As a Bayern fan I still feel bad for Nagelsmann, because the way we sacked him is just awful... That being said, I welcome Tuchel whole-heartedly. I'm always fond of him and he's definitely a top coach. I'm really looking forward to his career in Bayern!! Hope it would be a great success for both parties!

He is a difficult nervous man, that's his only donwfall, he is hard on his players, he sees them as horses not humans, ruthless and can scream on any star there is.

@Tyrone Valdéz-Krüger Pep grinst garantiert nicht. Tuchels Bilanz gegen City ist top, und das war mit Chelsea. Bayern ist wesentlich stärker als Chelsea, und das ist für Pep garantiert nicht lustig.

@Frank Feng so True Tuchel did so well in Chelsea insane tactics and the team was over everything and also his mentality for me best trainer ( coach ) in the world i Love him and also now i say it T.Tuchel he was FC Chelsea he lived the club and the PL.
I think Nagelsmann sack was weird because he is the same typ trainer like t.tuchel and he did well in CL and also bundesliga but we will see for FCB i think it was the right decision.

Was kinda surprisd as munich fan to see so many chelsea fans here. Kinda awesome to see the support. Germans hers still have a bit of a different view thanks to Tuchel's time at Mainz 05. ( /watch?v=QoitL30-7p0 for example ) :D Anyway, he's a great coach these days & i'm really excited for the game vs. dortmund on saturday.

@R. Lom we can't rely on luck every year with Matteo strategy 😂. Win against Barcelona with just 10 men in Camp Nou , Drogba heading equalized the score in last minute game and Robben penalty blocked by Cech. That was high intensity of Luck tbh. 2012 is the year of Chelsea but that's it you can't rely the same tactics like that.
@PissMenn Matteo did the maximum for Chelsea in this year. No one believed in him, me too. But he won the CL with a destroyed team. It was pure luck, but who cares about it. No one speaks about the lucky win of Real against Athletico or Liverpool.
Matteo was just a interim coach, and the club looked after a new coach. He knew it was just for a short time.

Das Langzeitprojekt Nagelsmann über Nacht an die Wand gefahren, nur weil man ein bisschen in der Bundesliga schwächelt. Hätte man wirklich mit Nagelsmann eine Ära prägen wollen, hätte man diese Zeiten zusammen durchgestanden. Tut mir leid für diesen jungen, ehrgeizigen Trainer. Wünsche Tuchel aber auch alles Gute und viel Erfolg!
Nagelsmann hat halt einfach mal vor laufender Kamera gesagt: "Hier beim FC Bayern heißen wir alle sexuellen Neigungen willkommen.."
Es gab vermutlich auch interne Probleme

@Stimulated Digga wir haben 4. Historische negativrekorde innerhalb einer 3/4 Saison hinbekommen und letzte Saison brauchen wir nicht drüber reden erst. Also das hat er falsch gemacht.

This was such a shock. I almost didn't believe it. Nagelsmann was doing so well and I was so excited for the match against City with him as coach. I liked him the best in the last decade or so at Bayern and the only complaint I had against him was his decision to bring in Sabitzer.
Pep is not rejoicing right now. Take my word for it. Tuchel is equally ‚mad‘ about football. The legendary story when Pep was still at Bayern and he met with Tuchel at a local Italian restaurant and they talked about football and tactics and used all available salt and pepper shakers there to make up an impromptu tabletop game chart.
@ZeitdiebX I get that. I'm just very disappointed that they replaced Nagelsmann just before two big games. By no measure was he doing bad and the changes he brought to the team were actually working. I've loved watching the Nagelsmann press style of play. Bayern vs City was like UCL final for me, and I'm sure he would've considered it as a litmus test well. Now I don't know if the team can make the game, because I'm not sure what kind of play we'd get to see on the field.
@Suman Bar I agree. It’s little to no time at all for Thomas to impact the team’s performance vs Dortmund. Sacking Julian was premature. I believe he would’ve accomplished the turnaround.
Perhaps he felt the pressure and his constant changing of play style and personnel at key positions was a sign of insecurity and panic. We‘ll never know.
He appeared to be frustrated and stumped more and more. His usual eloquence changed to defiance. There was something going on with him. No doubt.
But sacking him like that was low. The board acted brutal to save their own hides.
Bayern now has two of my football favorites. Tuchel and Sadio.😍 let’s win that UCL.
