Lol sounds so weird but this one helped me realize that I have been absolutely disassociating constantly because when joe said he had a heart attack, I completely zoned out two minutes of the video. I just found out my grandmother had a heart attack today and is in a coma and I've been zoning out a lot lately due to trauma.
