Loved that ash of wars were randomized too, honestly a run with just a single weapon and changing ashes of war would be sick to see

28:43 Because you technically asked (even if it probably was rethorical, but I'm going to ignore that): Sword Dance is great, it makes you leap forward while doing a double slash. It's really good for closing distance, and actually pretty good for applying status effects. For some stupid reason, you can equip it on halberds, so between the leap forward and the length of your weapon, it gives you insane range.

I like to think bushy is just an elden ring machine, constantly doing challenge runs one after another with no break

I like to imagine this is an actual Tarnished and when in combat he mumbles to himself "What this does !?" while the bosses stare in confusion at him.

I love seeing just how many more attempts the Godskin Duo take than every other boss in the game.

If anyone's wondering about the cool as hell weapon at 12:30~ish I think it is the dismounter, but with Carian Greatsword, which is what gave it that cool effect. Hard to tell
EDIT: Ok, Carian Greatsword does NOT make that cool trailing effect. I don't know what may have caused it.

My favourite part was probably when Rennala's dragon said "It's jumping time!" and started jumping all over you.

this turned out to be a really fun challenge. you’re not resigned to weak weapons, or even especially long fights, but because the timings keep changing it is difficult nonetheless

The reason the bosses seemed bugged is that their AI pays attention to the right-hand weapon switching. If you set the swap speed to high the AI breaks.

It’s fun to watch Bushy do a randomizer play through with a bunch of different special attacks. Hence, this really allows for a genuinely fun experience with variety.

I've had a challenge run idea for a while, but I'm not sure if it's actually possible. If it is though, I'm sure Bushy could do it. The idea is that you can only do damage with jump attacks, but the jump button is disabled.
So, you would have to rely almost exclusively on the Raptor of the Mists AoW to do damage yourself, but in order to get it in the first place, you'd have to beat Nerijus and the assassin invasion at Raya Lucaria main gate. Maybe you could do that by initially doing a Faith build to keep Yura alive long enough to solo the encounters, then complete it with your weapon of choice? Though, maybe at that point it becomes too easy for you? But you can put extra restrictions on yourself if a challenge seems to straightforward.

Randomizing elden ring runs are my favorite. Weapons, enemies, I love it all. Makes for fun videos to watch

i wonder if it would be possible to delegate a certain hand for certain armaments. like the left hand always has staffs, seals, shields, tortches and stuff like that while the right typically has your standard slash stab and BONK weapons?

I would love to see a Krillin Run Where you can only use Fists and Discus of Light (destructo disk). Not sure how to make it exceptionally challenging other than limiting how much you can level up, but it would be fun to watch.

That Golden Slam bug is like in old cartoons, where a plane's about to hit the ground, but it stops 3 feet away from it because it ran out of gas.

Best part of this was when every single riposte on Malenia had a shield so you couldn't do them

There's only a handful of Colossal swords in the game and this man somehow gets 3 of them back to back.

Not sure if Bushy or anyone else knew, but I just found out about this like 2 weeks ago. Morgott's charge attack ends with him also swinging his sword out, which is why it hit bushy that one time

At 29:15 he started a charged flail attack and it switched to the great shield but kept the flail charging animation so he was doing a popeye style punch windup with the shield

the worst enemy of this run was not radagon, the elden beast or even malenia, it was the rng giving bushy a shield the moment he got a stace break.

I subscribed because your challenge runs are creative and entertaining to watch. If you’re taking suggestions, I have one for you. “Can you beat Elden Ring as Zenitsu from Demon Slayer?”
In case you don’t know, Zenitsu is a character from the mentioned anime whose whole deal is that he is totally pathetic 95% of the time. However, in that other 5%, he is a deadly warrior with insane precision and impossible speed thanks to the fact that he has mastered one single technique. A technique that is basically Unsheathe, but he teleports to his target in a bolt of lightning and kills them before they can react.
You might know where I’m going just from that description alone, so here are the rules: 1) you may only deal damage to enemies with the unsheathe attack. Optional rule 2 to make the run more interesting to watch - you may use spells if they deal lightning damage, but the killing blow must be with unsheathe. Bonus points if during the run you find a way to make unsheathe itself deal lightning damage.

On my first playtrouth i was not aware of the existence of the serpent hunter , so i killed him powerstancing 2 uchikatanas with seppuku and it worked really well
