New Life SMP - Ep.1 - A Brand New Life!

New life, which is part of the One Life, X Life, and Afterlife family of series. Not to be confused with the Third Life, Last Life, Double Life, and Limited Life series. It's totally not confusing at all.
In all seriousness, I love these series, and its been way too long since we had a real modded series! Very excited!

Seeing Scar in the description genuinely made me so happy, I love watching his videos and it's so exciting that he is joining this!

If I had a nickel for every time Scott made a skin with two different coloured eyes, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird it happened twice.

Scott swapping places with people never ended badly, this will be fun

Honestly "Scott's Land" is a great name. It does need a The Smajor City.

I love the fact that Scot and Joel posted the videos at the exact same second!!! The first origin is already giving vampire scot vibes🧛 Can't wait for the rest of this series ❤

When I saw Stacy in the description it nearly brought me to tears 😭 she was my childhood youtuber and seeing her be apart of the recent SMPs has me so so hyped!

Fun fact about the Farmer's Delight mod, if you put logs on the cutting board and then right click it with an axe you can strip the log and get bark as well. You can use the bark to make paper.
You can also use the knife to break grass for a chance to get straw, which you can use to make things like rope and cloth for making books (instead of leather), tatami mats/blocks, and I think a few other things.

This series never seems to end and I love it

I am so excited for this series!! :)
To answer some questions because I play often with a lot of these mods:
1. That hole with cobble and spider webs is a dungeon. I don't know the official name but I just call it a spider hole because it's a hole... full of spiders. There is some wool in there, but IMO unless you have a bauble or other modded thing that will give you poison immunity, it's not worth it.
2. Yes, the zinc is the main ore used for the Create mod! It's used for most of the basic components of Create as well as used as a base to create other ores to be used for the mod :) If you want to explore automation or farms, I absolutely recommend playing with Create. Or... it's also fun for deco. You can make real moving windmills, elevators, and more as its main function (besides farms!) is to create motion in Minecraft ^^
3. Scoria, limestone, and viridium are also from Create. As far as I can tell, it's just a deco block... But I'm also not the most advanced Create user in the world :D

I have no idea why I’m about to cry, but I love the nostalgia of starting a new series, and I love superpowers and afterlife was my FAVORITE, and they way everyone’s skins match what they are just brings me SO much happiness ❤

Hey Scott, for a future build, I think it would be very cute if you made a structure that you could house your waypoint in. Like a kind of gazebo type thing. Or maybe a tall tower of some kind. The starter house looks awesome and am looking forward to what you do next :D

Seeing all the new cool stuff added to this New Life series from all the other Clip-Sharers. I’m excited!! Growing different veggies, the flower cows (the lilac one is my favorite), the cool looking mods and etc! I love Scott’s transporter outfit!

I really like the shaders, they still look like vanilla while giving the world a pop of color. please keep them

Scotty hotty you need to use the Create mod , its soo much fun and can be a little OP. also you can go a Steam punk vibe with Create , grinded in crushing wheels Veridium =copper , Crimsite= iron, Asurine= zinc, Ochrum=gold ore

I LOVEEE the continuation of this series! However I'm a little concerned that some people will drop out real quick if they only have six lives... if the idea is a bit of a longer series, i hope there's a way to get more lives or donate a life to someone else just so some, uh, ~accident prone~ people don't have to sit out

The specialty Create blocks (like Viridium/Scoria) are mostly decorative but you can use the Create ore processing mechanics to break them down into metals too. If I remember right, Viridium crushes down to copper nuggets for example.

Not sure if you know this yet but you can place a stick in your tomatoes and stake them so they grow taller. I love doing that because it adds height and dimension to my lil garden

11:15 scoria is a rock that comes from hardened magma with little quartz, it is often mistaken for pumice which is lighter in mass. Scoria also has iron in it which can turn it red. No clue what it does in game though.
