Hi there! I do have a question. We have flights for October 1st from Zurich/Switzerland 🇨🇭 connecting in Manchester UK final destination LAX 🇺🇸. Found flights through your site, booked on Thomas Cook airlines. No ATOL. Obviously flights have been cancelled. So far ALL the info on thomascook.caa.co.uk/ is for passengers returning to UK. What about us? Do you know how they are dealing with passengers leaving UK to USA before October 6th? Will they accommodating us too? Tried calling number on website above without much help. Called Condor and they said they are not responsible for our flight. Appreciate your assistance if you know how we can get on a plane. I’m only allowed 90 days here and October 1st is day 89. Getting a refund is great but at this point, we need to get on a plane as we also have reservations for car and Airbnb paid already in LA. Appreciate your help. 🤗🙏🏻

Buddy tag can be used to stop "hot car death" if you set the "distance settings" to "Near" it will send you an alarm on your phone if you walk away from your kid that's still in your car. They sell them at Target and they are only $45.00...

@Skyscanner You guys need to stop using Trip Pro. They are borderline scam. You found me the cheapest flight through them and send me to their site to book/pay. After I give them all my info, payment. They email me fake PNR, E-tickets. But when I contact the air line, they confirmed the Trip Pro never secured the tickets and my PNR was no good. I called and email them and never receive any respond. I'm glad I plan my trip way ahead and was able to purchase my tickets through airline direct. But now an untrustworthy company have my personal and credit card info thanks to you.

      Skyscanner 6 months ago

Hi, it's always best to make sure your bag matches the dimensions provided by Ryanair to avoid any problems. You may be asked to put your bag into a basket at check in to ensure that it fits the dimension. If your bag doesn't fit in there, Ryanair may charge you to put the bag in the hold. If you have any concerns, I'd recommned speaking with Ryanair directly before you travel. - Claire

Trip.com is a scam agent who will use the service. Be careful. - Create a web by intentionally limiting the characters in the key Penetrating a group of people with long last names that are found. For recently real case experience, There are 2 cases. 1.Some of them all the keys are complete, but when the system comes out, it shows not all the last name (but the first name is complete) and 2. Another case that is not readable from the beginning But the system didn’t ticker that it couldn’t put all of them. - People who have problems with long surnames cannot fly will be contacted to the Airline to request a correction. It turns out that the airline will not fix it because it is purchased through an agent. Which normally can modify the last name. Trip.com will continue to pull the story By giving a beautiful answer that contacted the airline and waiting for the answer, but in reality, trip.com did not contact the airline at all. - When pulling the story indefinitely and finally can't really solve the problem Customers have no choice to offer refund tickets. - Once the process is refunded, the mailing ticket will respond very quickly within 1 day. - Trip.com will answer that Refund the ticket but amount of money will given to customers only the tax price by claiming to be the trip.com's policy. Trip.com will get free money here. Which is the cheating process By claiming the trip policy does not return - There are many people like this Some less money will be returned. Some of the money will not be returned because it is big amount.

This video basically tells you in a condescending manner that the moment you press the PAY button, it is no longer Skyscanner's responsibility to chase your confirmation email or confirmation of payments. It basically says that from there onwards, don't email us or don't call us. It goes on to educate us that some emails can go into spam folders. The other option they advise us is to wait for our bank statements to check if the payment has gone through. So in other words, if I book a flight to travel in a couple of days' time, I wait for my bank or credit card statement at the end of the month. And then, contact the travel agency/provider directly to follow up email confirmation of my payment and itinerary. And they do this video with a broad smile to basically tell us not to bug them

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner 10 months ago

Hey Ali! That's certainly not the way we want this to come across, and I'm really sorry if that's the impression you got from the video. We often find that we're mistaken for a travel agency, but as we're actually a comparison site we don't have access to any of the details of your booking as they're all kept with the provider you choose to book with. The reason we recommend checking your emails and bank statement is to help you get in touch with the company faster, so they can get your booking confirmation to you quickly. If your statement isn't readily available though, we certainly don't expect you to wait a month for that info. We absolutely do want to help wherever we can. If you're having trouble speaking with the provider to get an answer on what's happened to your booking confirmation, let our team know on the link here and they'll do their best to assist: skyscan.it/6054Erbcm -Sean

Ryanair pretends to be the cheapest... at least that is their aim. Extra costs is part of their game… due to cancellations thousands have to claim! What is the matter with all you travellers, stop crying about baggage charges, pay up or shut up, do you all not realise you have a choice, travel or use another airline, Ryanair have got cocky and you are all like a rabbit in the headlights, USE ANOTHER CARRIER

  • caisa kristoffersson

So I’m traveling the 14th of October, and my father and I had a dispute about the baggage. I’ve payed extra for a 20kg bag, but am I also aloud the 10kg bag and a small handbag? Again this is before November and I’m returning the 18th!

Your smaller item will be max. 35 x 20 x 20 as this is the current, older size requirement.

Hey Christopher, the best thing to do would be to contact Ryanair directly to confirm your luggage allowance as it will depend on the type of ticket you have purchased, so we are unable to advise further I'm afraid. Their contact details can be found here ➡ skyscan.it/6059DILah - Claire

    • Skyscanner

Depends on the size. If it's classified as being 'oversized' they may need to check that into the hold which will cost extra. Best to double check with Ryanair to be on the safe side! - Jen

Can i take suitcase if size 55x37x21.5 cm on Ryanair. Is it impossible? The size of the luggage rack for checking baggage at the airport has the exact size 40x20 cm?

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner Year ago

You might be ok with that extra 1.5cm, but it's best to double check that one with Ryanair. Usually if it doesn't fit into their bag size checker, it'll need to go in the hold. - Jen

If it's a small suitcase and you turn up at the gate with it, it will be put in the hold for free with the rest of the checked-in luggage. You'll be able to take a small bag (backpack etc.) on board with you.

    • Skyscanner

If you pay for priority boarding, you can take that bag on board (as long as it's within the size requirements), but if you've just got the basic ticket, it'll most likely put into the hold with the checked-in bags. - Jen

Hi there, we are going to a wedding and wondered if we could take our suit holder on board if we book priority? Also, my hand luggage is in a soft bag, which I always squash under the seat in front, to save putting in overhead locker - although it is not the new smaller size, it will fit under the seat - do you think they would take this off me and put it in the hold if I don't book priority? Thanks in advance

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner Year ago

Hey Hannah. Their website is a little vague on this one so I wouldn't want to give a yes/no answer just in case it's not right. As for your bag being squished under the seats, it's hard to say (sorry for being pretty useless here!) as it's really down to the staff at the gate. To be on the safe side, it would probably be best to get in touch with Ryanair directly. I hope you have an excellent time at the wedding! - Jen

Hi, My backpack dimension is: 52 x 27 x 26cm And I purchased Priority & 2 Cabin service. Is there any problem with my luggage?

Looks like it will fit within their 55x40x20cm limits so you should be fine! - Jen

    • Kunter Sururi
      Kunter Sururi Year ago

Actually 26cm is depth measurement. And if I put light clothes to backpack, it sizes start to decrease and it's turning to 52 x 27 x 20cm. Is that ok for them?

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner Year ago

Your backpack might be a little too wide as they tend to ask passengers to pop their bags into the size checkers. I wouldn't want to say yes or no with this one as technically it's bigger than their allowance, but they may also let it slide. Would be best to double check with Ryanair on this one! - Jen

I have bought priority boarding and I have 2 bags at 55x40x20cm. I can bring on one of those, but will I be charged for the second one to go into hold, or is it free? Thanks.

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner Year ago

As far as I'm aware, it's to do with the size of the bags on board, but if you get in touch with Ryanair, they'll be able to confirm if you'd be charged for this or not. - Jen

    • ming man
      ming man Year ago

Skyscanner - Thanks for the response Jen. If others that have not bought priority are able to have their larger bag put in hold for free at the gate doesn't it make sense that they would allow someone with priorty board to do the same?

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner Year ago

According to their site, the small bag needs to be 35x20x20cm and fit in the seat in front of you whilst the 55x40x20cm one needs to fit in the overhead locker. As you have two bags at the larger size, they may charge you €50 at the gate. It might be best to try and get a smaller second bag or pay to check one of them into the hold. - Jen

  • a Pint of Guinness and a packet of crisps

I'm still confused.... I used to fly Ryanair regular... With the small 10kg case placed above my head on board.... I could book that kinda flight for €20 return. BUT Now am I correct in saying I can't bring that 10kg case on-board/above my head? Do I have to check it in to goto the plane holding.

    • Skyscanner
      Skyscanner Year ago

In theory (and if your bag is bigger than 35x20x20cm), then yes. You'd had to pay for priority boarding to make sure it goes into the cabin with you. It does look like it will get put in the hold free of charge though (check with Ryanair directly for confirmation on that one!), but you'd have to wait at the carousel which doesn't suit everyone. - Jen
