I’ve been working out for a year now and I have kept 13 lbs off which I wasn’t very proud of because I wasn’t seeing a change in my body (post c section). On social media it looks like everyone has perfect bodies and no stretch marks or saggy skin and it’s so refreshing to see that you don’t have to have a perfect body to look amazing.
