This week, I traveled to the beautiful country of Iraq. All my life I'd heard of the war in Iraq and how dangerous it was to visit, but I wanted to go there and explore if for myself to hear the stories that didn't make it into the media. So, along with Drew Binsky, Lexie Alford and Cory Martin, we were taken around Iraqi Kurdistan by our amazing guide, Baderkhan.
Thank you to Lexie Limitless for joining us on this crazy adventure:

As a Westerner, I feel that we have a very brainwashed perspective of the middle east (particularly in the US and Canadian media). It's tragic. Thank you for sharing your experiences, to help dispel misinformation about how kind-hearted and peaceful most of the people here are.

Dale Gribble did I say they were innocent stop putting words in my mouth. All I said that there are horrible people who exist in the world but they don’t represent all the good people.

    • hi Hi
      hi Hi 2 years ago

Dale Gribble people experience differently. Correct me if I’m wrong but I assume your brother is in the military so you gotta put that into perspective since a lot of Iraqis don’t like foreign troops occupation. But since yes theory go there as tourists and filming cultural places appreciation for the beauty of the country behind the war. The Iraqis are probably more lenient about them. And I think people from the villages seem to be nicer and welcoming to foreigner then in the cities that are hit by war

"it doesn't matter whether you are Yazeedi, Muslim, or Jewish we all pray to the same God"
He was saying this while the three of them had their arms on each other's shoulders pretty much hugging each other...i love seeing things like this that was so wholesome I love to see people from different parts of the world from different cultures showing respect and love to each other that's what it's all about ✌️ mainstream media forces people to think that we're all so different and that we cannot mingle with each other and that of we do we won't get along and that it will be awkward but in reality we're all so similar and can enjoy and respect each other's company and cultures and can even be brothers and sisters

THERE IS NO COUNTRY IN THE WORD AS KURDISTAN..IT IS ILLEGAL NAME.. It would be more correct to call it Northern Iraq instead of Kurdistan. Since the Turkmen, who have owned that geography for 1000 years, are only seen as a minority, then the Kurds are also a minority. That is Northern Iraq.

I’m from Iraq and honestly this was so sweet and I have never enjoyed a travel video this much before. I truly appreciate you showing the beautiful history of Iraq and not just be a tourist and show the food and all. I live in the US and sadly I have only seen Iraq for 20 days when I was young, I really hope Iraq gets back on its feet one day and go back to the front country that everyone knows Iraq for. I would love to do something to help Iraq go back to be a strong country but with a more positivity and safety for ALL Iraqis

the stories people be having is unbelievable. there is so much hate in the world that people only know and believe what is on the news. this is why this channel speaks out to me and interests me the most. you see everyone’s different perspectives on things. everyone is human and more people need to be educated to know what is the truth. this video really speaks out to the world and i loved it. the man really has a lot of feelings and things to say about his country that a lot of people don’t know about and want to be able to speak

Thank You Yes Theory for bringing the truth about the Iraqi people and the Syrian people. We've been brainwashed by the mass media alot and that leaves a negative impact on our mentality. Through these kind of documentaries you're educating us that though they have gone through endless wars they still have the courage, strength, Love, kindness and generousity within them and that they strives towards a better future. Hope to see more inspiring videos from you in the future ❤️🙏.

This video keeps me reminded that while we're a diverse species occupying this world, its often that the human spirit shares no boundaries. I was very fortunate to stumble onto this video. You have certainly blessed me, along with the Clip-Share community sharing your travels through this country, but more so to share your experiences alongside your guide "BaDakon' ... and please correct my spelling. Thank you so much.,

Iam from iraq and luckily tourists are coming from around the world now! I hope you come again and you'll be most welcomed 💗

It will forever stay in my heart, would unwatch it and watch it again if I could, much love and prayers to Yes Theory.

You are a blessing to show the truth through these people, what they have been through, and the history of their countries! No wonder other countries hate America! They always get involved in peoples business that they shouldn’t be!

Baderkhan is the true example of someone who is patriotic. Instead of escaping from the situation the country is in, he wants to build and improve upon it until his last breath. This is what differs people like him from the people who think harming people other than their religion is what patriotism is. Mad respect!

I would love to do half as much as what you do! Clip-Share has created such a platform for people like you to give back instead of greed of keeping the more to live a lavish lifestyle! Gold watches multiple rings, high class sports cars will never diffy a person but what heart you have and the love you give will diffy you as a person, so from me and millions of people i thank you for what you do to give for human kind in general. So much love 💙 I will one day create something like your channel to give all to others who deserve it all, thank you for inspiring me and many others who also do what you do.
