I fell in love with mexico's football and I felt so sorry for mexico's strikers who ran over 90 minutes and they played amazingly well and they were so close so close. As an arab we feel lucky we had 4 teams to support we love and supported them equally qatar 🇶🇦, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, Tunisia 🇹🇳 and Morocco 🇲🇦. Felt same as Mexicans when Tunisia won against France but lost the world cup. But still we have another chance with Morocco 🇲🇦 🔥.

Such a great and exciting game! Yes, it is bittersweet but they saved face by winning the last game vs Saudi Arabia, and Argentina lost to Saudi Arabia, so there's that. We feel the same way, Mexico had their chances to score at least 2 more goals and pass to the next round. We have better players, but they were not called by this coach, hopefully, this fall can help the Mexican soccer league to reconsider many changes. They need a change to be ready for the next world cup in Mexico-USA-Canada.

Great win, disheartening loss. I was in the street in Mexico watching and every establishment had different internet speed. The people in Dominos would scream first, so we knew there was a goal, then the place next to me would scream so I knew they'd seen the goal, then we'd see the goal at the place I was at, and lastly the people in the restaurant two away would scream. Welcome to the World Cup drama. I have been watching the cup since 1970 and I have been through the gamut of emotions, including 3 championships, great teams underperforming, etc... My uncle Paulo, God bless his soul, told me that he was at the 1950 World Cup final (not really a final because it was round robin between 4 teams) when Uruguay beat Brazil in Rio for the tournament. The crowd was estimated around 190,000 and he told me walking out of the stadium at the end of the game was like a funeral march. So many people walking, completely stunned and not making a sound. Cheers!

No one can deny that the Saudi team has developed significantly, to the point that they are defeated Argentina and took Mexico out the list... Previously, Mexico scored 4 and 5 goals against Saudi goals... Today, Mexico played with all their might and did not get the goals they needed from Saudi Arabia... The Saudi defense line was very strong... Tunisia also defeated France... The Arab teams are no longer as easy as they used to be. They are getting stronger with time...and let's not forget that Morocco is still on the list.
