Drop the potatoes in already boiling water for 5 minutes to remove the starch, rinse thoroughly to remove the rest of the starch, pat dry, season with Lawry's or ??? and add to the rest. Basically, this recipe is what I've eaten my whole life which is why I'm still skinny and healthy at almost 70.
