That first meme reminded me of a fortnite match I played with randoms. We were all somewhat decent. I was the only one with my mic on at first and I was really chill and positive and didn’t get mad when we lost. I usually congratulated my team when we got 2nd or 3rd. Eventually a dad and his young son turned on their mics.
Apparently the dad didn’t like having their mics on because there were a lot of mean people on fortnite but apparently i seemed nice enough for them to come out of their shell. We had a blast until the duo had to stop for dinner. Good times.
Man. Your story reminds me of the time I was doing raids on Destiny (the first one) and we had a Sherpa (people who know the raids well and guide other players to completing them) who occasionally had to stop in the middle of the raid to tend to his daughter. Man had this deep voice but was always soft-spoken and never crude even when the raid team (myself included) made idiotic mistakes. Such a patient and caring father that treated the raid team just as kindly as he treated his daughter (which we could hear him tend to cause he never muted his mic). He even told us at the end of the raid that, despite the fact that we weren't exactly the most competent players, he respected that we never screamed or shouted or ever got annoyed whenever he'd tend to his daughter. Respect to that man

It's an official dub for an anime that failed in Japan and the English dubbing team were told they could do "ANYTHING" as long as long as they stuck to the basic plot and kept the names of the characters. It's funny on its own, but the fact that it's official makes it 10× better
