I really like your Golem design. I’d call it the “Ancient Golem.” Like it was an original that modern golems are based on but are pale comparisons.

It's funny to see this, when you are a genshin player for many years now and are AR 58.
Anyway, amazing work as always, I'm really impressed and I would love to have these bosses. Genshin and Minecraft, the crossover we all never knew we needed.

Maybe it would be cool if the copper in the golem was slightly oxidised around the edges, It would give it some more character and really make it look ancient, also verdigris is cool.

Dude, a slime boss that frickin’ flicks you and uses finger guns would absolutely SEND ME, especially if it was in like, a city setting, so it’s just mimicking. Imagine if you got a little slime pet that did something similar, like a little finger guns emote!
Also: You did fantastic animation work, mate, it was incredible.

Idk how, but compared to others, I really enjoy seeing Daniel make these Minecraft content, and not only Minecraft content, but all of it.

i think dansleif in genshin at some point tells us that the first ruin guards you meet (the ones you mostly see in the monstadt area) are actually harvest robots used in agriculture. so in theory the copper robot could be repurosed as a farming robot after you kill it or something? maybe you can hack it, or craft something after you defeat it

a minor correction on the walking cycle of the golem, the feet and hands should be moving opposite from each other, if the right foot moves forward then the right arm should swing backwards, vice versa. common mistake but overall amazing

This is some pretty insane work! My only critique would be the fact that arms don't move in opposite direction to the legs

The slime has a lot of character! I love the design of the boss mechanic to find wholes in the ground slam attack.

hey @DanielKrafft are these bosses you made for genshin impact exclusive or will you release them to the public at some point? I actually thought it was pretty cool.

Since attacks weren’t included for the Ruin Golem, i have a few ideas:
1. For a basic attack, it could aim, compress, and launch its arm/s to the player (Gum Gum Pistol style)
2. Another basic attack could be a simple arm swipe that extends.
2. For a wide attack, it could compress it’s legs and/or lower chest thing to lower it’s body, then do a T-pose, and spin while extending it’s arms.
3. For a ranged attack, it could grab chunks of nearby stuff, then spin-throw them to the player, the chunks could also do a small explosion.
4. For a long attack, it could open up it’s chest revealing a sort of furnace/power source, then blast a stream of fire, the golem rotates to aim the stream to the player if they move.
5. If the player is too close/far away from the golem, it could launch 2 arms to grab the player to either pull them back, or throw them away that have different animations depending where the player is.
-If the player is in front or behind, the 2 front/back arms are used. For pulls, the golem launches both arms, grabs the player, pulls them in, then slams them on the ground in front of the golem. For throws, the golem launches both arms, grabs the player, then does an overhead throw to launch the player 5-8 blocks away.
-if the player is beside the golem, it uses both it’s left/right arms. For pulls, it’s basically the same for front and back pulls, but it uses different arms. For throws, it launches both it’s left/right arms, grabs the player, and does a spin throw to launch the player 5-8 blocks away.
that’s all i have for now, if you guys have more ideas, feel free to reply.

The iron golem, (or the remake) looks like a improved version of the Copper golem I like it honestly

The Golem genuinely could be put Into either Minecraft Dungeons or Legends(when It comes out) and not look out of place since they can go a bit crazier with the models and animations In those games

As a veteran genshin player, this was really cool to watch

Honestly Mojang should just hire this man to make some sort of new dungeon boss or something because this stuff is amazing

Minecraft iron golem and Genshin impact ruin guard take inspiration from the same thing, which are the robots from "castle in the sky" from studio gibli, this is why they share some similarities

The arms swing in sync with the body of the large Boss
When anything walks the swing the arm opposite of the swinging leg not on the same side
But it looks so weird that it kinda works, making the walk animation a bit creepy

I loved the ruin golem the most, I wish both of them were in the actual game though

Is the mod developer you keep showing these awesome things to planning on making them into mods cause I'd be heckin down af to play with these.

0:10 I already knew it was the ruin gaurd right there and then, and when it said Genshin sponsored it, you can only imagine how amazed I was at getting that first try.

I think the reason why the golem looked strange is because no one walks with the same are swinging as the leg, except for goofy ass goblins

If you’re gonna make it a series, do it so that every video isn’t interpreted as “the first video in the series”

it would be really cool if you gave a design upgrade to every mob in the game so it walked and looked like the iron golem upgrade

Now imagine installing this mod and randomly having giant versions of this boss that are like golems, docile till aggravated, and walking in a straight line in one direction. It’s able to climb 3 blocks, destroy weaker blocks like wood and dirt, makes footprints one block deep, and can be ridden with a saddle.

Golem looks amazing, however the metallic parts could look a bit more metallic - perhaps add highlights and rework the palette

Honestly I'm not a big fan of adds but this guy... He made this add SO FUN to watch and went WAY out of his way to make these creatures amazing...Genshin Impact must be happy with this guy. The Ruin Golem looks like the forgotten Copper Golem, but it just built itself up after being banished to Genshin.
On the subject of Minecraft mobs though, I'd really like to fight the Slimo-stasis, as well as a Wither Skeleton boss, ngl. But why not go the extra mile and make bosses of DOCILE mobs?

I wish I could hire this man, honestly. I'm making a game and I am definitely not the best at blender.

I love it when people don’t ridicule Genshin bc I’ve been playing it for almost 3 years now (three years in November!) and it is such an amazing game, half of my siblings play and love it too
