- More than 400 wildfires are still burning in Canada. Government officials say approximately 3.3 million hectares (8.2 million acres) have so far been scorched. This is video of fires burning in British Columbia. Smoke from the fires in Quebec and Nova Scotia triggered air quality warnings in several North American cities including New York. (Video is from BC Wildfire Service)

I’m in Jersey and I was wondering why does the sky look like that and air has a weird smell like a campfire or someone burning wood. now I understand… that’s insane that something can spread so far
ong
Same
bet y’all ain’t think we live in igloos now huh
sMe
Fr I pray for all of u bc when the day comes everyone will start panicking
I live in the Sierra Nevadas, so I know what it's like to breathe so much smoke for extended periods of time. My best to everyone who is going through this. When it happens in California, some snarky people have felt the need to add insult to injury. Please don't do that. We're all gonna be seeing some bad shit. We need to stick together and be as kind as possible.
Hang tough, Canadians and Americans in the northern part of the contiguous states. We love you.
What exactly is all the bad shit we're going to be seeing?
Thank you from an American whose seeing and feeling the smoke
Just what you’re seeing
@Chix Bleau Thanks. 😉
I was wondering why I was able to look at the sun for a prolonged period without having to immediately avert my eyes and it had a weird orange tint. Didn’t realize it was smoke. And now I can fathom how a super volcano could blot out the sun completely and send us into an ice age.
Word I work ems in bx and was in Long Island n I’m tryna tell my partner to look at the sun it looked clear n wasn’t burning my eyes but she was dozing off 😂
Please never look into the sun. Even if it feels like you can.
@Patrick Simmonds Of course I know that. I just happened to look up and see the orange color and in that momentary glance, realized it wasn’t burning my eyes like it usually does. It’s not gonna kill your eye sight to look at the sun for a few seconds. I wouldn’t spend hours gazing at it.
Yeah the sun was like orange
@Patrick Simmonds hey what's up
How are you doing today Patrick
I'm Jay from NC
I’m a truck driver from Alabama, went to Pennsylvania at night and really didn’t notice all the smoke till the next morning. Praying for everyone that way 🙏🏾
Just curious why religious people throw their religious beliefs into every conversation? Do you religious people realize that every does not believe in religion and that many people find it insulting that you would assume that they believe in the things that you do?
Praying is you communicating with an invisible imaginary being through telepathy and believing that being is hearing you. I and many others find this to be disturbing and question your ability of reason and logic and who knows what other crazy things you believe or might do.
@Randal Bystry it’s ok to be curious my guy, but answer this, how could you consider yourself a real man and not believe in anything? Like do you even believe in yourself.. just because your a nonbeliever doesn’t mean everyone don’t, I can assure you that more people believe than not so keep your negative in whatever smelly dark place that you are in and leave the positive people alone. Never understood what’s wrong with dark people who love spreading negativity like you it’s sad. Praying that you see better days g! 👌🏾
Be safe
Zengi
I hope they can get this under control! I feel so bad for the people involved with fighting the blaze. I'm in Pennsylvania and you would think the fire is in the next town. People must stay in doors
Thats why so smokey in *NYC*
Looks like an intentional forest management blaze if you watch the beginning of the video.
@Partelow22 ya I really don't understand that part
@Adam Leet’s zoning… the best way to stop a large fire is to burn a line separating the area that is already on fire, and the area that’s going to catch on fire.
I hope everyone in Canada stays safe , this is awful
So sad for all the wild life lost :(
same. and also for all the nonhuman animals being help captive by people (we shouldn’t be doing that anyways…part of this problem)
@DominionMovementDotCom WTFFFFFF....
@DominionMovementDotCom stay away from my dog
@Bruno Dufour yeah idk what they meant 😂
This is insane. I really hope everyone is staying safe around the east coast
It’s kinda like Covid-19 and the pandemic . If you are rich and/or work from home you should be ok .
yea today I was in school and it was orange outside
Thank you 👍🏾
Why does the video have a British Columbia Wilfire Safety watermark at the bottom right corner?
It's so awful! Animal lover that I am, my heart breaks for the wildlife. 💔 Hope it gets under control really, really soon! It's super smoky here in Philly!
Same and I’m in pa I just feel so bad for the birds and all the critters outside that can’t escape it
The authority says it'll continue to be like this or even worst all summer 😢😢
Omg
Same I'm in Philly and i was just noticing i didn't hear the usual amount of sweet bird chirping i usually hear in the morning 😢
Sending prayers to Canada I live in Pennsylvania and the smoke and smell is bad we had some brush fires as well praying for lots of rain hopefully that will help also great job to all the 1st responders
Where about in PA are you from ?
It's that bad all the way down to PA ?
Hope US government is sending some fire fighters along with prayers to help their neighbours ...
They set fire to search for oil
Stay safe! I feel so sorry for all the living things got destroyed with the fire. I was concerned when I look at my weather app and it says the Air Quality Alert.
You cant stay safe when the air itself is fucked
@Jay Kelley right
I didn't think about them but yes I feel bad for them
if u see video they lit the forest on fire with lighted fuels from the helicopters.
This is insane, I hope everyone stays safe!
Is it me or did it look like they were pouring fire onto the trees from the helicopter in the beginning of the video?
I live in Atlantic City New Jersey and it looks like a doomsday apocalypse scene out of a movie. Prayers to all the wildlife animals in that area.
That's exactly wht I was trying to understand in the 1st few seconds & couldn't understand if I was the only one 😵💫
How is this not every comment
Back burning.
Essentially, to stop a wildfire of this scale, powder or water isn't going to help. The best option is to burn the fuel - forest - ahead of the main fire, so there'll be a perimeter of no viable fuel to spread to when the large fire front arrives; forcing the wildfire to double back on itself or be redirected somewhere less damaging, and hopefully burn itself out.
It's utterly baffling that people are using that footage to try and claim this was a setup, when this is stuff you learn in elementary school. It's as basic as wildfire fighting goes. "Fight fire with fire" comes specifically from this.
finally I saw that to and was wondering why no one else saw it lol
@pjd design that’s what I’m saying it took me way too long scrolling down through the comments just to find this one
I can't do much from the small village where I live in France, but I send you all my sympathy and strength by this message 🇨🇦🇨🇵
may I ask what the small village is called? Been wanting to travel.
ps. not asking for your personal info, just the village so I can look it up and see if I can put it in my bucket list. 🙂
@Lioness Princess Live your life to the fullest 🙏🏽
Can we visit you?
@Lioness Princess Yes and your address 😲😱
@Kenneth_James ????
I’m in the DC area. Took my dog outside early yesterday morning and thought it was weird how the air smelled so smoky, like someone had burnt rubber. Next thing you know, I’ve got my family members telling me to get an N95 mask. Can’t even wrap my head around how such a spread of smoke is possible for as many miles that it has covered
I was working down the Harbor the last two days. Yesterday from the Gaylord we could barely see the bridge. Today we couldn't see the bridge at all, and it was even smokey inside of the building.
Hi Saudi Arabian here
I may be from the other side of the world but I want everyone to know we have got your back
We wish you all safety from around the world
Rest in peace to all those who were lost in this terrible wildfire both animals humans and plants
We have to start treating our planet safely is we all get together we could make our planet healthier and it’s not even enough repayment for all our planet does for us
If a single person makes a change it’s better than none
Stay safe all love from ALsaudia
الله يحفظكم
I'm in Tennessee and even we have air quality alerts. It has been irritating my eyes. Incredible how far the smoke can go. It's about a thousand miles away. 😟
Yeah, I’m in Mississippi right under Memphis and its getting smoky
Here in North Carolina we have the same air quality alerts but I don’t smell anything…yet. It hasn’t bothered me but someone here locally mentioned they can’t quit coughing. I don’t watch the news so I didn’t even realize the smoke was coming down into the US. It is always clouding here now with very little sun anyway so I didn’t think anything about it.
Hello Jennifer, how are you doing today.
This reminds us of when the Australian Wildfire smoke was traveling around the world. Until recent history, so many of us have underestimated the sheer power that wildfires possess beyond just the burn area.
This is so true
Wtf. Did we not just watch the same thing? The helicopter dropping the fire to create the problem. C'mon man.
I’m in Brooklyn NYC and the whole time I thought it looked foggy or something because it was about to rain. Wow this is crazy
In columbus ohio thought the same thing
Same dude, BK. Messed up .
@Steven Rozakis yeah the last time I remember smoke coming to Brooklyn was when 9/11 happened. The smoke travelled all the way to Brooklyn
Same!
Same, I'm in Brooklyn kept wondering where this was coming from. Insane and concerning smh.
Out here in Easton, PA the smoke is all over the place and it is hard to breathe. My prayers go out to Canada.
Eyyyy Easton whassup fam
Damn that sucks. No smoke in Phillipsburg. 😂😂😂
East Pen... prayers for yoi cuz I don't smell smoke here in ont at all. Seems it's all blowing south
Hope everyone up in the East Coast and Canada stays safe!
We're choking.
This is heartbreaking 🥺 all those trees and animals. Pray it is stopped soon!
This is so sad :( I’m in PA and can smell the smoke. My eyes have been itchy lately and I couldn’t figure out why until I heard about this
Smoke sure, but itchy eyes? U jus got allergies sis
@Fight Scene Videos lol
@Fight Scene Videos the Smokey air makes some people’s eyes itchy
@Fight Scene Videos nope my receptionist had the same symptoms this morning and it worsened as the day went on. We all left the office. It was reeking in.
@Fight Scene Videos nah, I know two people working since early this morning that say their eyes are irritated. Def product of “Very Unhealthy” AQI, as literally stated on all weather apps.
Are we just not going to talk about what looked like a person in the helicopter dumping something on fire into the trees where there is no fire?
Dude exactly what the heck is going on
This is so awful. I live in Northeastern Pennsylvania, specifically the Poconos, and the smoke is so bad it’s getting into my school’s ventilation systems, people are becoming sick from it, and it looks almost yellow outside. The air quality is 188 here. Stay safe!!
I'm in the Poconos as well. It smells like a campfire outside.
I'm in the Poconos too. Let's exchange contact information incase we have to reproduce to save the human race and repopulate the earth.
its just as bad here in wilkes barre pa 570
I’m in Massachusetts and the sky looked so smoky , could barely the skyline. Crazy how it can spread so far.
same in RI so bad
Same in Minnesota
That's what he said
@Jason Morse hey what's up
I'm Jay from NC
Protect yourself and your pets. Invest in a humidifier
The smoke is traveling all the way down here to Arkansas! Been praying for you Canada 🙏❤️
there’s no way
We’ve gotten some smoke here in Kansas City too so I’m not surprised. Messing with our breathing
Damn!!
Yup just drove on the highway and smelled burning wood. Crazy!
In Tennessee too..smells awful and breathing difficulties..stay safe everyone
My prayers for everyone over there
I hope the citizens of Canada are safe.
Believe it or not this is the least of our problems up here. Sorry for the smoke though.
@Brandon Scott I read "sorry" with the accent lol
@Brandon Scott Yeah, we all know who our problem is up here! :o(
Justin has to go to jail for many things..
murder.
sexual abuse.
treason
ect..
yes you all read right "murder" of his brother in the avalanche
So very sad! I'm in western Pennsylvania and it's unbreathable air quality outdoors. Stuck indoors and it is also very cool here. Almost feels like early Oct. May God deliver all who are exposed to this awful happening and bring peace to those suffering. 🙏
Geoengineering. Look for Dane Wigington to be reporting on this on his channel.
@Empathy4Animals 411 Thanks.. I will check it out.. God bless you with peace!
Hello Julia, how are you doing today.
I’m in Brooklyn NY and I thought it was foggy until I smell the air and it was smoke and how crazy that it got this far
Same at this time I’m commenting this the sky is yellow and the sun is pink
Fr. I could litterally smell it even with layers on masks
Still really surprised that the smoke traveled so far
Wow!
Be safe my fellow New Yorker. This is the thickest smoke i have ever seen around here
I live in Stamford, CT. So a colleague at work and myself noticed the weird color of the sky and the smell of smoke in the air. Crazy as to how it can spread this much across the East.
🌬️💨☠️ Wizard of Oz poppy seeds 🧙🏻♀️My pretty 🐒🪽
May God please save and protect Canada's forest from this heatwave. Please spare the trees and wildlife 😢
Connecticut has been horrible for days with hints of fire burning.. almost like a camp like fire and forget about seeing the sun or sky it's been a dark grey here. I have started to stay indoors now because chest feels uncomfortable and all I can think of is what if it was something far more nefarious. I pray for everyone and everything in it's path.
Those wondering for the helicopter , it’s called heli torch and it’s made on purpose to control the perimeter
Thank you! I was trying to figure out if they started this fire on purpose based off that clip! Now I understand.
@WB ……did you think fight fire with fire was just some dumb joke?
Thanks. I was wondering.
@Arden They did Why keep Deleting the vid THINK ABOUT IT
@LEagle Eyes it's pretty green out there, dont you think?
My first thought, and admittedly an awful one, was imagining if this were similar to the way fallout from a nuclear blast could migrate. The sky in my upstate NY town is in fact, painted an eerie post-apocalyptic ochre-gray. The smell is not like that of burning wood, rather like that of burning trash. I've never witnessed anything like this in my 52 years.
Intentional
To experience that with the Tschernobyl nuclear power plant (though at the far away fringes of the cloud) has made a lot of Germans want to leave nuclear energy …
I am in New Jersey and I am wondering how Canadians are surviving this atrocity. It is bad here. But how are they doing? Canadians, please, do know that we are with you in thoughts. God bless all of you. God bless all of us. Quebec! Tenez bon! Que Dieu vous aide!
Thank you for your concern!
Hello Mary, how are you doing today.
Canadian here, wanted to say a huge Thank You to all the help we are getting from so many countries from around the world to help us fight all these wildfires. EU - USA - South Africa - Australia and so much more. TY! TY! TY!
I'd rather you find the people who set the fires purposefully
Apakah anda tau bahwa kebakaran ini di sengaja oleh elit global ...pemerintah anda tahu tentang hal itu...
im in nc and the sky is dark and grey, im in shock because the smoke traveled so far. bless the families that are experiencing the tragic fires taking place and I hope they recover and are well.
Dude.. it’s because it’s raining here!! HELLER..
@Anel Cruz lol, I was about to say the same thing
May God be with everyone in Canada 🇨🇦 🙏🙏🙏😢😢😢😢😢 This is insane. I live in a rural area not far from Allentown, Pa. The smoke and smell is unbelievable.
How the hell you think I fell in Reading Pa. Dame smoke
@Jarrod Lamp honestly it’s bad every where
I am in CT, Greenwich, and I am at work. I am surrounded by smoke and it smells horrible. I though it was fog. We have to start a prayer chain. Please protect us and help the people fighting to put this fire out.
We are in SW Ohio and the past two days it's been hazy, with an air quality alert. No smell and isn't personally irritating me. However, the fact that these fires is soo huge it changes our air here is mind boggling.
I live near Dayton and the air has an extremely odd color to it.
I’m in Western NY. It smells like a bonfire and the air was smoky most of the day. I feel badly for anyone living closer to this!!!
Hello Veronica, how are you doing today.
I hope all of y’all are ok I’m in tx so I am not seeing the smoke yet but stay safe ☺️
Wow, hope all goes well for Canada 🍁. It is so beautiful over there. Praying 🙏 for everyone safety 😇😇
Hope everyone is ok… I’m in va near Washington DC yesterday it was a little bad this morning tho you can smell it you can taste it you can’t even see the sun out here and newyork is twice as bad
I'm on the moon, orbiting close to the western side of the planet. I smell smoke and my eyes are watery, I wondered why the world looked so hazy, I can't believe it reached so far.
so awesome
l,m in Argentina and can smell it in bueno aire
I'm by a worm hole on the other side of universe. When I look in my eyes burn, I can smell the earth in the milky way, it smells like smoke. I can't believe it reached so far.
I'm in a Hooka bar. I've noticed a thing...
im in hell and this is a big relief
Sky is hazy as hell in Michigan and you can almost smell the smoke it’s crazy hope they can get this contained. We can’t even have campfires in Michigan right now cause of how dry it is
It’s feels like the end of the world btw you are handsome 😁
@ramprashad29 im not dating you.
🙏🏾 prayers for michigan and all affected from an native Ohioan
This is so sad! All the wildlife and trails that are ruined from this and all of the trees... :(
It’ll bounce back and look like it never happened within a year or two the people and property are what really matters
@Henshaw HENCH it'll take around 100 years to bounce back in the grand scheme not really that long within 5 grasses will fill in the the destruction natural part of the life cycle of forest
I live in New Jersey and it was crazy seeing a sky have an orange tint and how bright and orange the sun was as well, everyone stay safe please!
Poor nature, poor animals I feel so bad for them right now
It’s all part of that same nature
@0:00 So, what we're seeing here is that a chopper is causing or creating forest fires .I wonder why ?
I'm down here in the Florida Keys. The smoke isn't here. Just sunshine and cold drinks on the beach. Hope this clears fast for everyone up north! Until then, come see us on the islands!
Im in Connecticut and when I left work today my eyes and nose were instantly burning. Wild how something so far away can affect us like this.
Doesn’t seem natural. It smells like burning plasfix
@SharkGrayC7Z06 Corvette It smells like a campfire with a bunch of junk thrown in. Happy I can work from home and have an air purifier for my house
@Jerbot yea I put a purifier on here as well. This is awful
@Jerbot hey what's up
I'm Jay from NC
Anything that happens on the other side of the world affects you and everyone. It is 1 earth and we are all connected but you have been taught that you're individuals.
I’m in Pennsylvania and it’s smokey here and smells. Crazy how far it can travel
Imagine a nuclear blast
Damn Code Red here in PA smfh. Poor air quality has been an issue for last 3 years. Amazon daily alerts about poor air quality in the morning.
Pennsylvania is not that far from Quebec
wilkes barre 570 here and its terrible out here
Hoping for rain soon. It's been pretty dry even here in Michigan. The fog is a bit unsettling..
I'll pray for Our heavenly father to give us few days of rain this is terrible..I feel sad for all the animals that have died because of these fires😢..
I got home right now, the air was HORRIBLE. Trust me, a lot of people were coughing on the way home. To make it worse, the air is mostly in queens. We were having rehearsal and we saw the sky getting yellower and yellower. We all thought it was weird. The teachers told us to wear double masks because the air pollution is bad right now. To all New Yorkers, Stay. Safe.
I'm in Maryland, and the sky is hazy. I hope they get that huge wildfire taken care of, FAST.
I’m in New York, and it absolutely smells terrible because of these fires
Same I’m in new york
I’m in jersey, and we didn’t go outside bc of smoke. In school. We could smell the smoke from our school building
It usually smells good there? Joke :)
Same they canceled after-school late here
Damn Canada's got to get this under control.
Praying for Canada 🍁 🙏✝️❤️
Yes , bless Mt . Zion
I live in PA and I didn't think there was any way that the smoke from a wildfire I canada could reach all the way down here. That was until I found out how big it was.
Here in Brooklyn. It’s like the sky is on fire as you can hardly see the sun and what appears to be white some and a faint orange in the sky. Felt like the air was covered in smoke. I hope everyone is ok and safe
I've never heard of wildfires than can turn concrete into powder before 2010, but somehow these blazes have gained magic powers!
What’s with the helicopter spitting fire at the start of the video?
@pjd design Back burning.
@pjd design they know what they're doing. Spreading it even more. Don't you realise it's really green out there? You don't find this suspicious?
Yeah back burning.... 😂
What a joke. They could use many other ways including putting it out!!!!
We had our share of this shit here in California. I lost everything but my 4 Guitars. In the Tubbs Fire. Then lost my job and living situation due to the Flood that came after. Hang in their Canada. Sorry YOYR being hit with this. Devastating. Prayers for all.
Getting the smoke in lower Pennsylvania. Smells like burning trees. Crazy how this can spread so far including the smell.
Same here man we are in bucks county and smokes in the air smells like a bonfire outside
Same here in Luzerne county
Can smell it here in Maryland too
Here in Camden County NJ you can smell it and it makes the sun bright orange holy shit
Same in Montgomery county
Woke up yesterday morning around 6am and noticed how hazy it looked outside. The sun also looked like a large orange
The future’s uncertain and the end is always near.
Shout out to the heros woeking hard to try and stop this disaster may God watch over you as you work.
Lord God Almighty please help Canada and send the a Lot of Rain please Father God in Jesus Christ name Amen , Thank you Father in Heaven
The f started it on purpose
@TRUTH what?
@Katreen Conner doesnt quite work like that
@TRUTH No, they did not. They dug trenches and are creating controled fires within the trenches' perimetre to preburn and control the spread (which works and is how natives used to put out fires as well).
Now I can understand how a supervolcano could completely obscure the sun and send us into an ice age.
It’s crazy to me that to people on the east coast this isn’t normal. A lot of them never seen anything like it. Compared to west coast where it happens every summer.
Does the air quality reach hazardous levels with the smoke in the west coast?
nah we just get really bad typhoons and blizzards, all climates have different severe circumstances. And yes smoke reaches toxic levels on the west coast.
I’m in Philly this is so crazy that I can smell that fire from here and see the smoke like there is a fire over here I never seen anything like this over this way ..but that fire is no joke man I really hope it gets put out soon !
Im from Reading Pa dame smoke makes it hard to get clean air.dame ass Canada should get boomed.
Im up in the Catskills and we have such a haze and the smoke or smell of fire gave me such a headache today😢
I cant believe so far these fires have reached.
I grew up in Catskills summertime, we had a couple bad days here in VT but seems like the worst is past. Raining now. Stay indoors stay safe.
Just continue to work from home 🏠
YOOO..isnt that where Frightful is from?
@Koo Koo don't know what that is🤔
@ScsClassics not when you own the business 🤷♀️
I first thought it was fog till I opened the door and smelled the air.
edit: I heard that the smoke will be gone in a week or two, stay safe everyone!
I also smelled the air, doesn't it smell burnt and weird??
@V1OV9NN1🦷burnt styrofoam smell
@Kooph Yeah
It smells like smoke… everything is blurry…
SAMEEEEE
I was walking my dog last night in west chester pa and I noticed the smell and the air hazy under street light. I did try to pinpoint it but assumed it was a fire locally but didnt hear trucks. Its wild it can spread that far and fast
Can smell it and feel it in my eyes in Philly like there’s a firepit going next door
Didn’t know about the wildfires initially and that was also my first thought like a house burnt down in town or something crazy how far it spreads
Its here in western North Carolina, like a smoldering ash tray.
as a Canadian, we're sorry. Rain would be needed at this point, because it's way out of control.
I was driving back to Allentown from reading I thought my car was on fire
Hope everyone is ok and the fire fighters especially, their on the front line of it😢 hope they are just in the air and not on ground🙏💖
The air from the wildfires are spreading over to new York that’s why it smells like burnt it’s honestly really unhealthy for us l really hope this goes fast..
Same I live in New York too, bro my class mates are yelling its the purge or zombie apocalypse
it's not only NY but also the surrounding states. We are all connected somehow near or far. Things can affect us it's just a matter of time.. 😞
@Lioness Princess Agree…we are getting air quality alerts here in North Carolina too. It is always cloudy here anymore so I didn’t think anything about it…another rainy day.
@Lioness Princess yeah l know
I hope there is a quick way to restore these forests 😔
This is an example of the natural clearing out of dead wood and underbrush. It looks like these are not "managed" woodlands, and they probably have an overabundance of dead, fallen trees and underbrush. California had the same problem since they don't usually allow clearing of forested lands.
I’m in SE Michigan and it’s affecting us too. It’s a little hazy and the AQI is high and there’s a stay inside advisory.
The awesome power of nature is profound and scary as hell.
Was it arson tho
It really is. I get scared when I sweat because I'm constipated but when I finally go I feel so much better 😁
That helicopter in the beginning of the video is nature?
Right on; hell is here so is gay parade.
Stay safe everyone! ❤
I’m in New Jersey, and it smells so bad! I wondered why and realized it’s because of the wildfire, the sky looks orange and smells like smoke. I also felt light headed and my stomach hurt. 😊😊😊😊. S E N D H E L P
stay inside with an air filter of some sort
Yesterday the sun was blood red 30 mins past dawn in Eastern North Carolina. It was hazy today with a faint smoke smell.
New Jersey smells bad all the time. How are you going to know when it ends?
Just continue to work from home
And I was blaming the upstairs neighbor because he blazes all day. Seriously, I hope everyone stays safe.
LOL
Liilally , second had smoke
I’m in Pa and this drifted through in the evening yesterday. It also confused local towns for their fire whistles and vehicles were sounding off bc ppl calling and insisting there was a fire. Ppl did not know or believe it was coming from Canada..yet.
Recently Ive been extremely tired and i feel like somethings blocking my nose. Could the smoke outside be a cause of this?
I recorded a hike in the Shenandoah on my channel and you can actually see in the video the hazy hue the fires up north have been causing as of a week ago, absolutely insane it’s gone as far as Virginia.
Can someone please tell me if this is going on still right now I know a fire that was this large could not be contained very easily, but some people are saying it’s not going on. We’re still getting smoke down here in Minnesota Minneapolis.
I'm in Canada and my friends from the states have this and didn't understand smoke spreads pretty far. Scary stuff
Yeah, not like we have wildfires in the States.
And the trees are green. How does green trees catch fire? Impossible!!!!
It’s sad because, there is people in Canada that depend on trapping, now with these burning forests they won’t be able to trap. Their hard work of their trapline will be gone. As someone who lives in northern Wisconsin. The smoke we’re experiencing right now is terrible.
Praying for those in Canada. If I can smell it in Pennsylvania. Canadians are closer. Praying for rain. God please send rain, where it's needed. God bless
I live in New Jersey and everything is cancelled, some apartments have no power and this is serious. The schools have out masks to the students and I checked the weather, it said the air was very unhealthy. Luckily it’s only sensitive now.
So awfull for the wildlife😢 My prayers to Canada🙏
Thanks...don't worry!
Hello Bello, how are you doing today.
So sorry for all your going through.
I'm in bk east Ny
It's crazy how far the smoke and smell reached
dudeee same here, i thought the sun was just setting thats why its hazy outside and or because of the rain too but i go outside and see the fuckin sky and im like DAMN its orange
Pull up to Saratoga
Hey what's up Steven I'm Jay
I'm in NC
I'm in upstate NY and the smell and thickness of the smoke is so strong it's burning my throat... Feels like the end of days
air quality today was 422
I’m in upstate NY as well, you’re so dramatic. It didn’t burn your throat. It’s hazy, but that’s it. Stop trying to fit in with every other comment.
@Doughboy Nasti Woah someone's angry. I didn't exaggerate at all. Maybe you need to spend more time outside 😂 It was literally like breathing in burning paper. Sour and acidic. Also you saying a little hazy is a huge understatement. Idunno where u are at but here this morning the visibility was about 500 yards.
@QuorthonsInferno where I live it was the same, hazardous air quality! Outside was smoky, and we literally stayed inside for 2 days.
Yea I’m in Ontario about an hour from Toronto and my whole city smelt so bad. At this very moment of typing it’s not that bad, but earlier today was absolutely brutal. Sorry my neighbours😁
What exactly happened??? I know a wildfire but how did it start?
@Trevon Joyner Most started from lightning, some from arsony and some by accident (campfires, I imagine), which prompted an open fire ban from officials.
@Tegrity Coke Again, people are destroying this planet. Stay safe.
How long has this been going on? It needs a downpour badly out there to stop this.
Am I the only one questioning why it appears they’re throwing fire on trees!?
I live in Virginia and this week on Monday I kept smelling wood on fire but didn't think much of it damn this is crazy
I'm in New South Wales and I was wondering why the sky was orange, I never knew it could spread this far.
Wow me either
I guess they dont have to spray their chemtrails if the smoke is going to cover the sky for them
@xxxMixedGenreFavs imagine breathing in chemtrails on top of this smoke though 🤒
Sounds like it’s something else, then.
@Anna Croix a joke to see who'd believe it
