Fun Fact: During DDLC's second act there's a random chance for the trigger warning that you see when you boot up the game to change into one of several weird quotes, one of which is "PM died for this." This is in reference to Project M, which may or may not have been C&D'd by Nintendo(it was)not long before DDLC's existence.
Also the Easter egg of โPM died for thisโ, of course referencing project m

Yeah, it's one of the reasons why Dan opened up DDLC for modding, as he wanted to give others a chance to cut their teeth on game modding as a path to game development too.
When I was installing that mod on dolphin I couldnโt believe my eyes when it said Dan Salvato next to it. I thought it surely couldnโt be the same Dan Salvato and I looked it up and it really was. Wow
