I am now 76 years old and was a young man when Simon and Garfunkle released this song. I purchased a record player after hearing it on the radio and then purchased the 45 with this song on it. I wore it out! But this is by far the best rendition of their music I have ever heard. Now I find myself listening to this by Tom Ball with the same reverence as the original. Thank you Mr Ball you are truely a gift to me!
