I have been dealing with brain fog for a year now and it is truly depressing and it takes the joy out of my day. I’ve gone to doctors and they say its anxiety and depression I do see life different like life is short and life does feel meaningless. What’s crazy my girlfriend and i of 4 years didn’t work out either. Everything just feels like it suddenly fell apart. I’m still hopeful the brain fog goes away and I can see life how it use to be
