Andy, you are fast becoming my favourite Clip-Share chef. Very relatable, simple yet delicious looking home cooking. Keep it up!
Thank you!
@Andy Cooks Came here to write exactly the same thing. I cook for myself and many recipes on Clip-Share are just a bit too complicated or have a few too many ingredients to be worth the effort and expense, but these look delicious and achievable for someone with my limited experience. Thanks Andy, keep it up!
I just made the Pan-Roasted Chicken (Thighs), Couscous Salad, and Romesco, and it was delicious! Thank you so much for your content, Chef Andy! It's helping me not only be able to cook healthier for my family, but it's also helping my build my confidence in the kitchen with your easy to follow recipes and general approach to cooking. Much love to you and the team for all of your hard work.
Andy makes everything look so easy to prepare and cook
thank you. i hope it helps with your meal planning
haha I know, don't even get me started on how fast he sliced up that chicken thigh while also talking
Hi Andy! I wanted to thank you for putting together those amazing recipes and videos. You really put a lot of time and effort into this, and I appreciate it. I'm going to try out all of the recipes soon - I think they look delicious! Thank you again for taking the time to create these wonderful dishes. Danielle 😊
Hey Andy really love this one. Perfect balance of professional expertise, relatability and practicality. You are so likeable! Much love from Canada
I really appreciate that, thank you!
😊
Watch this guy regularly now, good recipes, presented well, no fuss. He seems like a proper chef who provides recipes we can all do fairly easily. Keep those videos coming. Hope to see longer ones like this over the shorts.
Well thank you Chef Andy!! I always struggle with what to do with leftover chicken, these are great recipes for that.
And remember we can't have Babe upset 😂
You guys are awesome Chef thank you and the Babe ❤️
Thank you!
I just love andy's cooking. Aussie cooking is all about freshness and simplicity. Australians are lucky to have the freshest seafood, lamb and beef, and many aussie chefs use elements of thai and malaysian cuisine by incorporating sweet, sour and spicy flavors into every dish. This is what makes the aussie food scene truly vibrant, and Andy emodies that. Cheers Andy, keep up the good work.
I love Andy’s cheerfulness while cooking and delight when the results are good. I’m smiling the whole time I’m watching 😊
I'm not a chef, but I have some culinary training, and I just love how you explain what you do in each each step. Instead of saying "cook on medium heat" you say WHY. So important!
Andy and Ethan C are the best cooking Clip-Share channels. Practical recipes real cooking an no excessive annoying edits. Love Ethan’s deep dives too
Ethan is a legend!
Andy, you're making great videos with easy to cook recipes for home cooks. One of the interesting lessons is how you have many things (oils, spices, vegetables) "ready to go" where you can mix them in and optimize your time.
Can you make a video on the things a home cook can prepare ahead of time to be able to mix things and finish fast?
I'd say look at whichever recipe and prep accordingly as it always changes
Andy, your personality and cooking skills are simply amazing! It's unbelievable how your recipes are so fast to make yet so delicious! Greetings from Poland :)
Andy as always you make it easy for a bloke like me to look good in the kitchen. I have never made pesto before I have always purchased it. I have added the pesto chicken pasta to my menu this week. You made it look easy and if I can pull it off within a half hour. That will be a game changer for me. I spend way to much time in the kitchen.
Absolutely love this channel! Making me wanna cook all day everyday 😁🤘🏼

Thank you Andy. You make it look so simple. Looking forward to your next one. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
This was fantastic! I can't wait to try these recipes out.
Andy. It’s so transparent the way you love food and the crafty art of cooking you pour into all you do that is simply almost impossible not to follow you. I just hope I could ever see you cook with one of our most Argentine ingredient: DULCE DE LECHE. That would rock my world!! Thanks. From Buenos Aires, Charlie
WOW! Loved this one, chef. So practical, so good, so smart, so appealing!!
definitely gonna cook those to the family
Awesome, let me know how they go!
you inspire me to cook again, Andy. I used to be a cook but covid sent me to the office but I think I'm ready to go back
When you see a renowned chef making the mistake of the undersized pot, it helps a lot taking the pressure off when you're in the same position. Thanks Andy! :)
Loving the new format. Also Loving the relaxed no stress approach.
Awesome video mate. Demystifying the art of cooking and elevating it to next level. Thanks again
I am a foodie however i find it hard to cook and make my own meals - I want to conquer this issue as I do not want to just grab things that are not good for me. This format is great I really like this way you break it down and make it simple to follow and the food looks great and fresh. I think I can do it a I want to eat the food!
Chef Andy is the best! Thank you for inspiring me to cook 😊
Thanks for watching legend and keep up the cooking!
Thanks for the mid week ideas! I make chicken pesto on occasion but usually buy the pesto 🤷♀️ thanks for the recipe 👍
This is the exact way I like to cook on a weeknight. Good show!
thanks mate, this is so extremely helpful and really relieves the stress of weeknight cooking. love it!!
Hi Any, I cooked your Pan-roasted chicken breast, couscous salad and romesco. The dish was amazing and the Romesco is beyond amazing lol. But for some reason though my couscous went gluggy when i prepped it, any ideas at all to why?
I am going to cook all of these!! I’ve been craving pesto chicken pasta for quite a while now! You must have read my mind!
Can't wait to try the Romesco Andy, thanks for these mate! You always motivate me to cook
Thanks legend. Romesco is such a good sauce to have in the fridge!
Andy. Thank you. I need more simple, quick recipes for my repertoire.
This is great. Thank you so much for taking time to do this for us
Amazing simple meals with affordable ingredients 😊
fine video Andy, the process and your explanations of recipes is very good, this is really good channel!!!
I made your Pork Adobo for my girlfriend,Andy!! Came out super good. Defs gonna try more of your recipes!! Awesome
Mate love your cooking, you really are an incredibly versatile chef. I have one tip for any Pakistani or Indian curry, when browning onions - take them past just transluscent and go all the way to brown almost crispy (not like soft caramelised onions) while maintaining medium high heat. Its our secret to bringing out the super caramelised sugars in our dishes. Big love fom Pakistan!

Hey there legend. Always love your vids and recipes. Was thinking, since it's really cold almost everywhere right now, what are you go to simple soups that are easy to make but always warms you and fills you up real good? Would love to try one of yours! ❤
I love cooking any kind of chicken recipes I will definitely try these hopefully mine turn out as good as yours. Andy you have become my favorite chef to watch much respect from a guy living in a small town in the mountains of Virginia USA.
Hi Andy, really loved this video. Could you do a video showing what we need in our kitchens to make your amazing food ie simple appliances, pans/ pots, spices/herbs and some pantry staples. Thanks mate
If you want to make a ripper of a recipe book, make one with sauces, marinades and dressings, explain what they would go good with, how to store them properly etc
With your knowledge and your recipes, you can’t go wrong!!!
Everything looks great but my favorite is the couscous salad. Looks so delicious.
Oh yeah, that's a good one 👌
LOVE your channel! Great to see that you have so much success with it, well deserved! Greetings from Germany! PS, I also love oliebollen, lived in the Netherlands :)

Andy the legend, always killin it with delicious recipes!
Thank you legend!
Another little cost saving with your pesto is the use of unsalted roasted cashews - they give a lovely creaminess like the pinenuts at a fraction of the cost.
Only thing I’d do differently is with the curry dish. Fry up your dry spices in only before adding the other ingredients. It helps those spice to bloom and have a deeper flavour. My Guyanese mom always said to do this to take the greenness out of the curry spices.
Just cooked the chicken curry with some zucchini, was fantastic. I already knew based off cooking your butter chicken that it's be a winner.
Big fan, ♥️💌

Just as a note - at least in the US, it's often not safe to cook with water from your hot tap, as older water heaters can have lead buildup in them.
That said, fantastic meal ideas!
Those recipes looks incredible, could I get a beautiful recipe for Borscht please? Thanks Chef Andy!
Greetings. Fascinating how easily transferring all the ingredients and combine them into a perfect dish !! Andy, I`ve got one question. Have you ever tried to put minced roasted cashews in pesto before ?

If you’re learning how cook this is a great video to start with!
He’s a professional so obviously he knows what he’s doing. But he’s SHOWING the little steps that make a great home cook. Boiling the water first, properly oiling the pan the cooks the chicken, TASTING THE SAUCE, and adjusting. Adjusting a recipe to fit the ingredients you have, using the old lemon in the fidge. Like these where all leasons I had learn the hard way. It took me years to learn what he shows in first 5 minutes of this video!
wonderful ingredients everything looks so delicious.i will definitely be trying these all out. 🍲🍛🥗🍷🍷 Thank you 🙏
Hi Chef, I love your ginormus cutting board. How big is it, brand and where can I get one? Also, how do you keep it looking so good? I love your videos and cooking on Clip-Share and instagram. Watching from Charleston SC, USA ❤
I have made the romesco chicken twice now and holy moly it has blown me away both times. It is also so quick to make!! Big wins

Love to see your take on BIR base gravy type curry
Love this guy. My favorite Clip-Share chef. I'm going to try that first pesto and make it for my wife.
Thanks, never heard of Romesco, Will definitely try that. Yea pasta pesto with cherry tomatoes is the easiest flavour bomb comforting meal out I reckon 👌
That kus kus chicken 🥗 salad made me really, really hungry. Thank you, chef, for sharing this recipe. In chicken curry, we add garam masala here in india, which is a mix of 13 different spices. Please give it a try.
I did add garam masala to this one, it's such a good spice mix 👌
Garam masala is probably one of the most under rated spices around. It’s not “spicy” as such but throws in a body and texture that would be missing without it
Loving these new vids from the home kitchen Andy!

Thank you because I was soo tired of trying to think of new dishes that I never could think of. ❤
Hope it helps!
There were Two wonderful recipes for those with a limited budget. Meaning recipes made with common ingredients, or with substitutable ingredients. So you could sub in chicken thighs you bone out. As a life long tight budget cook it is good to see these kinds of recipes. Perhaps you could do a few small series of meals based on the progressive use of the main food. For instance; from a turkey, which I bone out, I get turkey breast cutlets or fingers, thighs for a roast or a pie or a casserole or a pan fry. Then there is the carcass for turkey stock which becomes turkey soup or a base for turkey and dumplings. A good sized ham is another meat that has a long life in my kitchen . You of all people must have some recipes that naturally follow others. Help people like me punch up our cooking with some new combinations.❣️
Love your work🥰
That's what this series is all about and we'll continue to develop them. Thanks for watching!
Love your kitchen
Love your person
Loove your cooking style
❤️ 😍
Awesome video and content. Would love more like this!

Love this, they all look so great! (although each one would probably take me an hour and a half. LOL!)
It's all about the prep. Prep everything first and the cooking will be a lot easier!
@Andy Cooks Roger that!
Almost all nuts are too expensive for me, so I substituted a smaller portion of toasted sunflower seeds. Worked great, no one knew.
Love your videos. Love the way you cook chicken breast…so juicy. Still waiting for your website😢
It is coming, hopefully next month!

Thank you!
Have watched and rewatched a good 10 hours of these videos and made a few dishes.. ! Thanks mate
The problem is finding chicken breast with the skin on ... any tips? Without having to buy and cut-up whole chickens. Made the pesto dish tonight, was very good and didn't take me too long.
never heard of this romesco sauce, definitely will try, thanks for the tip!
It's a great sauce
These are exactly the kind of dishes I want to learn how to make. The only issue I have is the amount of oil in the last dish. I'm guessing it works if I just use less?
Yes, it will still work 👌
Most superheroes wear capes or have an icon….. Andy, he has the infamous black shirt.
But not all capes wear a superhero 😂
haha this is awesome!
I have that same shirt!
Nick DiGiovanni is the Robin to Andy's Batman as he wears the same thing.
@Brooks Norris 🤣🤣🤣👌🏼
