Here are the lyrics for anyone who wants them
    London City, far from pretty
    Two, zero, zero, five

A lady down in Paddington
Is fighting just to stay alive
Rhythmic beeps and blood stained sheets
Our lady weeps; she’s tired and frail
    To set the scene
We must rewind the hands of time for violets tale
    Violet was a silent girl
    Grew up with violent starts
    Her mother was a drinker
And her father was a bastard
Every night he’d tuck her tight
    But never left the room
Ill spare you of the things he did
    Im sure her mother knew
    Violet was a silent girl
    She moved out at sixteen
    A semi-detached council flat
    Paid for by a welfare-scheme
    Packing shelves at Tesco’s
    Stacking jars like pickled bricks
She met a boy named Stevie
And he was a little prick
    Violet was a silent girl
    And violet she fell fast
    See Stevie was a wrongun
But he sure knew how to charm her
Every night he’d tuck her tight
    But never left the room
    History repeats itself
Hed paint her black and blue and ah…
    She never stood a chance
    The devil comes to dance
“Violet, why you always so silent?”
    *knock knock knock*
On her bedroom door and he’s irate
He’s been drinking and smoking he’s up late
And he stands by her bedside, she shakes
    But her eyes stay shut

“You fucking slut! I know you’re up!”

and he pinches her eyelids and folds them up

“Violet, why you lying to me violet?”

She stays silent, things turn violent

*Knock knock knock*

Thats the sound of his fists when they fall like a crashing pilot

Hit like hailstones, one to the collar bone, full force, full blown,

    blood splat, bone crack, knick-knack-paddy-whack

one to the jaw and a tooth spat - detached

fist connects and disconnects the bone

a quick deflect to misdirect the blow
But non-the-less his punches met her throat

such a mess; he’s left her bruised and broke

    “Violet!?

Why you always so silent violet!?
Why you such a little liar violet!?

Do you think I want to do this Violet?!”

    In character she stays silent

    “Well say something Violet!”

    Silence

    “Fucking say something Violet!”

    Silence…

    “Wait… say something Violet”

Not one word, she stays quiet….

    London City, far from pretty

two, zero, zero, five

A lady rushed to paddington is fighting just to stay alive

the doctor in a state of shock, saw something here so very wrong

    See Violet, she was pregnant,

Poor violet, she was nine months gone

Turning to the doctor Violet broke her silence and she cried,

“If im to die right here tonight, please let my baby stay alive
    ”
the doctor soon regained composure, called the surgeon to come in

As violets world turned to black, the curtains closed

    The lights went dim in…

London City, far from pretty,

    two zero zero five

A lady down in paddington
Just lost the fight to stay alive
    A tragedy, or miracle
It happened on these very streets
Two twins are lying side by side

A girl named Jenny

And a boy named Screech

I can only describe Ren as a modern day Bard. Not just a musician, not just a storyteller, not just a poet but all of them together into someone who can evoke visceral emotions in their audience and have their rapt attention through it all. Well done Ren, I haven't been moved so strongly by a performance in a long time and you consistently have done so.

Ren is a minstrel, a modern one. I think about five hundred years ago, minstrels performed like this. Ren can sing. He can play multiple instruments. He's a poet, a philosopher, an observer of life, an actor. He has taken rap to a new level that can appeal to everyone of any age. A perfect development of the people's voice for our times. x

So I think its for certain that it ends with another tragic death. And that Richard is gonna die seems certain as well. The question is what about screech's girlfriend and Patrick. They are probatly having an affair and dont seem to really care about screech. They will end up in a fight i whitch Patrick kills the gf and the Officer still fighting with regrets, Sees it, tries to Interfere and kills partick but to Late... then He either lives with the pain or kills himself.
Like a good tragety everyone is dead or ruined in the same night and the bodies are now still only two streets apart.
Ohh i got down a rabbit hole cuz of your music, ren, (proud part of the cult eh... bookclup) and i love it... ill be wrong with everything but it was a fun game to play ;]
Edit: its gonna be Richards or Patricks tail, while i tend towards Patrick but i am not sure at all
Edit two: idk if i have to put it here for the theorie to count...?

As sickeningly violent as it is, the part from 3:17 to 4:02 has to be one of my very favorite pieces of *anything* ever. From the acting, to the rapping, to the guitar playing. How it paints the scene. It's so brilliantly executed

I have never cried before listening to a song, but there is a first time. The story REM tells in each of his songs creates a narrative which grabs your attention, makes you listen and pay attention to what is being told, drags you in heart first. Not a song you sing too, but a story you listen to an pay attention. Art at its finest.

This man, right here, is one of the finest artists of our times. And the "Tales" he's been bringing forth might just be a trailblazer for an entirely new art from, highly suited to the video format.
This isn't just a music video - it is storytelling, songwriting, singing, performance poetry, cinematography and theatre all masterfully woven into a performance that tells the tales of individuals enmeshed in the social fabric wherein one's peripheral vision catches the sight of their silent, writhing movements. Ren gives voice to their silent struggles and, in doing so, examines and interrogates society by stating in blunt terms how it has failed to factor in the human condition of those at the margins. In all, what this man has been creating in his "Tales" series is perhaps a glimpse of what heights performing arts can reach in its unbridled digital fromat.

Ren, you are a true artist in every sense of the word. I am seventy three years old and your music blows me away. I don't know how large your team is, but the camera angles, lens choices, cinematography, lighting and choreography are brilliant. You have an amazing career ahead of you. I can't wait to see and hear what comes next from you.

You have no idea how it felt to hear somebody that made me musically excited again like enough to not only revive bored ears that had long stopped listening to hear anything new but fuelled the want to make my own music again :) Thankyou . I'm not gonna waffle but from the bottom of my heart you've put back a bit of broken heart that fell off and was lost forever Like there was no coming back from such a standstill and my own relationship with music itself. I didn't play for my own enjoyment anymore felt like the frustration of trying to write anything new or even revisit my unfinished folders full of half arsed tracks that got put down again disconnected from any signs of inspiration to add too try hear why id kept it and carry on...I stopped just putting music at home ever and that's just so not usual for me and so unhealthy too I felt like I was grieving felt even more disconnected , You are so fucking cathartic ! I watched Justin Hawkins react to Hi Ren which again I only subscribed to like two months ago if that because of the youtube algorithm he popped up a lot on recommended specifically one video about his opinion on less known led zeppelin tracks and I thought go on I wanna hear his less known Zep bangers....Which he really chose well the man knows his Zep which was enough for me I subscribed straight away on the strength of this :D it was a matter of time before I saw him react to Hi Ren knowing absolutely nothing about this tune or had I heard any other music by you before ...You got a reaction from me that was sort of funny leaping up and just pointing at the T.V shouting oh yes that is one tasty sound and then a oh yes that's a bit of me that!! ( again ....musically speaking because that does read sorta wrong now as I see it in text :D )Even how you play your guitar as well you have this sort of bass-uitar thing going on ( its a Presidents of the United States of America thing u wont prob get ( but if everyone should jam on along on two strings as a 3 pc with another guitarist and a drummer and tell me afterwards it wasn't awesome! :D ...Your vocals can have flourishes remnant to vocal licks in System of a downs self titled album this sort of cathartic...mixed with chunk - Rage Against The Machine , Faith no more ... the Specials... And you hat tip traditional Folk music and the beauty of a beautifully told fable that's a little bit dark ( moomins and the judder man spring to mind :D ) mate Its messed up how many things you have going on within your music that I could hear straight away I don't know how I got so much from a few bars of the reaction video Justin did I just recall he seemed to be rendered too speechless to say anything and I was leaping about like a bell end shouting " F@#k yeah this, this, this and other random outbursts similar coz you have this sound that felt like we were already musically acquainted in a weird quantumly entangled way. Damn I've waffled I knew I would.🤣🤣🤣 Hopefully you'll get what this comment made by a mad batty woman is saying.. don't stop being you

i would've never guessed that this is a prequel to jenny's and screech's tale. the whole series is mind blowing to me, the way he changes his tone and emotion when singing different parts, the great storytelling, the guitar playing, the singing, the lyrics, the talent and its also very catchy. like not only is it great musically but you can just read the lyrics and be interested..i also love the sound effects he makes with the guitar like in the rewind part and all the knocking, and how you can feel the emotion just from the way he plays. hoping for richard's tale im wondering what his backstory is

This is uncomfortably good, whether you put yoursfelf into rap ,rock , r&b , unbeliveble storytelling or combining all of them it feels that it's your music, your originality and beyond that, the fact that you're able to make yourself appreciated by a pletora of different audiences its remarkably inspiring.

Weirdest feeling I'm having when listening to his music.
Not sure if I like it or not....
    But damn... It hits hard..
    It's like watching a one-man musical.
It's the third time I hear this now.
And if a certain song can make me come back for another listen, it must mean, that I like it.
Your music in confusing my emotion, man!

I find songs that evoke sadness in me is the only way sadness ever feels good. Sometimes it's therapeutic and even feels a little good to settle down into the sadness instead of trying to avoid it all the time. It's like a controlled burn so you don't lose the whole forest when there's a real fire. If I freefall into it by choice every so often, when life becomes sad I don't shatter into as many pieces.

As I've mentioned before, this man is a modern-day troubadour. I'm going to go further - he is exactly what we need to hear these days. Someone telling it as it is. Someone bringing the messages of our society right up front and centre! You are a gift, Ren. I'm 56, and grown-up on Bowie, Pink Floyd, and other incredible songwriters and musicians. I’ve watched four of this amazing artist performances now. I can’t call him just a musician. He is SO much more. Guitarist, singer, rapper, storyteller, he reaches out and grabs your mind, your emotions, your soul and plunges you into the depths of the world he is telling you about. I’m 64 years old and I don’t know how this wordsmith is able to bring such vivid pictures to my mind but he does. Nothing but himself and a guitar. True talent like his is so rare.❤❤❤
