A Train Collision Avoidance system (TAS) was developed in 2012. Until 2020 no work on it except renaming it to 'Kavach'. Since last 2 years only one or two testing have been done without any progress in installation. 11 years is enough time to have this tested and installed in 1,00,000 km route, but so far only few kilometers have it installed.
