I made a lemon, blueberry cheesecake with a ripe banana oatmeal base. The cookies are great 👍

Over-ripe bananas for pennies each at a local health food store helped get me through my senior year in college. I stored them in my fridge in a paper bag until I needed them. That health food store is long gone (thanks big brand stores for knocking out all these wonderful locally owned and operated stores), but all their marvelous produce sales was God watching over me.
