Hi mat As an Italian this was a Great episode I would like to point out that there are mainly two different types of pizza: Pizza alla Romana ("the Roman way") thinner and crispier on the crust. Pizza alla Napoletana ("Naples way") softer and taller on the crust. While the center keeps a width of 5-6 mm In Italy we have a low level of clorine and a naturally High level of fluorine. Fun fact: in Italy some pizzerias keep Pieces of their loafs to make yeast colonies to keep for a long time, a pizzeria close to were I live has used the same yeast for 5 generations.

I would like to say that the process for making coffee is steeping though its the way its steeped that makes it a beverage and not a soup. Soups tend to have the ingredient in the liquid to steep but coffee is distance suspension steeped making it a steeped beverage not a fruit seed soup. Yay minor steeping differences lol
