I totally understand everything you're saying and the motions the world makes us struggle through. I don't know how to push through it- but I do know I am so sorry that you and your family, and every other parent that has cried up to God for just one more day, minute, anything.. has to endure a pain that is so devastating you don't know if you can, or want to go on yourself. I'm just so sorry for your pain.

I had a really hard time watching him expressing his pain. I know how hard it is. You just want someone to listen even when it hurts so much to talk about a loss. Ricky, I lost my twin brother a few days before Christmas of 2020. I'm haunted by the last words I heard come from his mouth over the phone before the rescue squad picked him up. He went into a coma. After being in the hospital for several weeks, we got the call after midnight that he had passed away just hours after visiting him for the last time. I knew something was off that evening. I remember riding back home with my mother to her house. I said mom, I couldn't feel his energy. God had brought him home. It's been unbearably hard for me - even more so for my mom. She's lost 3 children in her lifetime. There are times that I question and wonder why God allowed so much pain to my family. We are Christians - are we destined to live this life with so many unfortunate events even with faith? That's the result of pain. Then I remember the story of Jesus when he wept on the cross and asked why. It will get better, brother. Some days will be worse than others, but talking about it with the people who loved your son will help you all heal together. 🙏

I know your pain right now Ricky. My son passed away in February 2022 and it's a pain that will NEVER GO AWAY. He was my only child and I've been lost since. Prayers to YOU, your family and his friends for comfort and peace during this very difficult time 🕊😥❤️
