As an Ipswich fan, I was happy for Wednesday especially after bolting top 2 to us π However, the comeback against posh showed their true desire to never give up even in the most intense moments. Love his honesty it's so refreshing. He wasn't given the proper role until Bannon went off yesterday (altho Bannon was a superhero yesterday). I loved the day out yesterday at Wembley but Dean and Josh were right it was shocking, almost Sunday league at times. The difference in quality between Bannon and Windass and the rest of the team is frightening. We need to step it up big time, manager, and players, but today after THAT season, time to celebrate.

Haha, it's funny that the stance of 'the best team always wins' comes into play. As a neutral who also watched them lose to Barnsley twice this season, the comments were along the lines of 'we was robbed'. It's how it goes in football. However, on a more serious note, Wednesday lost around 50 million in the last two seasons and are really under the cosh financially. On the showing, at Wembley, they'll take a few thrashings next season and won't have the cash to do anything about it. I feel sorry for Darren Moore as Wednesday's extremely fickle, highly yet unrealistically optimistic and demanding fans will hound him out.

How is Barnsley manger leaving early thinking the game was over disrespectful? He did have a game the next afternoon.. some of Sheff Wednesday fans were even leaving. Commentators even joked the fans leaving thinking it was done will be running back to there seat. Fans miss last minute goals all the time when leaving early lmao it happens. But how dare the manager of another club leave early.. how disrespectful of him.
How dare he not wear a Wednesday shirt get involved in the songs and invade the pitch at the end.. Michael Duff have some shame.
