I've never tried this stuff, but I think I will now. Once you said you could make tacos with it, that sparked my interest!
Tacos could be made from anything... the seasoning in taco meat is so overpowering you could put it on a steamy vat of basically smashed up wet bread and still make a taco. Taco Bell does it every day. 😂😂

You are an absolute all star in the field of science. If there was a hall of fame you would be well on your way. As you are invited to meet others who are known for their contributions in the field such as Gates (and who has been rewarded handsomely to say the least), I'd be interested to know if he flew you on one his four private jets. The reason I ask is due to his concern for global warming and the kind of imprint those of extraordinary wealth have on it.

It's insane how just a few years ago, I would read articles about some scientific company that created a plant-based meat in a lab, with the downside of it costing tens of thousands of dollars per pound. Now we can just buy it in a grocery store as if it were a regular patty.

@Lizette Ramirez Comparing anyone's abilities in education to a college professor just shows you know absolutely nothing about education. Ironically, that means you could be a professor so long as you got an advanced degree, because learning how to teach people is not required.
