@ThePartyGuest Bad luck insurance, a third party willing to take on up to 100% of the risk for a fee. So for example if 2 people go all in preflop, 100k pot, 50/50 win chance. Then a third party could insure one of them for say 40k with a 5k fee. So if he wins the 100k pot he has to pay 45k back to the insurer, ending up with 55k. And if he loses the pot he gets 35k from the insurer. So the joke is insuring a close to useless hand, 2% win chance, the hand is worth like 2k at that point. Something hardly worth the trouble of insuring. It's like asking someone with a Rolex collection if they want to buy insurance for their Casio.
In that one clip against Harlow I dont understand how Hellmuth is so mad after it, when first Hellmuth raise 11K before the flop with preatty good ace 9 offsuit, that is not that good, but preatty good cards and so everybody who is going to call early big raise also got something, that they willing to call it, when they dont have bunch of numbers to call so big raise before the flop, so the other dude got the king queen as his hand and so in the flop was two kings and so why did Hellmuth not even consider that his opponent can have king there, if he called your big raise in the start, when the propability is high, when he of course has strong hands, if call your big raise and so Phil Hellmuth decided to go all in and of course the other dude is going to call it, when he see this is big win and would be so stupid to him fold it, so he wins the big pot and so in my opinion it was just Pill Hellmuth playing stupid putting all in, while the risk was high, that he has king, when he called your raise in the start before the flop, so dont understand why Phil Hellmuth then just curse to himself after it.
@Brock Sisson He is successful. However, that was when he was younger and there was barely any competition in the world of poker. He refuses to believe that times have advanced and he deliriously believes that he is still the best. And when things don’t go his way...well lets just say they get into an amazing compilation like this masterpiece
It's funny how everyone stands up for Phil when ppl talk shit to him but when he does it it's okay. And by the way unless you have been living under a rock that's one of the oldest lines in the book. So how is the fact he stole the oldest line ever some gold metal shit?
@Matt Anderson Educating the future. And it's not a secret that that is not going so well in America for quite some time. Don't get me wrong. It's not going good in my country either. But if you haven't realised by now that America has got a problem with education then, well then I don't know what to say but go figure it out. Teachers are constantly underestimated. They provide knowledge to kids so the future can look brighter. It should be supported more.
my fave blow up was way back when poker on TV was starting to be a big thing. Phil got beat by total amateur. Phil kept whining that a 'pro' would have never played the hand (of the amateur) that way. Almost like a pro would fold the hand. The only reason to have hellmuth at a game is to watch him choke and get pissed by brilliant play...especially by a low ranking player
The first clip is amazing and shows how Phil really is. Calls the kid stupid first, then turns it around and says that he called him stupid first, and this guy married a therapist? Wouldn’t a therapist be able to read him like a book on the first date. Just so interesting to me.
@Ruben Guevara yes and no. Based on what other pros have said he's a very emotional guy, when he first got on TV he would try to compose himself but after seeing how well known his outbursts were that it reached outside of the poker community and into mainstream internet fame he decided to just let himself go off whenever he felt like it. So while he's very conscious of his actions there's no actual need to tone it down
@Ruben Guevara I mean for real my guess is that Phil is in fact a great poker player who understands the mathematical odds really well, but sometimes can't emotionally accept the Law of Large Numbers: he'll get punished by a low-probability event after playing what he thinks (and often is) optimally, and it tilts him, and then he makes poor decisions to follow. He's famous, so you get to see 'em on TV. The thing is that when you play as much poker as he does, you are going to see very improbable events. If you play a million, 2 million, who knows how many hands of poker, you are gonna see 0.5% and 0.1% and 0.001% probabilities come to pass.
I’m seriously starting to believe that it is all an act and Phil is not actually like this at all. Like maybe as soon as he leaves his front door he’s in character for credibility lol, but Idk why I refuse to believe he’s actually that narcissistic.
This was the best poker show of all time. The zenith of the poker boom with so many personalities and skilled loose cannons. There was NOTHING better than the loose cannon taking out Phil.
All the other players have really good restraint because if another person calls me a moron or stupid or bad player right in front of me, there's no way I wouldn't talk back.
@THE0malley yeah, I've seen too many of his type in online room, sit down with minimum buy in then tries to bully everyone at the table it works until he bust by jamming with a10/ak running into aa/kk/qq lmao
@Glen K that's cause he'll try to play cash games like tournaments. He buys in for basically the minimum and expects everyone to play the same way he does.
He is great in tournament format but cash game he often gets schooled because he can't easily bully pros and yes i know recently he won several heads up duel but several pros have said that in cash games hellmuth is not up there
Phil H. and Daniel Negreanu are true legends of their era... love how much media there is w/ both of them playing each other, etc. and so much back and forth. Poker is timeless
The fact that Phill can predict the oppents cards several times shows you how good he is. But then again always chooses the wrong timing to make a Play🤣 that's funny.
Phil has won many tournaments and from what I hear gives to charities. But its so freaking fun to watch his antics and the way verbally assaults his opponents with no remorse and some how still wants respect. I laughed hard at this episode.
I know he’s not exactly the best sport at all but at that last game... MAN I felt that. I knew the outcome but FUCK he was so close to saving his own rear before making the exact wrong decision. Out of all his blow ups in this video, that one actually had my sympathies. I feel for the guy with that one. Just one bad judgement call my dude. Just one bad call and you played yourself... oof.
19:18 "You got king, queen of clubs?" 100% right. He's excellent at predicting what others have, but then doubts himself and calls anyway. No wonder he gets upset.
@Politically Incorrect Yeah he hit the ``miracle`` 3 outer as 1 ten is clubs ofc. As fishman made only a call pre flop it is unlikely he has a monster. So QKs is a possible hand but also the 7/8 8/9 suited hands. So Phil would only lose basicly to the QKs or a set, which was unlikely being much high cards and those pocket pairs would have raised pre flop likely. However would the cannon who was thight make a bluff in that spot with total air. Cause that was all about Phil could catch there.
@Jaret Doiron-LaRue This makes sense now, thanks for explaining. I was confused because the way Phil phrased it seemed like he meant he would win the pot if a club came but it makes much more sense that he would have clearly folded had the club came on the river and not called to get stacked.
@TheKeivan324102334 You're right, Phil still would have lost, but what Phil probably meant was that he wouldn't have lost another dime on the river. If another club came it would be an easy fold for him because his opponent would very likely have the flush. Catching the straight like that was just brutal because there's no way you can chase a gut shot straight all the way to the river with those bets so the only hand that stays in the pot chasing a draw and catches it is exactly KQ of clubs, which Phil thought was unlikely enough to make the call.
for the big game he left in the negative almost every appearance. his biggest take how was 93k i season 1 and in season 2 he left in the red in the 5 episodes he was in
I don't mind Phil and I know he gets a pretty bad rap since he doesn't care about showing his emotions when things don't go his way, but these videos are too funny.
The last one is still the worst call ive ever seen from a pro played probably, guy gives a giant speech about being done and then jams all in and then shakes violently the rest of the time and he still calls, biggest tell of all time.
I have never seen him win anything to be honest. I know it is nice to see him lose it, but he must be pretty successful from time to time or he wouldn't be such a big name :D
@brownwings00 as an Australian who says "maths", the expression is "do the math". The subject of mathematics is not the same thing as the math of one specific calculation.
As a viewer, I love watching people exact justice on a player when they start to get out of line. As a person, that won't get you many friends, regardless of how many bracelets you have. It's people like Negreneau and Tony G that will keep him grounded(hopefully).
I love how in every Hellmuth blow up vid, Negreanu always seems to be nearby 😂😂
😂🤣 Tony and Negreanu always love to see Phil blow up
“EJECTOR SEAT 3…2..1.” Lmaooo
I've probably watched this same video a half dozen times. Thinking it was a different beat down on Phil H. But never grow tired of him getting BEAT.,!
Negreanu is the instigator 😂
100%
The combo of tony g asking if Phil wants insurance and Harlow trying not to laugh was pure gold
@ThePartyGuest Bad luck insurance, a third party willing to take on up to 100% of the risk for a fee. So for example if 2 people go all in preflop, 100k pot, 50/50 win chance. @Crizzle Yo i would also like an explanation
@Benjamin Ladegaard
can someone explain the joke to me? what is insurance
Hahhhh that was brilliant 🤣🤣🤣
Willing to bet we've all seen these blowups ten times over but here we are again to watch a man in his 50's act like a 5 year old.
Phil is so unlikable I don’t understand how he has fans.
@Chris Chatziantoniou Irrelevant!!!!!!

Rewatching this every 4 months or so
"I am a bad looser you are a bad winner that makes you ten times the bad person I am." Wow, now that is some gold medal mental gymnastics.
That was brutal because it’s so true. Ended it right there.
@PowerLifting 101 but that's not what was happening here, Phil kept talking while the winner was basically quiet until Phil forced him to respond
@PowerLifting 101 If you woulde call them stupid before they would start teasing you then you 100% deserve it. Hellmuth is like baby.
I mean it’s true but if you can’t take it don’t dish it out
It's funny how everyone stands up for Phil when ppl talk shit to him but when he does it it's okay. And by the way unless you have been living under a rock that's one of the oldest lines in the book. So how is the fact he stole the oldest line ever some gold metal shit?
The commentary is always so good.
"Nice hand, buddy."
"Nice hand buddy? Where's my blowup?"
"What the f***"
"That's more like it."
I love Joe Stapleton. The goat of commentary.
Helmut giving his impression of David after dentist
I read this as he said it😂
And they know poker. Great commentary and these guys keep me amused.
6:26
I didn't think it was possible to be both a sore winner AND a sore loser but man does Phil Hellmuth really deliver
"He's a school teacher and you have endless trunks of money" had me rolling on the floor.
@Krzysztof Zukowski Hellmuth throws a fit over losing money to a school teacher when Hellmuth has hundreds of thousands of dollars.
@Krzysztof Zukowski any grunt can do that shit though, you need some level of education to be a teacher.
Same here. Couldn't help but laugh.
@Krzysztof Zukowski phil is having a tantrum about losing the pot and he says:
my fave blow up was way back when poker on TV was starting to be a big thing.
9:44 the "I needed that" sounded like it came straight from the entire depths of his soul. Im glad he won that hand.
I really liked Harlow. I thought he held his own really well, just unlucky in the end.
The first clip is amazing and shows how Phil really is. Calls the kid stupid first, then turns it around and says that he called him stupid first, and this guy married a therapist? Wouldn’t a therapist be able to read him like a book on the first date. Just so interesting to me.
Hes rich bro. I dont think she cares that his a baby.
Or she puts up with it and married him for $$$
@Ruben Guevara yes and no. Based on what other pros have said he's a very emotional guy, when he first got on TV he would try to compose himself but after seeing how well known his outbursts were that it reached outside of the poker community and into mainstream internet fame he decided to just let himself go off whenever he felt like it. Harlow stifling his laughter when Tony G asked Phil if he wanted insurance is pure TV gold.
Sofa King someone mad the world ain’t perfect lol
Sofa King dirty? Throws elbows or what?
Sofa King yes he is bro he’s an action player and a mind gamer
@Sofa King That's what he said!
Tony G plays dirty, he's not a real poker player.
Hats off to Dani Stern for standing his ground.
As a poker noob who was just recommended these videos by the Clip-Share algorithm, I've never seen Phil actually win before 🤣
@THE0malley yeah, I've seen too many of his type in online room, sit down with minimum buy in then tries to bully everyone at the table it works until he bust by jamming with a10/ak running into aa/kk/qq lmao

he is a pro. of course he wins
He's really good at all the side game versions of poker with like 100 people or less in the tournaments.
Phil H. and Daniel Negreanu are true legends of their era... love how much media there is w/ both of them playing each other, etc. and so much back and forth. Poker is timeless
The face Esfandiari did when he saw the loose canon cards is priceless.
He loved it.
The look on Antonio's face when Harlow shows his hand is absolute gold!!
When I'm in a bad mood I watch the videos with Hellmuth. Always works :D
"You want insurance here?"
Dude almost spits his teeth out trying not to laugh.
LMAOOOOOO
Nice one
I love how Negranu is always nearby to push Phil's button.
That bright, shiny, candy-like button
i like when matesow can turn him up cuz phil knows mike is a pro fish
I love it every time when Tony G says “what were you thinking” to Helmuth
Yes. Even though both Tony G. and Phil H. can be real jerks, I almost always root for Tony G. against Phil H. because Phil H. is such a hypocrite.
The thing I love about Phil is that he takes himself so seriously.
My kid asked me one time what's bad sportsmanship and I just show him Phil.
A lot of people hate this guy but I think he's hilarious.
The fact that Phill can predict the oppents cards several times shows you how good he is. But then again always chooses the wrong timing to make a Play🤣 that's funny.
When you've had a SH*T day and nothing has gone right it's good to sit down and watch Helmuth get felted.
helmuth is a legend...but only for his reactions after dumb calls 😂
How this man has won 15 (!) WSOP Bracelets is completely beyond me.
It is well thought out that the producers put Phil at the end of the table so he has plenty of runway for take-off.
The look on Antonio’s face when he sees the loose cannons hand is priceless
Phil has won many tournaments and from what I hear gives to charities. But its so freaking fun to watch his antics and the way verbally assaults his opponents with no remorse and some how still wants respect. I laughed hard at this episode.

This was gold, haven't seen Hellmuth this mad Ina minute. XD
I appreciate the kid didn’t let Phil off with that sore winner BS when 2 seconds before he baited him in 😂
After all these years, I still love Phil! 🤣🤣🤣
Hellmuth is so hysterical 😂
Every time Hellmuth loses an angel gets its wings.
Every time he wins God kills a baby llama and a radio station plays Nickelback
13:43 I just love Daniel's laughter lol
I was lmao when Harlow flopped two kings to give him a set...Harlow's heart had to be doing flips ! Priceless 🤣
Every time Phil loses a hand, a baby puppy get gets adopted.
That’s only two puppies.
Kennels would be closed if that were the case.
A "baby puppy"?
As opposed to what? An adult puppy?
3:53 :Ejection seat in 3.. 2.. 1.. Blast Off!"
I was folding over laughing. 🤣
Love him or hate him, Phil certainly adds to the commentary.
Hellmuth is freakin hilarious!!!
I love watching Perkins enjoy every moment
16:00 the "David Williams" right into the bleep gets me every time
Hellmuth is like me when is was 10 years old blaming my loss to the ''malfunctioning"controller 😂😂
Why is it so enjoyable to watch PH blow up!?! I can't stop watching! :)
Yeah same buddy!
19:18 "You got king, queen of clubs?" 100% right. He's excellent at predicting what others have, but then doubts himself and calls anyway. No wonder he gets upset.
And the cannon immediately started monologuing. Easiest lay down in history. Phil is the worst.
@Politically Incorrect Yeah he hit the ``miracle`` 3 outer as 1 ten is clubs ofc. As fishman made only a call pre flop it is unlikely he has a monster. So QKs is a possible hand but also the 7/8 8/9 suited hands. @Politically Incorrect u cleary r amateur....and trust me youtube ia not the place to learn poker
@Jaret Doiron-LaRue This makes sense now, thanks for explaining. I was confused because the way Phil phrased it seemed like he meant he would win the pot if a club came but it makes much more sense that he would have clearly folded had the club came on the river and not called to get stacked.

Glad to see this guy stand up to Phil.
That Harlow flop against hellmuth is so good, if that ever happened to me I’d talk about it for ages
This right here is what got me into watching poker
Literally nothing better than a Phil losing compilation 😂
I love watching Phil! One of the best...
I wanna see the big wins Phil gets….I know it’s funny watching Phil blow up, but he is one of the players ever for a reason
for the big game he left in the negative almost every appearance. his biggest take how was 93k i season 1 and in season 2 he left in the red in the 5 episodes he was in
I love Tony so much, "Thats the worst!" while looking Phil in the eyes with a shit eating grin
Yeah that's the best clip lmao, and it really was the worst
J Duenas lol
" U want insurance 'LOL
Phil: You’re stupid.
Anyone: No, you.
Phil: WOW. You’re out of line.
😂🤣
Master troll
I love watching Phil get tilted and lose. It’s become his trademark and I’ll bet he gets paid to act that way. Daniel eggs him on as well.
I don't mind Phil and I know he gets a pretty bad rap since he doesn't care about showing his emotions when things don't go his way, but these videos are too funny.
Idc what anyone says I wouldn't have Phil be any other way than he is. We literally all came here to watch him and were entertained. Legend
Oh absolutely, he’s absolutely how he should be for maximum entertainment
I love him. Either he lose or win.
iv seen this video about 10 times never gets old this is gold
I love this guy helmuth, he's very generous.
20:02 the way they zoom in on Phil’s face and then watch him stand up😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
“What are you thinking? Back door flush?” 😂😂😂😂😂
When the cannon shows his hand to Antonio, that smirk on Antonio's face, he knows an immanent blow up is at play 😂
I could watch Hellmuth lose all day. It brings such joy to me.
The last one is still the worst call ive ever seen from a pro played probably, guy gives a giant speech about being done and then jams all in and then shakes violently the rest of the time and he still calls, biggest tell of all time.
It was loose but the teacher schooled him, it was a great speech, helmuth underestimates everyone, the guy sold it with conviction.
God, I want to play Hellmuth someday
The best poker player 💪
Phil Hellmuth could literally have the entire world and still be pissed off all the time.
“Why would he bet 20K?”
“Because he knows his opponent will push all in with Ace high”
“I needed that”
Best line goes to Tony G. “You want to buy insurance?😂😂😂😂😂”
Gotta love Tony G…. He’s like an electric cattle prod !
Hellmuth is 10 steps ahead with psychological rants!
I absolutely love it when phil hellmuth loses, couldn't happen to a better guy
I'd love to play against Phil, I'd constantly make dumb decisions just to get him to blow.
I love how he calls everyone else stupid when he loses.
Hellmuth is also a LEGEND at losing pocket aces as well.... im surprised he doesnt fold them anymore at this point 🤣🤣
"Phil just told him where to put that semi bluff'. LMAO
are these bluffs even real? XDDD
I’ve never seen this man win with a pocket pair
"Ejector seat in 3... 2... 1... " and then Hellmuth gets up right on cue! Commentary has me rolling lol
Phil is right about people being bad winners.
"russ can just picture himself driving his kids in that new mini van" had me dying lol
Please give Fishman an Oscar 🏆
How can you do anything but laugh at Phil. If I were at these tables I’d have to step away. He’s just so damn delusional it’s hilarious.
This is so great. I could watch a hundred of these.
I have never seen him win anything to be honest. I know it is nice to see him lose it, but he must be pretty successful from time to time or he wouldn't be such a big name :D
Lmao I've already seen most of these but as soon as I see a new Helmuth tilt video I immediately click the like button
At the 19:00 mark Perkins is looking at hellmuth like he knows hes beat and is savoring the moment. God I love it
Phil has proven time and time again that he's nothing more than a "grown ass child".
Man, I love when Phil loses :') He is such an a**hole and so disrespectful, he deserves to loose every penny. Makes my heart glow :')
...that's professional a**hole to you, sir; he's getting paid for it.
you reap what you sow....the universe throws back to you what you put out...Helmuth needs a philosophy course
"I know I'm out of line, but I did the math and I calculated that you are exactly 10x more out of line than I was."
I’m using that next time I find myself in an argument 😂
He should have answered: "According to your last hand you arent the best at Math, are you?"
@brownwings00 Englih* is not Math* lol 😂
@brownwings00 as an Australian who says "maths", the expression is "do the math". The subject of mathematics is not the same thing as the math of one specific calculation.
🤣🤣🤣
“Glad you’re enjoying it Donny” I’m crying 😂
As a viewer, I love watching people exact justice on a player when they start to get out of line. As a person, that won't get you many friends, regardless of how many bracelets you have. It's people like Negreneau and Tony G that will keep him grounded(hopefully).
These are his enemies though lol im sure he gives a shit and has homies he is far cooler to. Maybe Im wrong and he is a universal dick though
Hellmuth is actually pretty nice away from the table. I don't know why he's become so bad at playing recently.
I smiled from start to finish. PH a baby
Yes, Phil. This is for real.
“Hide your kids hide your wife, cus they raising everybody out here” 💀
@Aomura og Clip-Share vid from back in the day. Search hide your kids hide your wife…
I don't get it😂 pls, enlighten me.
So funny😆
I wonder how many people actually got that reference.
Omg, I cried laughing. He reminds me of myself
this guy is the real entertainment
