This is great news Sean ! I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now and just recently got started riding with your guidance. From California myself, been loving it and now I see you might be ramping back up so can’t wait for the news when you are open. I’ll be flying down there to hopefully obtain a bike from you ! Thank you for everything. God bless you and your family !

Day trip with my boys to TN!! Looking forward to seeing what life has in store for you all. This has been one of the few channels that I've been able to enjoy with my kiddos, now young men, over the years and not have to censor what we watch. We were able to see awesome rides, burnouts, etc. all with guys that have humble attitudes and Christ exalting hearts. So, thank you both for the many years of entertainment from my entire family. Much love from South Carolina..

@Bikes and Beards I was born and raised in Mississippi and I've traveled all over this country but I've always come back home. The people are nicer the food is way better and you can pretty much ride about 12 months out of the year especially if you've gotten used to northern winters. By the way I live about 10 minutes from the Tennessee border so there's a chance we could run in to each other especially since I ride all over the south.

After much prayer for help and guidance, I decided to go back to school to change careers ( I start a new job on Monday) , I decided to have a major operation to address the cancer, (I am now cancer free) and now I learned that you are looking to relocate. Congratulations Sean on your move. You're about to have a lot of new adventures. Tennessee is a beautiful state. Spend some time there around Clarksville Tennessee back in 2014. I'm sure your kids will love it there also they'll meet lots of new friends. As for me gee I wish I would have known you were moving I was just living next door in Arkansas I could have come over and seen your new place. But after my wife passed last year I had no real reason to stay in Arkansas any longer so last month I packed up my car and moved back to Northern California where I was from originally. Back where the remainder of my family and friends are still living. Wishing you and your family all the best. I know Craig's going to miss you. Y'all take care and be safe on your life's new adventures.

Agreed Craig was the brains behind every crazy experiment they got working. Sean is the idea guy but we all know Craig makes it work. I hope Craig makes the move, although that seems unlikely based on the new channel for Craig and Sean’s comments about his team being wary about moving. From now on I’ll be primarily following Craig’s channel and will only watch bikes and beards when Craig is featured. He knows bikes.

You're very brave making such a huge change but as the saying goes you only live once and you make decisions to hopefully improve life for yourself and your family who are number one. I think you'll make it no matter where you go because you've already proven to yourself you know how to make it financially so this is just another step toward an even better financial situation. I enjoy your channel and your personality and I'm looking forward to more of the same and even better!! Enjoy Tennessee, the weather is definitely better than Philly, much gentler winters and like you said a lot better and longer riding season. I envy you, I live in Seattle, I was born here and I'm still here and I do regret having never left, I'm older now but when I retire I'll be spending copious amounts of time away from this rain capitol and on the road, like the Beatles song goes, I'll follow the sun. A suggestion, get a place in the country in a horse community where you can have a stable, a couple horses and some land to ride them on, take the kids out riding, they would love it! Happy trails, best wishes for a great new life.

From a Clip-Share viewer point of view, I am quite sad to see you and Craig and the rest of the guys "breaking up the band' but from a personal standpoint, I know you got to do what you got to do. I think you will enjoy your new place as you don't have to worry about the cold or snow or sucky PA roads. My folks and both sides of the family are from PA and I was born and raised in MD. Going back to see the family each year, you did not need a sign telling you that you were in PA as your butt could tell you that due to the crappy roads. Once you went over the MD/PA line the roads instantly got crappy. Good luck

When I left the Marine Corps, it was before social media was a thing, so it was tough to leave so many of my guys behind. I mean, you get that when you PCS, but the change to civilian life is somehow more a thing of leaving an entire life behind.
The great thing is now, with social media, I'm in contact with so many that I served with, not only with my last unit, but also the others I had been attached to and a member of throughout my years.
It gets easier, but I have learned the Marine Corps way doesn't go in the civilian workforce, so some of my ingrained reactions have had to be tamped down!

I have been riding bikes for a while now, and i just got involved with the CVMA (Combat Veterans Motorcycle association) here in NC, which does a LOT of charity work and rides to raise money all over NC. Man, we've got to go with the flow but you and Craig were great together. I understand though that sometimes one has to make some tough decisions as I have done twice. I hope you two find a way to work together.
I missed the Greencard slot I'd hoped I'd get so I bet I won't be meeting you yet 😢😢. I'll keep trying.

Not gonna lie, am gutted to hear you're all splitting apart and you n Craig wont be churning out vids on regular together, but am excited to see where this journey takes y'all. Enjoy life, keep up the great work, and I'm sure we'll all be along for the ride. Best of luck with the auction too. Peace :)

Welcome to Tennessee! Same thing, moved my family about two years ago, left everything behind in California. We settled in Knoxville, and it's been the absolute best decision of my life. Praying everything goes well for you guys!

It is really sad that you are moving, but you did really say some important things in this video Sean - you were not at the place you would see yourself in ten years. And to me at least, it really takes a man to know that and go through to make a change. Your choice deserves respect. I will miss the old format of bikes and beards, but i look forward to see what you will be doing in the future

@KoKo Beatz What’s interesting is the conservatives leaving California are mostly born and raised. The liberals that are leaving are California transplants originally from other States like Oregon, Washington, New York, Pennsylvania.

I envy you man. I wish I could just pack up my life and go somewhere else. Me and my wife would love to get out of New Jersey and get ourselves a little piece of land were we can be free. It's just so hard to pack up an entire life that you established somewhere and go.. good on you man. Congrats.

I've done this a couple of times in my life as well, its not easy for sure. I grew up in the middle east as my dad worked there since the mid 80s and in 4th or 5th grade, my father's job decided to move us about 200 miles to a different city. Back in the early 90s this basically meant I lost every friend I had. None of us could afford long distance calling and we were too young to, and certainly not allowed to drive that far! So I built a whole new network of friends for the next 10 or so years. Then I willingly did it all over again after high-school when I moved to the United States by myself at age 17 to study engineering. Fast forward 20 years until today and I'm still here - it has been one heck of a ride. Recently I flew back and met everyone I knew after immigrating nearly 20 years ago. Everyone's changed but are still the same somehow! It felt nice to reconnect with them all and relive old memories and visit old places we used to go to in my teenage years. Don't ever let anyone hinder your progress towards bettering yourself - if you have to move, you have to move! Best of luck out there buddy!

You're a great guy and 1 of the few that didn't change at all as he got bigger and more successful/known(?)! I wish you all the best in this brave move that many of us think about in this climate but only a few do and I hope you are here (in the viral space) to stay cause you will be missed.

Problem with Tennessee or many places down south is that while your cost of living is less, average earnings and job opportunities are less. Msny many major companies are headquartered in pa/nj/ny but not so much in tenn. Less tax also means schools and sports are less funded for your kids. No doubt its beautiful, but there are beautiful places up here aswell.
Good luck with the move. As someone whos moved more then most, its rough in the beginning but it only gets easier as time goes by.

  • ross798

    I don't blame you.
I retired a few years ago and the things that seemed so hard to find the time to do, like how many of us can be allowed off from work at the same time (we were first responders) when we wanted to ride our motorcycles down through Mexico. The answer was, 2. Well, if we got some shift exchanges? O.K. 4, but if anything goes wrong...Bottom line, not easy.
Man I thought, I will just retire, my friends retire and we can do anything we want, no time off requests, no vacation bids that have a 100% chance of never having time off with a coworker.
That was 2019. Retired. Then one moved to Tennessee, another. Then one moved to Idaho. Then Nevada. One died. Another is moving now.
There are so many reasons to leave states that simply use you as some sort of bank account they tap into for 5,000 pet projects that have nothing to do with what our government should be doing. It's not my job to pay for YOUR internet. If you are starving, I should pitch in to feed you, but you need to try on your own. In California, we subsidize AUTO INSURANCE! That's not my job, you pay your own way or ride a bicycle to work, like I did.
So, I hope everything works out well in Tennessee.

Man what you said. Had a neighbor move here from Califorina who once here, talked such a good game about here his whole damned family moved into our neighborhood. 6 out of the 14 houses on my street belong to his family and they tried to do a HOA. Guess how that went lmao. Their youngest son has a very loud wrx and it's awesome but not at 2 am. He tries not to be loud but it's almost impossible
