both benny and cole killed this!!
This is literally the hardest J Cole verse I've ever heard. The scene this man paints with words gave me chills I almost cried out of enjoyment on my very first listen
An absolute masterpiece from The Alchemist, Benny and Cole World. This needs to be a contender for track of the year, no question.
Everything about Cole’s verse is masterfully written and executed. Storytelling, metaphors, cadence, similes, entendres, the actual composition on paper when read. This is the type of shit that will make it into the Library of Congress in 30 years.
Bro this track deserves a Grammy hip hop NEEDED this. Cole is a true wordsmith, a legendary rapper. Both of y’all absolutely killed this track 💯🔥
Respect to Benny for holding his own with a top spitter! 🎤
TRUE MASTERPIECE 🔥🔥🔥🔥👀
The song is dedicated to/referencing his father's Cadillac. The vintage house is a symbolism of old thoughts while the sunrays beaming symbolizes new knowledge and wisdom. The video artfully reflects an influence of his career.
Now this is EXACTLY what I’ve been searching for so long, lyrical rap at its best, I’m so happy there are still rappers nowadays who understand the art
I play this song at minimum 10 tens a day. The beat and the hook is mesmerizing. Reminds me of summer in North Carolina. J Cole, represent. ✊🏾
"Walk this tight rope with a felines agility, the streets did so much shit to me I could never live civilly, I could never leave the scene without checking my mirrors visually."
Cole really just executed one of the best feature verses I've heard in
My brother passed away on Christmas Eve. I used to send him Griselda music all the time. When Benny dropped this on Apple Music, I went to text it to him and cried. I hit send anyway and told him I love him. I miss you lil bro 💔😔
Not a huge Jcole fan but wow, on this track alone I've found a new level of respect for him, his verse goes down so hard😭, and this track is legendary 🔥🔥🔥
This is one of the best songs of this era. Benny obv snapped. Cole is proving he is the absolute feature god.
Real art, real music right here everything about this song with the beat, bars and visuals are too fucking raw 🔥🔥
First time hearing this masterpiece 05-24-2022. 41 years old I been listening to hip hop since 93. This one is definitely special. Listen closely youngsters to the art of rhyme spitting.
Benny fucking killed it on this whole album!! Never was a j cole fan but this track is super fire! They are both doing the culture justice! J cole is one of the best mainstream rappers in a long time👌👌👌
Masterpiece right here
One of the best hip-hop songs of 2022. Alchemist really a top tier producer, that sample is addicting. And of course Benny & Cole did their thing
