FUN FACT: the mejhool dates are native to Morocco, they are just one of hundreds of varieties of dates, but they're the only one known as “the fruit of kings.” With a sweet, caramel taste and chewy texture, Mejhool dates were originally eaten by royalty and thought to fend off fatigue
PS: Mejhoul dates are called “the king of dates” because they were originally eaten by royalty and kings of Morocco and they contain antioxidants and nutrients that lower your risk of heart disease, promote digestion, and support heart health, among other benefits, without forgetting that they contain 50% more potassium than bananas, supporting these nervous system functions. The B vitamins in mejhoul dates like pantothenic acid, folate, and niacin help manage the metabolic processes that convert food to energy. Research shows this can help to fight tiredness and fatigue, and their fiber may boost digestion and heart health while lowering your risk of several chronic diseases and the list goes on!

in the meantime, Ziyech gets shit disrespect, wasn't given time or backing he starved for and needed to get back to his best. Luckily, the Moroccan national give him just that and he performs while not even match fit. Morocco just beat Brazil 2-1 thanks to Nayef and Ziyech

    • Eppis_CFC

@Amine yes ik im Moroccan and I went to the match, but i was so mad when Chelsea did that to ziyech

    • Amine
      Amine 6 months ago +1

@Eppis_CFC Same here and I was a Chelsea fan long before Ziyech joined and I was so excited but he was treated really badly, and became a scape goat while the team doesn't have the quality around him to make the assists he is known for and loves to do

    • Eppis_CFC
      Eppis_CFC 6 months ago +1

@Amine ikr, Ziyech would actually be a world class player with the right club. So much wasted potential that’s what I hate about Chelsea most players they sign have great potential but they don’t get to show it

    • Amine

Nayef is the cutest, his face when he saw the Harrira though I nearly died ahahaha. Usually, original Moroccan Harrira is much more red in color and is more dense than the one I saw in the video. Also, we put a slice of lemon on the side since some regions in Morocco like to add the juice for more flavor.
Anyways, thanks for the video I enjoyed it !
And Ramadan Mubarak for all Muslims, sending love and prayers !

This was really good, but only covered the food part of Ramadan which is only part of it. Would have liked to see Nayef and Zouma explain the prayers, charity work and overall reconnecting with God aspect of Ramadan.

Nayef is a world class defender , his tackles just brilliant , he needs to improve his reading to strikers moves

    Nothing can beat Moroccan tea❤
Iam addicted to English tea but it's just because it's easy to make and I don't have Moroccan tea and mint all the time😅

As an Algerian, it's nice to see these players try Harira! It has always been something that we cook and enjoy every week, it hits differently in Ramadan!

Harira is a moroccan soup 100%, also morocco’s cuisine and culture is completely different from the rest of north africa’s country,
As morocco was the only arabic country who wasnt under the othomans ruling , thats the reason why we have different dishes, and for example baqlawa you ll find in all arabic countries except Morocco
