    I am thinking of getting a spin bike but seeing you only get up to 150HR from several minutes of standing pedaling really concerns me. Can you somehow get your heart rate 150-170 for 30 minutes for maximum steady state? Would you need to be standing the whole time or can you get that high sitting?
