@Jose Nova Rockets spend a lot of time in air, actually. Do you know anything about what you're trying to assert? You might be thinking about RPGs, which are rocket propelled grenades, not rockets. Even then, their volume and drag ratios are supremely important, because even a 5% difference changes whether you can hit a target or not, and every percentile loss in efficiency is a compounding loss in accuracy. There's a reason rockets are rounded and not pointed.

At supersonic velocities pointed cones actually are slightly more efficient due to the pressure wave propagation in front of the rest of the nose. But rockets spend so little time supersonic in atmosphere that it actually makes overall efficiency suffer.

It only has two weaknesses:

2) The film is too short.
