DAMNNNN! We almost had Nate and Connor as the coaches on TUF?? That would have been freaking epic. We better get a third fight between those two legends before it’s all said and done. Their final fight should be against one another for the BMF belt. Would be a great send off to two of the most thrilling, entertaining BAMF’er, future HOF fighters!!

Conor sees athletes as equal in terms of the spirit to be free
I remember years ago on the come up, a disabled fella was in a slump over his confidence. He met Conor in a bar and Conor just said, if you can't do this, you can still do that. He didn't see the disability, just the challenge.
It was great to see that spirit

@Callum McGregor unfortunately I’m virtually bed bound 90% of the day. My challenges to most people are very small but to me it’s a big achievement. Clip-Share and the internet has changed my life. Without it I could not communicate with fellow fight fans etc. I’m so glad you can train Callum. People like you inspire and show that there is a way to smash those barriers.

@SavingPrivateBob Mental health is the unseen disability. From the outside it looks like everything is great but the inside is a mess. Totally get it my friend. Even though I’m physically disabled since birth I totally relate also to the mental health side. People think disability is using a wheelchair etc but it ain’t. Respect for how you are getting through my friend 👍♿️

I watch this game for a long, long time and i must say that something change when he came from CW. Nothing was the same. Like him or not, he open the doors for new generation of fans and also fighters. I dont mind what hes doing outside the cage, until he deliver. Win, lose he always does...

Big respect to Conor for backing Katie Taylor the way he is, she is the greatest Irish sportsperson of all time and deserves her big moment in Croke Park. Even McGregor himself definitely should’ve had that big moment in Croke Park by this stage. Conor isn’t a perfect person but his love for our country is something that makes us all happy

Conor seems like he’s in a good place. The dude worked really hard coming back from that injury and it takes a lot to step back in there over and over with the amount of money and side businesses the man has. People say he’s lost his hunger and money changed him which is somewhat true but I think he cares about his legacy alot and had to have done alot of soul searching after the Poirier losses and the injury. I’ll be draped in my tri-color and have some proper 12 ready to go. Up the Mac!The King is back!🇮🇪☘️👑

  • TALON
    TALON 6 days ago +4

Conor sounding real good. In a good headspace, obviously enjoying life but back and fight ready, very much a businessman but still got the itch for fighting. The game is always more exciting when he's involved and I'm glad he still wants the Nate fight and still wants to be active. Great to hear. And Conor potentially fighting for the Welterweight Title if he beats Mike? I don't even care about the rankings, I 'd want to see that and either Leon or Kamaru would love to be a part of that!

Say what you want about Conor, you can’t question his love for the game. Man has the next 3 generations of his family covered financially, yet he still makes the walk. He gets humbled, humiliated and still makes the walk. Dude is a legit killer.

@Shane Molloy This! But it's like that for some other Euro places as well. This mad buzz/passion Americans kinda don't understand that's installed into Irish, Slavic and Greek & Italians. Ones I can think of. Have that real passionate, crazy side to them and people think all these things but just naturally how some are. Hot headed, wear heart on sleeve, filled emotions, very loyal humans & live by codes.(not all but a lot). If you know, you know.
Ps. Great seeing Healthy, Conor again. And a beauty of a suit that is. Peach looks mint. If anyone knows designer pls comment. Can't find anything online similar haha. Not that have money of that one 😅

Conor was unreal at the start. Really showed allot of people what is possible when the chips are down. But then money drink and drugs got to him. Hitting old men at bars. Coked out his head with his family beside him. He will one day look back with regrets about his behaviour hopefully he can turn things around and leave his legacy a good one out of the cage.
