MAJOR Changes to the Bin Site!

  • In efforts to streamline combining at harvest we are making changes to our bin site. In today’s episode we take down a bin and use a crane to move another bin on the farm. Everything went according to plan, except now the bin is too tall in relation to the dryer. It seems we may have solved one problem yet created another problem.

    Looks like you have Agri-Systems from Litchfield doing your project. That very crane(unless they have more than one) is at our bin site in Southern MN right now. Those guys are awesome. Hope your project goes well.

    This video was very interesting to watch. I thought that bin would weigh much more than it actually does. I was surprised. Are bee wings actual bee wings?

      Thanks for watching! Bees wings are a light, flaky part of the corn that binds the kernels to the cob.
