Answering your question about being active during pregnancy: YES it does help immensely during labor and delivery. My job requires a lot of standing up and walking so I was active in that way and would take daily walks with my husband in the afternoon. Let me tell you, my birth was SO QUICK that I didn’t even have time to get an epidural which was my only “birth plan”. It was my first baby at 25 years old and my whole labor (when my contractions started) and delivery (pushing her out) process was only 3 hours and a half.

YES YES ! I did 12,3,30 during my pregnancy, my labor was amazing ! Got a 1st degree tear so my recovery was AMAZING. I was out & about with my baby and husband within two weeks ! I didn’t get an stretch marks (I know it’s genetic but exercising helps) & my body now looks better than ever ! Allegedly if you breastfeed you also lose weight, I’m skinner now than I was last year on my wedding 😩. Next week will be my 40 day postpartum and I can start working out again 😛

Yes strong mama! I was super active in my pregnancy until the day before I went into labor and have an amazing birth. The doctors did validate that too and it is easier to get back into working out after as well! 💪

I’m moving to Miami from Cape Cod ❤ houses on Cape are $800k-$1million full renovation needed, little land, no pools, no garage? We have been looking for 2 years with no luck, overbidding 20% asking.

Birth was legit the most insane workout of my lifeeee and I’m so thankful I was as in shape as possible leading up to it 💪

I stayed pretty active in my pregnancy and I had a relatively smooth labor/delivery. Didn’t even know I was in labor and had the baby in 20 minutes once I got to the hospital!
Idk if there was correlation, but I did feel like delivery was the boss battle I’d been training for lol.

Something to think about. I’m a mom and watching you in a big house like that is a dream for my child. Space is everything! And as much as I support you in your move to Miami. I agree that family and community is important but space is a big deal, which is why many parents move from apartment to a house for their kids
