Neither men are known for their leadership but I think both are making adequate strides forward in their own rights.
I'm looking forward to both of their futures and the fact that we all get to come along forn the ride is cool indeed.

Taylor I can see that..there was a few uneasy moments...like the attempted high 5 that took a few seconds to make happen...and a little of the banter....But I could also see there being some nerves involved...Micah was not too great off the tee, and Grant couldnt make a putt...I bet they had conversations on the way over about playing better than their pros, but were actually quite pedestrian relative to what they usually show--like you said-- which contributed to their awkwardness....plus...the young lady with them was smokin hot, so...theres that...

As a whole there just seemed that there was this uneasy tension throughout both videos.
One would imagine they're there having a great time with their righteous new clubs but it seemed like the only ones having a good time were the pro and the other AM dude in their group.
I imagine they weren't playing to their own skill expectations but as the pro in this video demonstrated (and pros I've seen in other videos), overall mindset/attitude can effect your game play as much as anything else.

@Onehandgunman good good didn’t make them. They made good good. Specifically Grant and Garett. That’s where the magic was. I started watching because of the cool tracers and editing but it was the competition between Grant and Garrett that made me subscribe. The other guys are alright, but not worth me spending an hour of my time. Agree that it’s a shame they split.

At the end of the day GG made all of them and sure they could go a long way with this solo thing or completely fail. Only time can tell but if im being honest i never would have known of these 2 without GG. Its a shame they split, could have did huge things as a group as they already showed they could.
@Aaron Jones Again, that’s thanks to the GG brand . They get recognized because of GG . They got signed to TM because they were in GG. They’re getting a spike in interest because they just left GG. At the moment, they’re just ex-GG members and haven’t accomplished anything for their “Brand” yet. You can’t say it’s working out for them just yet, give it a couple months and I see their numbers declining after the drama has died down.
This 2 man team of Tig and Grant is what the world needed!! Top tier game in golf and the best chemistry between two friends without over doing it or even trying for the camera!! Huge for the program boys keep going up!

I played a few rounds with Peter at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA probably 10 years ago now. He was friends with a buddy of mine and I was lucky enough to be able to tag along and play with them a few times. He spent a summer out there practicing and preparing for Q school. He worked his butt off for it..We would get ready to leave after playing and he would go straIght to the driving range for who knows how long. The guy has the work ethic it takes, good to see him still succeeding.

@Comitas Heckler yeah, it's pretty ridiculous. I'm sure since so much fuss has been made about it, that they're probably spooling up some new regs on how to let the players have more ownership and control of their own IP, But for now it seems they're still lording over them.

@Comitas Heckler the pga owns any content with their players in it. The players have to buy it from the PGA, to be able to use it.
@jaadmaan They didn’t film his swing because of either TM or more likely, the PGA Tour. They discuss it briefly in one of the videos and say that they’re not allowed to film the pro’s swing, so wasn’t his decision.
I’m guessing that’s bcs of the club deals? He’s a Titleist guy and Micah & Grant are both TaylorMade guys.

I was lucky enough to play the north course in December. It was fun watching you guys play it while I replayed my round in my head. That sharp downhill par 3 on the back 9 is seriously the most beautiful hole. Great content, enjoyed watching you play.

Awesome content as always...serious, honest play...great commentary between Micah, Grant and the Pros...and kudos to the videographer and editor (a lot of content in a half hour...though don't get me wrong, I don't mind the occasional hour/hour and a half videos of 18 holes too).
So cool.. I watched this a few days ago and then was watching the AT&T Pro/Am today and saw Peter was leading for awhile. Currently tied for second! Great video you guys!

Peter is so chill. Would love to play a round with him. Self-proclaimed 400 in the world but T20 at Farmers and made a cool 6.6 Million in his career. You can tell he is loving life.

It is a Municipal course, scenic, beautiful, tricky greens but the South Course is longer and much tougher and just as beautiful.

Putts on 14 and 15 were really great efforts. Some good short game skills displayed all around, and some short game bloopers displayed that I can relate to. Very enjoyable videos of your Pro Am effort.

I was born and raised in San Diego and played Torrey Pines many times but what a beautiful day both you and Grant were blessed with. Sunny just a slight breeze on the North Course, golf does not get any better than this. Blessings to you both from Richard who moved to Cosby east Tennessee four years ago and am so thankful I got to play golf throughout San Diego for decades and I hope you enjoyed Torrey North, the South Course is at least three to four shots tougher. Positive Vibrations!

Micah, I know you got fitted by TaylorMade but you definitely putted better with your Odyssey! Maybe try out a TM TP Juno with the plumbers neck hosel and see if it feels okay! It’s quite impressive though how well you’ve hit every thing else considering that every other club is new to you! Keep up the great work! 👏🏼

I'm a recent follower of your channel. I have to say, the thing I love the most is your humility. With the way you can crush the ball, you could easily be arrogant, but you are continually humble instead. It's a great example for others. - On another note... I'm guessing this was before the fitting in the previous video. It'd be interesting to see the differences that makes on your drives and putting. Keep up the great content!

Garrett is not a backstabber, he doesn't care about a few more dollars, after all he shared his hard work and revenue with all of this guys when they had absolutely zero going for them.

@iampowers 22 word. Tig would still be working construction if Garrett didn't convince him to start doing Clip-Share. No coffee beans, no cobra, no Good Good, no Taylormade, no product sponsorships. He would just play gold for fun though.
Grant on the other hand will most likely end up being a PGA golf pro/instructor regardless, but a few million dollars and increasing popularity doesn't hurt, and for that he can thank Grat as well.

Ofcourse he had help, but he did most of it by himself at the start.
There is a decent list of people who have successful YT channels all because Garrett urged them to create their own channels. Grant, Micah, Radford, Scharff, Stephen. They will all tell you that themselves too.
I think it's disingenuous to say that both Micah and grant would be as successful as they are without Garrett. Granted GG is still way bigger than they will be but they are Clip-Sharers because of Garrett.

So from this awesome third party guest, it is now to my assumption, Micah, proceeded the process of Grant coming to terms he could’ve been paid a lot more. But it was more of the realization that swayed him out of good good than there actually being ill will… which caused ill will…. Heart breaking as a fan. Sort of reminds me of “suit man” in correlation to the “call her daddy” podcast. Hope it works out for you fellas. I feel like there were more necessary ways to go about this. Although, those ~proclaimed~ approaches were briefly mentioned in the leading to the downfall. If any good good fans are reading this, know that I am on the same boat as you are with keeping up with these folks. Please do not hate them internally. “With life, we all get one chance. ONE CHANCE.
