Recently in March they asked the community which cards should be in the next balance changes. Reading through the responses, it makes sense why the playerbase doesn’t always know everything, especially the mid ladder players
Supercell often listens to the community. Their changes to pass Royale is confusing though since gold is what everyone is low on. I don't think it's worth buying anymore.
They shouldn't do something like that, deal with it!

@Salarmer basically, the main issues are that the pass royale is getting less resources and they are even adding a new tier for 12$ that has less in-game value that the old pass royale overall and they removed crowns from party games.
Edit: almost forgot, they also are planing to add level 15 soon

over saturation isnt good for a game. why do you think every major FPS out currently has a vaulting mechanism for The over saturation caused by weapons. and MOBA's with champ bans etc. More is not necessarily better

I’m never one to speak out on updates to games I play, but I feel the need to share my disappointment as so many other players are. I’ve been playing since launch and this was the first time I truly felt like we had an update that was not for the players, but to line the company’s pockets. I do hope they listen to the feedback from the community because I’ve seen many good ideas/suggestions that could drastically improve the update and game in general.

1:we get less stuff
2: everything costs more
3:champions can now be unlocked at arena 1 when it was released only level 14 players could get it
4: theirs now a shop that ruins the whole point of going up arenas.
5: they have the heart not to listen to us

I feel like people are misunderstanding here, you don't gain or lose trophies in the actual event, it has nothing to do with the actual main play, it's just the event. And also you gain these new crowns mostly by winning, all this is saying is that even if you lose you still win something.

No more party modes seals the deal. My time with this game has come to an end
Party mode still exists. They just changed them into the seasonal modes where you earn season tokens. They don't give chests though.
It also broke daily tasks. I have “Party!” As a task and cannot get it to register despite playing all 5 party modes and tournament. Due to this I can’t get my daily chest and credit toward weekly.

My main goal is to beat the game and it's been 7 years playing it cause of BS updates shoved in my face.

I’ve consistently supported this game through the pass royale. I, along with many others, will no longer be doing so. Very disappointed to see a less valuable pass royale being offered along with the level 15 update.
I can't find any information about a "level 15" on this game. I'm usually pretty well informed on what updates are coming, but this one in particular blindsided me. Also, I have to agree this update is definitely not what the community was looking for
