Yeeee! You're my absolute fave person when you mention deals and what not for all the stores. You are not annoying constantly saying something is a "good deal" lol I appreciate how thorough you are when mentioning the items as well as the research you do to back up why something may or may not be a good item to purchase.
So, thank you! (: the extra work you do can be long and tedious but it's worth the wait to see your videos compared to others who post every single day with little to no research comparing prices/quality/etc.

I went to Costco three days ago. They didnt have all the new stuff out yet as they were still transitioning to summer stock. Most of the new stuff was furniture (not outdoor). Its nice to see they are keeping with furniture trends by carrying the lighter colors and people still buying lots of gray. They had a beautiful white bedroom set that I loved.

There are many types of cinnamon. Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), grown primarily in Sri Lanka, is known as “true” cinnamon; It has the best flavor. and is the safest to consume. Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum), grown in southeastern Asia, mostly Vietnam and China is the most common type sold in North America; it contains coumarin which, in excess, is toxic and has carcinogenic and liver-damaging properties.

    • Dusk Dreamer

Saigon cinnamon has the highest amount of Coumarin, meaning it is the least healthy or desirable.

So even in the cold climates it might be useful. I love how much fun you have when you show the video. Buyer beware! I recommend that you don't buy the flags at 6:52 as they now have a plastic clip at the top to hold the flag. I figure this will easily break in most any amount of wind. (unless perhaps you only want to put them up for special days) I have used these flags and flagpoles for a few years now; replacing the rings and clips as needed as the plastic ones break over time and even the aluminum ones wear out.

I'll be going to Costco next week and those muffins look very inviting. I purchased the Cosco Stepladder from Costco - on-line - around 5 yrs ago - and it's the best. I keep the ladder in my garage - and use it when washing windows, shutters and blinds. I've also used it to replace batteries in the smoke detectors. The ladder is very sturdy and lightweight. I'm totally out of food and snacks - so I'll be loading up again.

My favorite February Costco item: The flower bulb bags from Longfield Gardens!!! They were putting them out at 6 pm Tuesday when my husband was there. We went back at 3 the next day - they had been raided heavily, there were empty cardboard containers on every shelf. We bought 8 bags, only because I restrained myself. The woman next to us had 14 bags and wasn’t finished when we left

Last summer, when I had a whole week of nightmare level toothaches; the best way my husband could get me to sit still and calm, waiting for the medicine to let me sleep, was to watch an episode of 10 things I should be buying.

Furikake is a condiment that contains seaweed flakes and sesame seeds, all ground up together. In Japan, it is used on the table as a condiment, and this fish product simply has this seasoning powder in the crust. 9:40

You should start looking into Costco's alcohol! They typically have some of the best deals in my area on some of my favorite drinks. Example: Guinness is currently $29.99 for a 24pk, but at another local grocery store, Kroger, they are $14.99 for a 8pk!! I constantly find really good deals there AND NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED (at least for KY)

    From the Spruce eats:
Furikake means “to sprinkle over” in Japanese.
Varieties: Shiso, wasabi, nori, salmon, and wakame
    Furikake Uses
In Japan, furikake is frequently used to top rice, fish, and vegetables. It’s also used in making onigiri or nori-wrapped rice balls.
    How to Cook With Furikake
Furikake is typically used to top other foods rather than as an ingredient, so keep it on hand to use as a condiment or to finish dishes. It also works well as a seasoning or coating for battered fried foods like chicken or shrimp, popcorn, and snack mixes.
    What Does It Taste Like?
While different types of furikake have different ingredients and different flavor profiles, two common ingredients include dried fish and chopped nori, both foods that have a savory umami flavor.
Furikake that includes toasted sesame seeds will taste nutty, and dried egg added to furikake creates a richer flavor profile. Other furikake varieties may include peppers or chilis to add spice, and those featuring vegetables or herbs like shiso will carry the flavor of those items as well. Most types of furikake also include salt, sugar, and monosodium glutamate (MSG) to enhance and balance other flavors and boost umami.

The Furikaki crust is a mixture of seaweed, sesame seeds and other ingredients. I stick to the seaweed and sesame seeds one to top my rice. Some have dried shrimp and other crispy seafoods. To me, they are very fishy smelling and unpleasant. I do love the simple two ingredient one the best. One of them have wasabi granules in it. That’s good. I first discovered it when I moved to Hawaii 25 years ago.
The Bibigo dumplings can also be steamed in the top of the rice cooker you showed. The top steamer part, I lay a piece of parchment paper cut into the round shape of the basket and steam away. They don’t tear apart from the cooker’s bottom. Easy clean up.

Mantecada is pronounced "manh teh cah dah". Manteca is just spanish for butter. So these are just as easily described as "buttered muffins." I think the intent is to suggest they rival hispanic brand Bimbo or Tia Rosa muffins vs an American style buttered muffin.

As a former Costco employee, one thing that I learned is that you can return video game controllers at ANY TIME, without issue. This is important because some Playstation controllers for example have only lasted me 8 months to a year before the sticks start glitching. You can return controllers for a full refund and buy another the same day.
