    Who are Kara and Nate?!
Watch our documentary here: • 100th COUNTRY DOC...
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married 2013 and were super “normal.” I was a teacher and Nate started a small printing business from the spare bedroom of our apartment. We discovered the world of “travel hacking” & became obsessed. So after 2 years of obsessively saving $35k and over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016 for a “one year” trip around the world. Our goal was to see as many places as possible before we ran out of money and went home to “normal life.” We started this travel vlog to share our experiences with friends and family, but quickly fell in love with this lifestyle and did everything we could to keep going. 4 years later, we achieved our new goal of visiting 100 countries and all 7 continents. We had no plans to slow down, until 2020 forced us to ;) Which is when we bought a converted van to start exploring our own country for the first time. Van life was a major adjustment and so different than flying every week like we were used to, but we are incredibly thankful to be able to continue doing something we love every day. 😊🎥🌎

I'll be honest Kara and Nate. The orca part of the video made me TEAR UP. I'm just gonna call it in advance.....I think this will end up being your most watched video of 2023. It's hard to top this kind of experience and you did a phenomenal job capturing it. Also, it needs to be mentioned that your video editor is doing her job SO WELL! The clip choices with the audio clips were placed perfectly! Great job Brooke (I think that's your name). There was a major change in video quality when Kara and Nate hired a dedicated video editor and that should notngo unnoticed. Not that Kara wasn't doing a great job but it's evident that making videos is an art form for you Brooke!

Insane! Been watching you guys for a few years now, and I'm consistently wowed at the adventures you all embark on. (Sad to have not gotten to do the Italy vespa tour or the Nashville 1 million followers trips) You take travel vlogging to a different level. Wouldn't be surprised if travel channel or nat geo doesn't pick you up one day for your own show. That said, orkas can be so aggressive - I'm surprised they let people dive with them!

Wowwwww! I’ve been a subscriber for a long time and this is my fav video ever! What an incredible experience!! And great job editing, Kara! That was like a professional documentary! I loved the suspense and the excitement. Thanks for sharing that amazing experience 😍🐋 I literally teared up when you first dropped into the water with the 20 orcas 😱😭

I’ve been balling my eyes off & on. This is so beautiful. I learned recently, the last captive orca, Kiska, passed away at ~47years old. Rest in Peace Kiska… & it just breaks my heart to know what we humans did to these intellectual massive beasts… but seeing this, knowing we can create a better relationship is phenomenal!! Letting US visit THEIR environment 💓

OMG! This is amazing! I just returned from Antarctica and on the last day, on the last zodiac cruise, Orcas came up to our boats to check us out and I thought nothing could get better than that, this video proves it's possible to have a more amazing encounter!
