I find grassroots football very refreshing to watch - without the drama, fame, money and stardom that comes at a professional level. This match in particular reminded me of why I love the game. Thank you to both teams for a fantastically entertaining semi-final!

It was also a pleasant change to not see a Player rolling around on the floor for 20 minutes at a time, like they had been shot, looking for the next Ham-Actor of the Year Award :0)

Das 1-0 für Polen ist ja sensationell gewesen. Insgesamt ein sehr unterhaltsames und dynamisches Spiel. Ich freue mich darauf, wenn die Jungs beider Länder gesund bleiben und in 3 Jahren in den ersten Mannschaften der Nationen gegeneinander antreten. Grüße nach Polen!

Vielleicht schafft es ein Riesen-Talent a la F. Wirtz in die A-Nationalmannschaft.

this was one of the most entertaining games that i have seen in a while. in the first 7 minutes we saw like 6 chances and it didnt stop. great goals and not only because both teams did bad mistakes in the defence, which is usual in youth football.
3:3 was the icing on the cake, superb goal.

To be fair, some of those headers were down to very poor marking, and the 2nd German goal was a ricochet off another player. Even the best keepers in the world will struggle with that.

Amazing football, of course am a big fan of the youngest of the Dardais, having seen him since U13...with joy and pride. Thats what we do every week in the clubs, bring those boys and girls to that level❤

As a German, I have to say Poland was the better team. They played as a team. Our guys was selfish and played with their individual skills than playing as a team. If Poland were more prepared for corners and free kicks, Germany would had no chance to win this game. But that’s the game. Congrats an both teams.

Man merkt einfach wie sie in der zweiten Hälfte viel besser zusammen gespielt haben, bessere Entscheidungen getroffen haben und nicht so egoistisch waren. In der ersten Hälfte wollte jeder das Tor alleine erzwingen. Super starke zweite Halbzeit, wunderschön anzuschauen. :)

@djvojteg Tak wiem, ale na tym kanale są wszystkie skróty najważniejszych lub najciekawszych spotkań, natomiast nie było ani jednego skrótu meczu naszej reprezentacji, nawet nie ma meczu ćwierćfinałowego, a wszystkie inne są. Chodzi o to, że trochę to dziwne, że najbardziej bramkostrzelna drużyna nie ma ani jednego skrótu na kanale, do którego trafia również widz zza granicy.
No tak spisek przeciwko polsce. Polak to zawsze skrzywdzony...
@Maciek Kusnierz A jak wytłumaczysz fakt, że zagraniczny kanał wstawiał skróty meczów u-17 ale pomijał najbardziej bramkostrzelnej reprezentacji czyli nas? To nie że szukam problemu w niczym. Prócz półfinału na tym kanale nie znajdziesz skrótu meczu Polski, za to np. naszego rywala z grupy Irlandii są trzy mecze i chyba wszystkie spotkania finalistów Niemiec. To są fakty.

Both teams put on an incredible performance! Poland really stood out with their energetic style, impressive skills, and overall flair. Germany, on the other hand, showed great solidity and made clever use of set pieces, while also utilizing the flanks effectively. It was a top-notch display of football, no doubt.
You know what, though? I think it's high time we shook things up and changed the rules of the game. Why not kick throw-ins and additionally introduce something more exciting, like in hockey where players rotate whenever they feel like it. And let's crack down hard on grabbing opponents and shirt-pulling with some ruthless penalties. And while we're at it, why not abolish the offside rule? We need more goals, more excitement, more fun!
I have to say, this match was a total blast for me. It beat those boring, drab draws and one-nil wins we all too often see in professional football. This was the real deal, and I enjoyed every single moment of it.

Germany should be careful NOT to underestimate France on Friday! Just because they won the 1st match, doesn't mean France is an inferior team compared to Germany. Always respect your opponent but not fear them!
last year France lost 3-1 against Netherland in the group stages but won in the final against Netherland 2-1 let see this years if the scenario will repeat itself with Germany

Holy damn shit of Texas - both teams play better and make more goals than their senior teams recently. Wish those guys could play together in one club and for longer.
Fantastic game and great tournament for our guys. It's always very hard to beat Germany, because their players never give up, even if they have 3-5 minutes to change the result. The Germans were phisically better. I think black players mature faster. Noah Darvich is a really talented player, but Brunner and Hermann are great too. I hope we could have some joy with some of our players in the future. Krzysztof Kolanko is naturally gifted and has already 4 games in polish Ekstraklasa.

First time i watch youth football. Very interesting to see the amazing technique at times, even when the experience and physicality lack at some other points. If somebody sees this comment and they are into youth football, does winning a european championship actually mean a lot in the sense of mens football for the future is the corallation only very slim?
I would say winning a u17 title doesn't mean that much, but u21 yes. The higher you go, the more the ones who can really make it show up.
So there are of course a few stars that also won u17 titles, but not that many. And many have won a u17 title and you never heard of them again.
At the u21 level it's very close to the mens level, so for example Germany won the u21 ec in 2009, and you had manay players there that made up the team for the 2014 win. Özil, Neuer, Boateng, Khedira, Hummels.
