You've got a very good point but, (Spoilers Ahead)
Johnny stays alive.
“SONIC BOOM”
“FIRE AND ICE”
Wonder what weapons could made using something similar
Wow science is so cool
I'm not a nerd bro I just love finding out how things work
You'll also get a shock when those hardened steel balls shatter and a shard goes through your eye.
This guy has taught me so many random things in such short amounts of time that I almost feel like I’m robbing him by not watching a 10 minute video every time
@Joe A. mmä
@Joe A. pardon my cynicism haha, glad he's been consistently good!
@Midget Spinner Kinda fascinating how some people in the shorts are just discovering him for the first time. In a good way though. Don’t worry he doesn’t do 3 minute ads and he’s been doing consistently good and educational content for a long time now lol
don't give him ideas, he'll start doing three minute in-video ads like everyone else
Haha I never thought about that. I never realized this channel had full length videos.
Now I wanna see Gav and Dan do this in slowmo, but with bigger balls
