Mugsy is the most inspirational player in NBA history. The fact that he could play well for 13 year and be in the NBA at 5''3" keeps the hopes of millions of kids alive year in and year out.
I'm from Baltimore played highschool ball at Dunbar, graduated in 1970. I've seen all the talent that came out of Baltimore and Muggsy Bogues is one of the best. Maybe i'm biased but i think for longevity in the league and his stature and skills he should be in the HOF.
