Remember that the Lord Jesus Christ died on a cross for you because He loves you so much. He then rose up from the dead three days later
The Ten Commandments are called the moral law, (most of us are lying thieving blasphemous adulterer at heart and deserve hell) you and I broke the law, Jesus paid the fine. That’s what happened on that cross.
By believing that Jesus died on the cross and rose up from the dead 3 days later and not just confessing your sin, but also repenting of all sin you have done and putting all your trust in Him in prayer, He will grant you everlasting life as a free Gift.

You need to be careful with the high pressure water, if you hit your skin it may look like you just got it wet, but what you're doing is damaging skin tissue, ligaments, you can cause severe internal damage (keep in mind they use these things to make the lenses for glasses lol)

Hi, I’m studying to be an engineer so this stuff is pretty interesting to me. Have you considered maybe shrinking your body to a very small size and then trying to use the pressure washer? I imagine you would get a lot of lift from a regular pressure washer if you weighed a couple grams. Hope this helps 🙏🏻

this depends on the physics of the model of shrink ray he owns, if it makes him smaller by increasing his density, he will weigh the same, but if it eliminates some atoms and brings others closer together, he will weigh much less, great idea!

    • War_Daddy
      War_Daddy 2 months ago +110

you ever tried filling an old one with gasoline and lighting it? you get a pretty damn effective flamethrower that can go several meters.
Dumb idea but I'm not paying retail price for an actual flamethrower just to have it be a very expensive toy (also flamethrowers are 100% legal in most of the US as they're classed as agricultural tools)
It's honestly far easier to buy both a black powder cannon AND a flamethrower at the same time here than it is to get your hands on an AR15 as they're both deregulated.
Important to note that it has to be an electric pressure washer though. You try doing it with a gas powered one and you now have a bomb. It's also a good idea to wrap the barrel with fibreglass insultation and tape it down as it protects your hands from the heat and contains the burning fuel if you have a barrel failure.
a welding mask and a fire resistant coverall also helps.

Ten out of ten choices on the hugely underrated soundtrack choices! My dyed was a musician and raised me until I was six, but it was enough to result in a passion for classical music like this I ended up becoming a cellist. Hey, I doubt you probably did this, but if you accidentally cut your toe using the washer you may want to get it checked out. My neighbor sprayed his leg on accident and it cut him, he thought it was fine, looked like it was just a small cut, turns out it was much worse. Severely bad internal damage that began leading to worse things than a severed ligament. Now it may be different considering the structure of the toe, but might be worth getting it looked at.

    • Constant Chaos
      Constant Chaos 29 days ago

@Rafael yeah that's not that big of a deal, I'm a first responder loosing a digit isn't much and won't effect your life in substantial ways, especially not a toe (not even the big toe)
Like it sucks and all, isn't comphy, but like you'll be fine it's not gunna kill you or significantly impact your life. I've dealt with so many lost digits it doesn't even phase me at this point. Sure replantations are an arduous surgery but like you're jot the one who has to spend hours reattached every muscle and ligament and vessel you'll be asleep for it.
Also compared to internal bleeding and severed ligaments in the leg? Yeah it's really no big deal by comparison, amputation surgery is super quick so if he just said fuck it cut it off the rest of the way it would only take like 30 min and you don't even need more than local anesthesia. I get its not pretty or fun to consider but loosing a toe or 2 is no big deal really

Pressure washers are not only pushing towards you it’s also trying to rotate itself because of the nozzle. That rotational force is most of what you feel when handling one. It feels much stronger than it really is because of how far that nozzle is. Idk why they make it like that. Just make it shoot straight for better handling

The force propelling something like a personal water craft with a jet pump is directly related to the the amount of water that flows through the pump, and the change in speed of the water going through the pump. The force (thrust) is related to the change in momentum of the water. The momentum is related to speed and mass, momentum = mass * speed. With all other things being unchanged, to get more force, flow more water, or increase the outlet speed of the water. That why taking off the pressure-washer outlet nozzle at 3:25 reduced the thrust, as the outlet speed of the water went way down.
For an example if you have 100 liters per second flowing through your jet pump, given that 1L of water is 1 kg, that is 100 kg/s. If the pump brings that water in at a speed of 1.0 meters per second (100 L/s through a 0.1 m² opening), and have enough power to squeeze it through a nozzle about 1/11th of the inlet size (an opening about 0.0091m²=91 cm²), the water at the outlet will be going 11 m/s. The change in velocity is 10 m/s (11-1) for that 100 kg/s of water, so that works out to 1000 Newtons of force (100 kg/s * 10 m/s), which is about 100 kg of thrust (1kg = 9.80665 N)
For those interested in doing the unit analysis kg/s * m/s is kg m/s², and you may have seen a similar unit using F=mass * acceleration, which is also force, which in metric would be Newtons.
Obviously he is not going to get that much water from his garden hoses, so he needs to go with a large change in water speed. He has 120 L/min or 2 L/s. To get 100 kg of thrust, he will need a very fast outlet speed. I think it's great he is trying though!

  • __

I think a lot of the force comes from the water coming out of the nozzle carrying air with it and the sudden change in speed as it comes out of the nozzle... water expands 1600 times when it boils... so if you started with a bathtub of boiling water and heated it just as it was in the nozzle you would have a rocket engine... it would also probably be safer for children

105 - 60 gives a difference of 45 IBS. Throwing that into a ratio of 45 IBS for 4 power washers. This gives us a ratio of 11.25 IBS per power washer. If we multiply 11.25 by 10 you get 112.5 IBS. So you need 10 power washers to lift you up. Not to mention placing them in the correct angles so you do not throw yourself into an object and injuring yourself.

And especially 0:06 that part was just so truly heart touching words can not describe the series of emotions I felt. I absolutely loved the climax it had insanely excellent detail. Oh and we can’t forget the conclusion. The conclusion was the greatest and saddest conclusion I have ever seen better than any of the books I have read. Thank you so much for creating this absolute masterpiece. This is essentially the most important masterpiece of film history. It is a tragedy that this, it can’t be called a film, but a transcendent emotional experience, will be inaccessible for most. It beautifully encapsulates the human struggle to its basics; suffering, pleasure, faith, despair. It connects with the characters within the viewers, individuals suppressed within our own subconscious. It stays vibrant, fresh, and revolutionizes the art of storytelling and filmmaking while making a damn of statement on what it means to be human. Entertaining, gripping, and simply exhilarating. This might be the most impactful piece of art I’ve come across in my life, and I’m definitely coming back to it in the near future to study it more deeply. this is an absolute masterpiece. it absolutely moved my soul, and I don't think I can ever be the same. this bacon has changed my entire mental state , I am now at peace with who I am and what I will be doing later in my life. i have forgiven all my enemies and now I am a man of a pacifist life. I will move on , gotta move on , as the song says. the bacon is so inspirational , it shares it vast wisdom with all of us , and we are all so lucky that it would bestow it's great words with this music... It depends on the PSI of the pressure washers. I have used ones that will blow 4-inch thick dried Plaster off of the floors and everything else with a Bumble Bee nozzle on it (one guy cut the crap out of one of his legs by walking in front of someone else using the pressure washer. I have also used a Gas powered (20 HP+) one that would cut straight through 5 inches of Asphalt NO PROBLEM! That one might take 4-8 to get you off the ground depending on how much you weigh.

you could have instead mounted the washers to your legs which have tonnes more strength than your arms, whilst also having them butt up against your armpits, which leaves the directional control down to your legs (which your brain is used to) and leaves your hands free to direct unwitting friends, and to operate the washers (if you ever tried again that is)
