Kids tend to freak out when they fall. I've seen Dads lightheartedly laugh and instead of panicking, the kid then laughs it off and is A-OK. Teaches them to stay calm and laugh it off.
If I know my kid isn't really hurt, I do the same. Just laugh and believe it or not she will laugh along lol Alot of perks being a father, watching your kid fall is in my top 5s.
