I think more people should acknowledge the message this movie is bringing. It really showcases the struggles that any content creator goes through. The pressure and stress they are forced into, the high expectations, the amount of people seeing your move, and several other stuff. This movie’s *perfect* as it is, especially with it’s message and how it delivers it.

I just finished watching SMG4: IT'S GOTTA BE PERFECT and I was moved. Really moved. This is why these type of Clip-Sharers are famous. They both bring comedic values and real life problems into the animation. I actually felt a cosmic whatchamacallit with SMG4's personal struggles. This dude is an animation genius! If I ever made an animation series, I hope to do the same thing SMG4. Personal P.S. to SMG4: Thank you. You are my idol!

It's actually amazing to see how far Smg4 has come from silly simple recolored mario bloopers, to full blown animation studio material.
All since then he has done War Of The Fat Italians, ssenmodnar, and all these were like a decade old.
For example when Mario and Luigi got stuck in an elevator, mario goes shopping and idiot carts 101, gaurds n r-tards, mario's spaghettiria.
Seeing friends come and go.
The first smg4 video I saw was "ENTER X" and ever since I've been along for the ride.
Seeing an artist evolve like this, it's always a pleasurable sight.

This was simply incredible. It's so easy for content creators, or any artist for that matter, to slip into the mindset that they're only as good as what they give the world. When in reality, it's about the friends you make along the way. You're already perfect, and real friends won't let you forget it. I also love the character development SMG3 got. He has truly gone from being SMG4's enemy, to one of his best friends. This movie was the most disturbing, most hilarious, most heartfelt, and yes, his most perfect piece of art yet.

Man smg4 really is about to slowly convert everything into his own version. But one thing for sure that might always be the same is Mario and maybe Luigi too. Going to miss the old models but I’m glad they are still here to give us some great laughs.

11 years. 11 years of content. I’ve seen it from start to end. Makes me wonder where the next decade will take us. As the story pushes out old assets, and new ones fill the void. Where is the point where all old SMG4 is completely replaced? We define what SMG4 is though. And I’m happy to see where it goes.

And especially at 6:34 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece , I was brought to tears listening to this and seeing the bacon go whirly swirly in a circle countless times. it absolutely moved my soul , and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. Truly what I call modern art. This was the most legendary performance by any piece of bacon I have ever watched. The acting was top tier and very life changing. This is one of the greatest work from a piece of bacon I have ever seen especially on 57:42.I am currently crying so hard right now. GREAT WORK! This by far my favorite video. I am very glad that the hype you made for this video lead to this. Actually my friends and other Clip-Sharers were watching this, and that’s what brought me back to Smg4. I stopped watching SMG4 around the end of 2022 and this brought me back. I left because I wasn’t a fan of modern things like ZERO or Melony because I started watching you in 2019 so This brought me back as my favorite video. and now I have REALLY HIGH HOPES for you! Never in my life would I have guessed that SMG3 would go through a legitimate character arc when I first found this channel in 2014. This is one of the best things I have ever watched from this channel. I love SMG4 so much and seeing the channel evolve has been such a pleasure

I’m pretty sure this whole “perfect video” that SMG4 is trying to create is literally just the Murder Drones Episode 4 video. It fits if you think about it.

I like how Meggy not getting the memes during the "react" trial against Beeg SMG4 sets her up unwittingly as the antithesis of SMG4's goal. She doesn't get his jokes, she'll likely never get his humor. SMG4's videos _can't please her._ Just like he'll never be able to please everyone.

This is so good! I’m my opinion it should be in theaters.

In my opinion this is the perfect video, alot of films can get stopped in the department of comedy and drama together, and this was perfect, the only reason I reccomend the all very classic + it's sequel, AKA "Mario gets his PINGAS Stuck in the door" and "Mario gets his PINGAS Stuck in the Car Door" is because of the fact that those 2 represent the channel best, yes this is really good but if you put the expections too high for their first video, they might find the other videos underwhelming

After a while from watching this video, i start to realise why he made this movie
It's gonna be perfect was the conflict of smg4 struggling to entertain his viewers and the anxiety of disappointing his viewers. I notice this really reflects on his real life status because of this:
I was scrolling through the smg4 Reddit to realise people didn't like modern smg4 because he isn't memey enough and focusing and storytelling, rather than his old episodes, focusing and memes and funny jokes. Also, smg4 thought if he makes a mistake with his videos, people will start to stop watching him. And i also noticed how the smg4 episodes after it's gotta be perfect are slightly less memey and really try to expand on their storytelling.
So basically, i think smg4 is worried if he reduces his memeyness and replaces it with more storytelling, his viewers may say start to dislike him. So he made this movie to express his worry of this change of smg4 episodes

What SMG3 said hit right at home with me. I felt like I needed to be someone else in school and I acted out against friends and family.

Giving SMG3 a redemption arc and making him a part of the main cast is seriously the best decision this channel has made in years. SMG3 is the one thing I can look at and definitively say "New SMG4 does this better, yeah"

I gotta say, the message in this SMG4 movie is really hitting hard as Clip-Sharers really work hard to make the content people want to see and be entertained with, and through their careers they’ll want to improve their work as much as they can, but it also comes with the cost of getting hit with the truth that not everyone is gonna like it, some people might hate it and and make a whole diagram about it, but that’s something to admire about SMG4, Mr Beast, Markiplier, Pewdiepie, and everyone else on this platform. They’ll push through everything negative to do what they love and make the content their viewers wanna see, they’ll continue to grow and with the videos they make, so will we
And it also hits me hard as i’ve started my own channel to and wanted to make videos as well. Clip-Share has been a staple of my whole life growing up and every since I was a kid watching all kinds of things on my Ipad, i’ve always wanted to be a part of it. I’ve always wanted to be a part of the people that wanna create entertainment for the people out in the world, showing support to those in need through here, and get a lot of laughs through that experience. I know it won’t be the easiest journey with both the people disliking my things, and the amount of effort needed to become a succesful youtuber someday, but its not gonna stop me from doing what I love

Even if SMG4 didn’t speak directly, some of those scenes clearly tell us how much pressure and effort it takes to make one good video that makes the viewers happy. I could already tell this one was not only unique for the story, but with the quality and animation. Just look how smooth and accurate they are! After watching this, I felt a little bit ashamed for taking each vid treating as nothing more but just another video to watch for the day and not appreciating as much as it needs to. I never thought how creative and awesome each video is and always unable to see its potential. I truly thank you SMG4 for making another enjoyable video, but make us think about you once again.
Last thing, I was really glad that you really enjoyed making this movie! Keep up the good work, but don’t forget to take a nice break after a long day! You know how worried we were back then and how we care about you!

I don’t feel like this arc is completely over though… I mean it’s a bit too convenient that the one thing SMG4 “needed” (or at least thought he did) appeared as a pop up right there and then.
