I know there are a lot of things to talk about with this cover, but on my most recent re-listen, it's Rage Kage's playing that stood out. The guitar tone and subtlety in his performance is incredible. Somehow the notes sound so succinct and crystal clear while still invoking a distant, echo-y element. It's hard to describe....forlorn, present, but fleeting. Bravo.
These two just can't help themselves from killing it day and night with their sick musical artistry and majestic sense of humor. What a combo!

There is something strangely satisfying about seeing 2 semi-naked men run across a beach and up against the waves, while the bittersweet tones of Jack Black's voice and Kyle Glass's guitar play in the background and make this video a masterpiece. One of THE best things I have seen in 2023! 🙂

the original song is very slow, but they've sped up the music/singing so it goes by a lot faster. all the original lyrics (from the 3 minute song) are sung by Jack Black albeit, much more quickly.

@poopyfartballs5363 true a lot of people love him, but I do get what they mean. He isn't as much of a celebrated vocalist as so many other singers out there. For him, it's seems like it's pretty much half singing and half comedy, which I love him for it... but my dad or any of his friends won't listen to him, my nieces or any of their friends would look at him and be repulsed or just laugh. I feel like the comedy he injects into everything will turn a lot of people off from him, amazing voice or not.
