I have no doubt he’s incredible at his job, but a better test would be on a track that he already knows, on this test he will naturally get faster whilst he’s learning the track layout until rob pushes him further

Someone who drives a 20+ and 30+ year old vehicle daily both with airbags I came here. First never count on an airbag Second my worry is will it kill me with shrapnel if my bags go off. Especially since they are in the North east states and both are topless.

Errr, early in the review, you said the battery ran out. Then later you pan it for not having enough power, yet don't acknowledge the lack of the battery. A really inept review, and as an owner of this particular car, it is one of the primary reasons I bought it; the power, torque, driveability and the ability to change driving modes. But if you want the power/torque, it must be charged. Best of all, it is fun, much more so than other plug ins I drove that are available in Australia.

All that poncing about waiting for overbearing Germans, or Germans, and flimsy Italians to finish their EUWursts and Cornettos on time and they bung an unwatchable ad in the middle. I'll never know if Dario threw his spaghetti out of the pram and Needell had to go home on a bus.

all looking good! apart from one thing that I disliked is the over simplified dash with just a single screen. Basic controls like air con, window heating should have a physical button to reduce distractions.

That's easy m8 the volvo is designed to crumble on impact its a car from the 80s early 90s a modus is a modern car with better safety features and less crumble points it's amazing what we learn through time and testing

Its not battery degradation you should worry about, its the failure of a single battery cell (of which there are more than 17,000 in a battery), which will render your ev junk. Yes the bad cell could be diagnosed and replaced but Tesla won't do it on an old model S, and I doubt there'll be much support for old models from other manufacturers.
